Thanks for your suggestion. We here at ADNL are also dissapointed in the stock price but as you know the price goes up the price goes down. We have zero control on how the stock trades.
We do plan to do a shareholder update shortly but when the time is right for us and probably not address many of the items you are asking for which are readily availiable on the Pink Sheets.
Asking for future dilution funding etc, as you know is some thing that if and when addressed goes to every one at the same time. I think it would be advantageous for the CEO or you to write a PR telling what the finance status of the company is and where they will get future funds. I'm sure you understand the SEC rules. We are sorry you are dissapointed as a shareholder but we are way ahead of where we should be on our business plan and believe the stock price will catch up. We are building a real company here and not a pk sheet fly by night, so if you believe in the company you will stick with us as a long term player. Thanks for being a shareholder but we only went live in January 2006 and have made tremendious stides towards building our company towards achieving revenue and look forward to becoming a cash positive company shortly.

MM CLYP is doing the financing, myself and several others think he shorted from .02-.005 range ahead of selling for the company for financial needs. I think he sits bid to help sell at ask and to cover his short. He obviuosly isn't finished selling for financing. I just hope that no more stock is issued to him. If we can stay at current o/s just above 203 million shares and he finishes th financing we'll be fine if they max out the o/s to 450 million then we won't see as much profit, and we could experience .000's pps before we go up on revenue announcements.

It appears that someone wants it to stay where it is for some reason. I have a nother stock that is doing the exact same thing only the bid is .11 and ask is .17. does this everyday.
Does anyone know why MMs want it kept at certain PPS so badly? Wouldn't it benefit them to let the PPS climb slowly to encourage investment?
