Now if that last 15 min. wasn't obvious that they have been holding this back, I don't know what is. I hope MM's got their shares and begin to let it move. We will see. Still way stoked about this one. -Cassity

I'm guilty of selling today. I picked up 350K yesterday and didn't like the way it was trading this morning so bailed for a small gain.
I'm glad I sold considering my average buy price was .125. Now I can get cheaper shares

I appreciate the fact that someone else is also keeping an eye out for what's been going on.
As I previously said,.....we must be careful here with this one,..I am not completely sold on this yet. I am not bashing, I just want you all to be aware that this may not go as we all are hoping it will. There are some things here that don't ring right for me still.
I hope I am wrong as I would like to benefit from this company as all of you do.
Just keep your eyes and ears open everyone and we can help eachother here to know if something doesn't seem right and warn eachother in time before we lose it all.
Thanks.........

And they are the richest mother f-ers in the world. I dont know why people would sell at these prices. They must see all the green in their acct, and say 'I can finally pay for ....". Seems stupid to me - but what do I know. The last time I bought it was .007

CEO Steve Sulja stated: "Our recent dealings in the Gulf Region have greatly attracted the attention of the regional investors. We are very excited and working diligently to provide these savvy investors with a Dubai listing. We warmly welcome the Middle Eastern investors to the Sulja family of shareholders and look forward to even further expansion in this and other regions."
Where do they expect to get the shares from to give to those new investors if they claim to own most of them and they are shorted as it is......Hmmmmmmmmm

My assesment, again I'm just a newbie but for what it's worth. The MM's are keeping it down. For what reason... maybe to just be jerkstores or maybe to keep it from turning into a bandwagon ride without proper prior preperation (ie. relese of finacials) if that is the case they may just be protecting the investors from big losses should this not turn out, fair enough. But the way I see it is, I believe that the finacials will come and as stated earier by some seeminly wise poster (some of them brokers I believe) that untill the officall paperwork is put through there is no guarantee but assumption. I think the finacials will come. I think this thing will be let lose from the MM's or taken forcebly away when the demand beats the supply substatially with a great finacial report:) and I think this thing will be one of the most amazing plays of the year. What is impressive is that this stock stays up. There are real investors in this stock, they are not selling. Now I'm not putting all my college tution money on this thing but I am not selling what I have untill I see a much much higher price. Just my HUMBLE opinion

I think there is a lot of stuff going on that we don't know about. All I know is this company makes some decent profits and it looks like they are in with some big hitters. I think the only reason they chose LFWK is to be traded. I think other much bigger companies are going to use SLJB for the same reason, but after they are listed on the NASD. This is my opinion, but a little patience on this and I think it will be well worth the wait. Do your own DD, and enjoy the evening. Tomorrow will take care of itself. GLTA -Cassity

Purl Gurl you have been in this game for a long time. I'm not sure if your still holding this, but any and all of your thoughts and opinions would be apprieciated. One question I have is, if there is a shorting of shares, how long after the ticker symbol change will they have to cover? Anyone that truely knows, please fill free to answer. Thanks

I don't truly know, but from what I have read and what my broker told me, shorts don't have to cover because of just a CUSIP change. If there would have been a change in share structure (R/S) then all shares would have had to have been accounted for in order to change the structure. There then would have been a massive short covering (if it is short) on Friday after the symbol change was announced. Since there was no structure change, and just a CUSIP change, all shares were changed to the different symbol, shorts included. Basically, my broker just flipped it manually for me. Those that were complaining they could not sell early last week have behemoth brokers that are slow to react to anything with the pennies, and just hadn't made the change to your accounts.
I mentioned this a while back, no one responded. Please comment and correct me if I am wrong...

For all those who do not understand! First the Dubai listing, when approved, is on one of the most prestiges exchanges in Europe in one of the riches countries in the world. Second, the authorized shares includes ALL exchanges. They cannot have a number of authorized shares for U.S. exchanges and then another for other foreign exchanges. The corporate laws in the U.S. do not allow it! Third, the Dubai exchange listing is IN ADDITION, to the U.S. exchanges, therefore creating the situation that the issued is now seperated over 2 exchanges instead of just one! Fourth, if the company does not post the financials by the time we open up on the market on Monday, I will never provide my DD on this site again! Today's activity was proof why this company is now filing in Dubai. You will not see pennies in Dubai and therefore it will support the share price in the U.S. regardless of all the B.S. the shorters, the bashers, etc. etc. etc. The company is focused but more importantly they have the financial backing of the reverse merger company! I stand by my information and I suggest you do your own research instead of listening to all the short sellers and flippers in this stock. By the way if your take it to .07 I will purchase 1 million shares of the company. Please do me a favor and take it there tomorrow! I will be very grateful for your stupidity! Good Nite as it has been a long day!

pay particular attention to Appendix E, Part 1, item 9, under listing requirements...

I think this stock is great, but a market cap of $50 mil, with 800 mil o/s (correct me if I am wrong on the o/s), is only .06/share, so they already have that...

We want the audited financal. They annouced on Monday that they would be releasing financials to the public. Now they have 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO DO SO. We will see green days soon. Not everyday can be GREEN.
This is my understanding of the law:
Under mandate of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the SEC adopted final rules on January 22, 2003, which trigger Form 8-K filing requirements when public companies issue earnings releases or similar announcements. The new Form 8-K filing requirement will be effective on March 29, 2003. This memorandum summarizes the new rules and provides guidance to public companies that issue earnings releases.
The new rules triggering Form 8-K filing requirements for earnings releases were adopted in companionship with rules requiring companies to compare and reconcile pro forma financial information with information calculated in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP"). Pursuant to the companionship rules, the SEC adopted the term "non-GAAP financial measure" and imposed disclosure requirements relating to non-GAAP financial measures by adopting new Regulation G and amending certain portions of Regulation S-K. We have summarized the rules relating to non-GAAP financial measures in a separate memorandum entitled "Disclosure of Non-GAAP Financial Measures/Pro Forma Information" and we encourage you to read that memorandum for a more detailed understanding of non-GAAP financial measures, new Regulation G and Regulation S-K, which are briefly referred to in this memorandum.
But what do I know?

I stand corrected, thanks stocktrader. So, to get on the dubai exchange, they need to be trading at around .25 eh? I must be wrong on the o/s, must be around 200 mil then...

I have noticed a lot of stocks tend to drop before financials are released. Once there is a good profit announced, the fuse is lit.

Can anyone tell me why when this stock first started trading it went straight down from .30 to subpenny, and what changed in the company to make this explode once again

I don't see this filling a .07 gap, I think there is a good chance we get another PR
let me get this clear...with that $124 million dollar revenue for a year in the works, in the next year shouldn't we be at around $300 million in revenues, and good enough net profits, that this stock should be at least $1
