Someone needs to call the CEO and get some facts. I see CLYP sitting on the ask for weeks and the PPS getting hammered. This means dilution to me as 95% of CLYPs MM activity is financing.
I just heard from a reliable source that massive dilution is occuring. Shares are being sold to financers at par vaule (.001) to raise 25k per week. This means 25 million is being dumped per week! He is also considering a huge R/S. This came directly from the CEO's mouth. Dont take my word for it, do your own DD and call the CEO.
I'm sure everyone knows this but the company was robbed a few weeks ago and everything was moved into the CEO's apartment. Bottom line: this company needs money bad. They need to raise it very soon and with their current PPS this just cant happen. I think the R/S will happen IMO. I am not bashing just dont want to see people screwed by this one.

Looks like financing started 06/07/06 and based on that assuming no more shares hit market about 10-30 mil left to go, appears MM CLYP is the dilutor and either CLYP or another MM has a 9 mil short position on top of it.

So the dilution has ended on 6/16/2006. Thanks to J-uice's effort. All rumors are cleared. The pps has gone up 30% since then. A run is expected after the dilution is done.
For those who would like to talk to Keith, just E'mail him and on subject line place concerned shareholder and let him know how you appreciate his work and then ask your questions..His reply to me stated that they will be cash flow positive shortly and also the pps will soon catch up with true value of stock and they are building a real company and not some fly by night pinkie.I already recieved an E'mail from him back.
Also, if you call Cathy our new PR girl she will be glad to let you know what's going on..I believe I sent my E'mail to her with subject concerned shareholder and then she relayed the message to Keith..That is probably why I got an answer from Keith because it was transferred from Cathy the PR girl..

Just spoke with a TW representative (in person).....last week I asked for information regarding an update on TW negotiations with BKMP and since a rumor was posted on hunchtrades concerning ADNL and carriers I also asked if the rep had any information on negotiations with ADNL....
TimeWarner (TW) is in negotiations with ADNL for carriage....the rep stopped by my kiosk location to update me on findings....
Also for any of you into BKMP....TFN came back to TW with an offer....TW has countered and negotiations continue.
