This company is for real. I live in the area that their Canadian operations are located in and have had the opportunity on several days to see them in action. They have ties to UAE and they have thriving operations there. That is all I can tell you at this time. The future is truly based on the fact that those financials you saw are absolutely real!!!

This is just the first part of a 2 part business plan. The first was Sulja, but that is only the tip of the iceberg. That is what many people have overlooked. Yes the financials show a very viable company with great revenues and PROFITABLITY, but that was just a stepping stone to something much bigger. You know of the next pending merger in UAE and that is why the company and its insiders own the entire company shares. What we have are fairly land shares that someone in the very near future are going to have to make good! jmho
This stock without a doubt is going to be on the NASDAQ within the next 6 months. You will see the plot unfold within the next 3 weeks and the next step take place. When that happens you will see the reason why those who made official their recommendation that this stock will be valued in the dollars not pennies in the future. We are not talking about tomorrow or next week, although we should be alot higher on the basic fundamentals of the financials, but in fact in the next few months those who have the balls to hold will be very, very, very pleased. imho
There are currently 4 seperate construction projects in the UAE that Sulja are currently involved with. These projects are not houses but in fact large projects. They were issued through the next merger company. Then you will see all sorts of opportunities for future projects open up as the contacts, relationships and money will be made public to the investment community. Believe me when they say, NASDAQ valuation!! Some of you are going to be knocked onto your butts when you see what is coming. jmho
Well in my opinion the last reported numbers in the press release yesterday was pretty specific. The company put numbers out that were noted right to the pennies. To be able to do that then I would say they are not far behind. Unless you state something like unaudited financials, etc. then you can be pretty much assured that the financials are looking for just a few blessings. My opinion is that the contract information ready to come out will have much more affect than the actual PAST financials will have. Remember valuation is based on multiples of future earnings
Can't say when they will make any further announcements. They put out the financials of a very small part of the future. Make your investment decision based on what the company has told you and what they have mentioned about future mergers. Nothing is hidden. It is all there for you review. The company has also told you that they and their professional group own more shares than the company has officially issued. Everyone keeps stating the same information over and over again but until you know where this is going in Dubai, then you can really see that what they have been saying all along is in fact the truth. Their net worth is not in the U.S. and Canada, although they are doing well, it is in the UAE. That is what they have been trying to say all along but there is so many people short this stock they are trying to deceive the investing community. Things will turn out to the company benefit and ultimately for those shareholders who own the stock. GLTU, meeting time!

Hi, this is my first post and I will start by saying I have a heck of a lot to learn.
I watched SLJB half the day today and what really got me sick, was the selling of 213 shares at 13:46:50. This sale set a new low at .105
Look at the chart and tell me that sale of 213 shares wasn't sickening. A little over 20 dollars in stock when it probably cost 7 dollars to trade it on both ends????????

Based on what im reading from last night it sounds like $4 is just a begining price target. Yeah thats the MINIMUM it takes to move to the nasdaq but i see no reason why it will automatically stop there. This company sounds like it has the potential to become a major player and im buying more today with the hopes of holding well beyond 4 . . .

I'm not so sure they are done. On there web site under each stock they have a disclaimer that states how much stock they bought, recieved free, or where paid to pump. They got 65K to pump a stock last week for 3-4 days. Anyway it doesn't really matter to us.

The penny invester news letter came out late yesterday and SLJB is their #1 pick. Hopefully that will spark some additional interest and bring new money into this stock.

That's messed up.
Don't no why anyone would sell in the first place, but I have been thinking about that. One reason for that sale of 213 shares might be that they didn't check off the all or none button.
On scottrade you have to select all or none not sure how other brokers do it though. I placed an order for 5K shares, it popped up on my screen that I had bought 466 shares. When I relized the error of my ways I cancled my buy order an reset my buy to all or none.
Question for the experienced do they charge you $7 for each trade if they break up you order into peices?

RDJ200, If you placed an order for 5k shares.....no matter how many pieces it filled in, you would only get charged for 1 trade at $7, UNLESS you modified your order anytime "AFTER" the first fill went through, then you'd be charged an additional $7, you get it?

Yes, I get it. I wasn't sure how it worked, so I modified the order and bought more shares then I originally ordered. I didn't want to get hit with multipal charges if I thought wrong. Anyway thanks for clearing that up.
So, that still leaves the question as to why somone would sell 213 shares. I guess it really doesn't matter.

There could be several reasons for the 213 share trade. It could be a fat finger trade, a partial fill order, just an unwise buy, or more than likley a MM. the MMs will commonly buy or sell a very small amount of stock to make the $ jump one way or the other. They use this ploy to scare a stock owners to think it is dropping and sell. Then they can pick up cheap shares. In some of the smaller stocks (.0001) it is common to see them trade as little as .50 worth of stock. They are scheisters, be careful and watch the L2s or they will eat your lunch.
PS. the online brokers will only charge one rate for a stock fills in partial intervails as long as you don't change the buy/sell order. For instance if you are buying 1000 sahres of company ABCD it could fill at 200, 150, 400, 100, 150, it might even take a couple of days (as long as you are set on GTC) at one charge. But if at any time you change the order paramiters it eill be counted as a seperate order.
I strongly suggest calling your online broker with any questions you may have. They are quite helpful.
