http://www.suljabros.com/financials.htm that was just put up earlier today...so looks like its in the works...and dont be decieved by the fins that was released..due to the name chnage/cusip change, not alot of ppl even seen them...apperently. etrade and a few other still dont have the news out....and some investors only get the news from there broker...most research themselves, but not all..so once there hit IMO we see abt a 10xs bigger impact.

THis is just my opinion and not menat to be a bash.
Many people are just getting the stock converison into thier accounts. Look for some early morning profit taking and the MM's to use it to bring the price down. Then it will settle and begin to move up. All bets are off if strong PR or Audited Financials come out pre market.
I would not be surprised to see the MM's walk this down to either .07 or .075 before allowing it to rise. Late day action today was the sign. Scottrade released shares to trade late in the day and it began to go down before rebounding. Many will find the shares in their accounts tonight so a fair amount of profit taking can be expected.
I could very well be wrong but that is the way I see it.
DON'T BUY OR SELL BASED ON MY OPINION BECAUSE IT REALLY DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING.
I do own shares in this stock which were bought both pre and post merger.

Eh, i dont think you are right wally. Most people that have this stock now see the upside and dont want to sell to take smaller profits right now

a long red candle with a long bottom wick was formed today, indicating a slight bearish signal. The bears and bulls were in a close battle, but the bears slightly won today........tomorrow will reveal which way this goes, unless a great PR is released, then TA out the door......STO at 72 and in down trend, RSI at 80% and in a down trend. MACD looks topped out. Volume is down..... all indicators say tomorrow will give a clear signal of which way this is headed, which is leaning towards a bearish signal. (using 6 month chart) Does anyone know what SLJB PR might hit and what might it say?????

I agree with Wally...but I see even lower than .07...the symbol change brought allot of attention...made the PPS rise...and with out the financials or a very powerful PR...Wednesday will be a red day...IMO

What is with everyone saying this is going to dip tomorrow, just because scottrade got access to the shares. There was a lot of selling the past hour and a half and it didn't matter, the price still ended at .11

What we are saying is that the MM's will use any excuse to bring the PPS down and shake some shares out. People will take profits that's just part of trading. No one is saying this stock is dead we are just being realistic. Almost every stock dips. It's healthy. Profits are taken and then we are able to base higher and higher. I;m not saying to flip your shares because I'm not sure I would. No One and I mean No One can guarantee what will happen but we can make our best guess based on past experience which is basically what we do with charts anyway. Base our picks on past performance. I have left money on the table numerous times thinking the stock I was in was bulletproof. NO stock is bullet proof.
Like I stated, that was my best guess and if it happens don't freak out. The end of day action today shows what can happen. People get the shares available and take some profit the stock goes down but once the profit taking is over(for that particular portion of time) the stock rebounds and goes up.
I like the potential of this stock and don't want to find myself on the outside looking in. I will always make sure I have some shares but that doesn't mean I won't trade a portion of them to get a better position. I flipped a few premerger and added to my position with them. If the opportunity arises again to do it I will take a portion and play with those. Trying to accumilate more shares is part of trading. That's all. By the way it's not just Scottrade that is finally showing shares under the new symbol there are others too.

they need to sustain the pps, cant afford to let it go down 40% or more as it might take weeks to get it back up. they said they don’t want to spend much time in pinkie land, so they need to start building/sustaining the pps NOW. If they know there is a short interest, they have to address it NOW. no investor would buy until they see audited numbers, projected revenues. they have to disclose who are the rest of the players who’ll join the party and about how much they bring in. this whole deal lucks transparency, and gets investors confused. they need to set things straight if they want to see the pps heading north and stay there.

ok, so i missed my .20 call today, but think it may still happen this week, either remaining financials hit this week or next i think, and then it should REALLY GO support is strong and this company is going to continue to grow!
****hopefully the financials release info that outlines how, when, and if we go to NASDAQ, i expect something regarding this since they stated that was one of their main objectives****

I agree Tonicma, the risk to reward ratio is ridiculously low here compared to most other non performing, all promising, R & D, want to be pinkie scams. I'm just going to hold my shares until $4 as well. We're talking about a multi million dollar global real estate development company here in the heart of the new Middle East Big Apple. My guess is that the MM's are going to shake this tree as hard and as long as they can to buy back as many shares as they can to reduce the fall-out of the short squeeze as much as they can.
Vol today = 10.07m
So they have a long way to go. Expect them to keep this up until some BIG news breaks this egg wide open.

YES SIR....this info was posted on IHUb..i was jsut over there ALOT of info given...someone who states they are very famaliar with SLJB just said the money will be made in the UAE...which most of the revunes so far are from N.America (states and Canada)....he was very adament abt repeating that all the BIG MONEY will be from the UAE..and Ill have to agree..!!!
