- The Revenue / Expenses part (over a one year period) has been communicated for both 2006 and in pro-format for 2007 (published on their Web side) - Are missing the Asset / Liabilities part, which is the balance sheet (photograph at the end of the year)
Didn't it strike you that the published financials did not include the balance sheet?
This is why they need to transfer assest to really complete audited financials (second half missing).
We can find N methods for stock valuation. Some can be very complex. The main ones are: "Book value" and "Market value".
Book value: based on the balance sheet. It depens on the historical cost of the company's assets (independant of the ability of the company to turn assets into profits) Assets - Liabilities = Capital
More precisely: Fixed Assets + Current Assets - Current Liabilities - Long term Liabilities = Capital + profit - drawings
Market value: based on the returns or cash flows that the investor expects to receive from owning the share (depends on the ability of the company to earn a profit). Sales less cost of sales less expenses = net profit.
For the market value, we already know that the current pps should be anywhere between 30 cents and 5 dollars, depending on the year in consideration (2006 or 2007) and the PER. Most realistically above 2 $ if the market was fair, which is still not the case.
For the book value - here we are talking about real-estate and therefore it might be more relevant as those can be very solid assets - we need to see the second half of the financials, which have not yet been provided. To simplify, Assets - Liabilities = Capital. Then we divid by the number of O/S shares.
"Sulja Bros. attorneys have paid all creditors and liens on the assets being moved. The attorneys, working with the auditors, have produced the balance sheet, which was the last piece of information needed to complete the audit."

I think he is stating a fundamental truth about micro-pinks. If they don't move off of pinks, then in the very long run it will ALWAYS trend downward.

Well the ceo specifically said he wasnt issuing any more shares and there was no dilution whatsoever. So either he is lying and he wants to drive his own up and coming company into the ground or this stock is just going through normal ups and downs.

And we all hope he is telling the truth. But blind faith doesn't do well in pink sheets. Until they publish the current share count, you have to wonder why they don't. If they didn't need to sell shares to raise capital then why would they have taken this up and coming company public in the first place?
I love riding the hype though! I averaged down to 08 now, so hopefully that doesn't kill it! LOL

That is an overly simplistic reading of what has been said. I am invested, but not heavily. The price/volume indicates a high probability of dilution and people should be careful about how heavy they get in based solely on pink sheet pr's. If they don't follow through with an exchange jump, then it will eventually plummet.
Which part of that do you disagree with? LOL

Word search LFWK... It looks like 55% of O/S are shorted?
I could be wrong...
If it was shorted they had to cover before the ticker change and the cusip change.. That is old info that has no bearing on the current situation.

And apparently the 55 is the actual number of shares not the percentage... /shrug.
This was the first month of reporting this on pinksheets.com so august should be a more accurate number... I guess /shrug
BTW, it bears interest to the current situation IMO... I like to know what shorting activity is going on regardless of if it's yesterday tomorow or 3 weeks ago... Nothing wrong with some trend analysis.

Off the subject. I work for a construction supply company. Today low and behold guess what comes across my fax machine. One of those stock pumping faxes for no other than SLJB. Does this mean anything? I see those all of the time and just throw them away. I am a newbie so I don't know if it is good or bad. It does seem bad though. Anyone?

I don't think that it's overly simplistic at all. I think that it was a succinct overview of what I have been reading tonight. If questions had been raised and debate followed about the company, I would agree that caution and interest in the company is what it was all about. However, all I see is people saying that it is probably going to dump, its probably a scam, but what the hell, I might as well play the hype. You guys can do whatever you want with your money, I just would never invest my money in a company that I had so many doubts about. Seems odd to me.

Before I knew better, I played one (not SLJB) that came in my e-mail, and actually made money...usually not a good practice unless you have DDd thoroughly.

Ok was that what that was? I thought that was concerning a different issue. I thought that had to do with what was stated about the company selling X amount of shares. (dilution) This was just a pump fax. Am in left field?

Well it says "Sulja Brothers is not connected to and did not pay for a fax blast from Market Sine."
I assume that is what you received.

I didn't intend to single you out. Theres just so much yet to be known that tension has been building and now coming out. We are all here to make money and thats what we'll do. Trading is much harder when emotions are involved and we are already behind in odds.
I am sorry, therefore I apologize and hope we may move on.
