Sorry sir that was no paint! Folks, if my crystal balls are right next weeks volume will have a few days that may reach 100 million shares. I told you all the financials were done, the balance sheet with the real estate assets on it will be posted and we will have the value needed for the NASDAQ. That is my opinion. but allinone has probably a good "source" in the company imake so i think he is quite close with his comments...i am pretty sure is he an "insider" who gives us "hints" between the lines...i am fully loaded because i think this is going to take off very soon

Do you think we will have another chance to buy in the .05's again? I bought my first bunch at the top (.12) a few days ago, bought enough to get my average price down to .081, but of course didn't use up all my powder. I have tremendous respect for the power of a market maker. The Price Waterhouse news was huge for me. I have confidence now even while it tanks...will buy more if given the chance, but nothing over .06 Still looking for a good entry point for WWEN. I read you got some more at .09, that beat my order at .08 GOOD LUCK

Right now this seems to be a good flippin' stock..for those that are "holding" I can see where you would be "upset" that people do this...however...IF it ends up being what all is claimed to be...the flippers want make a difference in the long run..GLTA!

if the pro forma numbers were provided to sulja through counsultech's contracts, then the consultech merger should triple those numbers the least, taking the projected revenue for 2007 over 1bil.

Looks like they are still building all the links and stuff for pink sheets. But yes, everything is in PR status. And if you go to the Cunsultech web site you won't get anywhere either. LFWK is no longer on PS. The new financial "should" reveal all. Good óle pink eh?

I'm not happy to be a bearer of bad news, nor am I trying to throw water on anyone's party, but in reading this, there is only one merger mentioned here. Loftwerks was being merged with Sulja Bros, and so by de-facto also to Consultech at the same time because Consultech is the parent company of Sulja Bros ... thus: LoftWerks Announces Merger Initiation With Consultech: Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, LTD.
