Repo, the $15 val of shares is based on the 8K merger agreement. Calls to the CEO have been confirmed as a trading price of $15 will be established by/on 15 days after the date of closing, July 28-Aug 1. I was very speculative of this but, im almost a believer now. The 8K says it all.

this stock takes like 5 steps forward and 1 step back...then again 5 steps forward etc..lol...i bought in at 5k at .23 but sold like an idiot at .32..i just bought back in at 1.00 and already gained 30% (i know thats chump change compared to what i couldve had)

I try to be a good boy and take some profits, but then I just have to jump back in after watching it continue to rise. I can't think of anything but this stock right now. Started vacation yesterday. Nice start. Maybe it won't ever have to end.

as far as rufus and them are concerned... the merger is already complete. ask them and thats what they say. try going to fronthauls website. it's directs you straight to cvsu's... remember what i told you guys earlier from talking with ben stanley... he said 21... because it will be based off 3 times what there book value and there book value is 7.21... maybe he doesn't know what he's talking about...? but also, rufus said... we *will* be going to nasdaq... everyone else pretty much covered everything else... called this morning 13mil left from what they knew of... didn't know what current was cuz they didn't tally it up. also audited financials coming out soon

8k does not state restricted shares, nor a reverse split upon merger. SEC regs require that all applicable agreement provisions that affect shareholders shall be stated in the 8K Material Agreement filing. So i dont think either situation will happen repo

Everyone on this board will see me here until the ticker change in a little over a week. I'm not a pumper, I've done my DD and I have no doubts anymore. 15 seemed impossible but just wait my friends!

mad, I believe the book value is just over $7
if you read the pr the book value is 7.21... reason why it's going so high is because ben stanley stated that it is 3 times the book value... that is why it's not going to be 7.21
