IMO.. its been shorted to the ground betterdays. I was gonna stay quiet, but i saw your post.
I emailed the ceo today urging him to do a short investigation like ECCI. My DD and some others show a big short, that doesnt mean anything unless the ceo steps up and deals with this. If i dont get a response by tomorrow afternoon, I will call him. Maybe he has a brain and will listen. I have started to buy this as it is undervalued and shorted heavily IMO.. lets see what happens

are you surprised?, its been shorted to the foundation.. look at the chart.. as ceo sits on his hands. seems like a dream for the shorters. good thing is they are too scared to short under .0003..
JUICE had a great pick.. just got naked shorted to death imo. now lets see if mngmt. wants to succumb to the shorts or make them pay.. like i said.. i will call him tomorrow.. and show him some research.. lets see if he listens..

I understand why people may be a little pissed of but i think this will pay off in the end. It just takes patience. Give this thing 2-4 years and anybody who kept their shares will have some money.

Cactus i realy dont want to sound ignorant and i cant ask this question without souding like a complete ass. But if you would answer that would be really cool.
What does everybody mean buy shorting the stock?
I have invested in this company purley on judgement and with the knowledge i have gained. I thought that shorting the stock was bad for us but i am starting to think otherwise now. Sorry if i sound stupid just a question?

your question about shorting is very difficult for me to answer, investopedia is a great source for knowledge, there are different aspects to it. not all involve naked selling. if you google a lot of this it will help.

Yeah cactus Taki has been in this one for a while I think he got in on the last run up. Unfortunately it has been downhill from there but, he almost always hits paydirt on his picks I will have to say. Anyways as to the potential of this stock I agree with you that there is almost no where to go but up! I have a little of this from a few months back and just waiting to see something from it. It will have its day though almost all are bound to go sometime and good news on a contract or anything could really make this baby fly. GLTA

The brokerage house I own says it has a shares of a stock you want to buy (but I really don't have them). You buy 100 shares of this stock from me at $1.00/share. Only problem is that I give you an IOU for the shares and not the shares themselves (but I don't tell you it is an IOU; you think you have actual shares). You have to give me the money.
Over time, as more "false" shares are sold instead of legitimate ones, the pps goes down. You get frustrated. You sell the "naked" shares back to me at .50/share. At a minimum I make 50% profit and never bought a share. And because I have no enforced time limit (Reg SHO isn't forcing anyone to do anything; ask Patrick Byrne) on when I have to make good on my IOU, I can stay "naked" as long as I want. "
