suppose next year it's trading at $0.30, the day before the restriction falls off, and all these people who had restricted stock sell their shares, wouldn't the price fall back to 0.0010?

let's not move to the .11 board at all until, at least, this play is above a buck. i saw that move as a kiss of death (as a bad omen if you will) with xkem. there was like 50 pages of DD and chat history with xkem and for about 5 minutes the stock went above .10 cents and everyone immediately ran to the .10 and up board and started a new threa. then, the next moment it was down down down down. jmho

July 19, 2006 Paivis Corporation: The Ultimate Penny Stock Short Squeeze
While penny stocks are usually not covered, this one cannot be passed over. Shares of Paivis, Corp. (OTCBB: PAIV) have doubled today, up $.08 to $.153 on heavy volume of 48 million shares. If today's percentage gain is shocking, wait until you hear this. The stock has surged an unbelievable 15,000% since May 22. The move higher began amid confusion, when on May 22, the company, under a merger agreement issued shares to be received by the Jupiter Shareholders as restricted securities defined by Rule 144. The Depository Trust Company confirmed no allocation of any shares had taken place by them due to restricted nature of those shares and the fact that the merger shares were not physically received by Depository Trust Company for further allocation. However, judging by the volume of billions of shares being exchanged, it appeared at the time that those shares had been accidentally handed over to customers by certain brokerage firms. Then on June 29, the company issued a clarification, stating that Jupiter Shareholders must surrender their Jupiter common share certificate to the Paivis transfer agent in order to receive their merger shares certificate. All the while, the price began to rapidly increase. To this date, it appears that the marketprice is reflecting a short squeeze because the merger shares of Paivis were not supposed to be issued and consequently someone is paying the ultimate price of having to purchase the shares on the open market to cover the share imbalance.

someone mentioned that PAIV management are playing hardball with these guys, so it's not inconceviable to see this at $1 by Monday/Tuesday. I'd be hoping for about 0.6 by Friday then selling some of my position just incase they want make a deal next week.... we'll see.
If this keep going there are really no limits to how far this can go IMO, it just depends on how far the powers that be will let it go.

The RSI is way above 70 and has hit 90 today, could be see a huge drop in the PPS after that huge gain in value?
of course, always could see a drop. however, RSI indicators don't take into account HUGE/ASTRONOMICAL momo combined with HUGE/ASTROMICAL short squeezes. rsi is a numbers game only and has no ability to gauge plays like this one as it is in its current state. another 50+% tomorrow imho. could be 100% + again too. there was a 100,000 sale on the ask at .165 after the bell. with the article/dd i posted above, a close near HOD, sales on the ask after the bell, major momo, i think we're good for a green gapper in the morn. whether it holds, different story. but me personally... very bullish on this and hope i'm surprised as i was/am with fhal.

You guys with restricted shares, God I feel for you.... this seems like a legitimate squeeze and will probably run for days, if not weeks... but not 2 years.
I think I may jump in even at these levels.
