so, the $15 is not a joke. he said the symbol change will be around the 28th-1st. He submitted some financials and forms and we should expect a PR within the next few days. He is still buying the float and will continue to do so until it is completely gone. They will be "going a different avenue" with the amazon project... to garbled to exactly understand him but he made it clear they *will* be doing that shortly.

Thanks! Thats pretty much the same feel I had. I have already sold enough to cover my initial and im riding out the rest of my shares until merger. If i sell anymore he will just buy them up to save him the money later. Im staying!

oh... he hasn't called yet today to see how many are on the float. he said he was going to do so tonight or tomorrow. so i guess someone could call back tomorrow to figure out whats left on the float....

My personal feeling is through some pretty spectacular PR's the PPS will go to $15 on it's own. Rufus wants to trade above 15 which sounds crazy right now but he is not stupid. Bigger company than any of us know. Look at some of the contracts in line. Billions of dollars. Please don't buy on my DD, just my opinion.

10... no, i talked about this with him. he said fhal will be the surviving company, however, cvsu will be the new ticker. why? i didn't ask. probably should have but... it doesn't make much sense to me either.

Its hard to stay away with this much interest. I think that (and its my opinion only) if Rufus is telling the truth then what he is going to do is set the price at $15.00 and then buy a bunch of shares at that price, trying to maintain that level. Anyone agree? Disagree?

well if the float is being bought up tomorrow like it is today... well, need i say more? thats a big *IF* ppl. DO NOT buy because of that statement. it's just a generalization made by me. i can't think of any other reason this shot like this besides the float being bought up and the 15 dollar proposal/rumor(rumor as it stands now;)....

fhal will cease trading on the day prior close... and opening next day will be cvsu... as far as i understand it anyway

Doniboy, honestly I bought another 10k today. Haven't sold a share. Thought it to good too be true, but makes a lot more sense to me now. Will have more ups and downs, always does. Make a decision you feel good about. Don't take anyone's advice. GLTY

just remember that share price is set by the market, not by the company. IPO's have set starting prices but they can fluctuate instantly as trading begins. This is not an IPO and if the stock doesnt steadily climb up to $15 by the ticker change, the market is not going to be buying a .75 stock for $15 overnight. Think about it, if CVSU has so much money then why would they not just buy up all the float right away and make a killing in 2 weeks if that was the case.

In the July 12th Pr Rufus makes this statement;
"I strongly recommend that all shareholders calls for Hard copy certificates, due to FHAL near future name and symbol change," stated CEO Rufus Paul Harris
The next one to call Rufus should ask if "we" with FHAL need to do this...and what happens if we don't...this may be a loop whole of some sort...

Cass, 10 and anyone else. So lets see if I have this right.
The CEO will continue to buy up the float, raising share price to where he wants it, then around the end of the month we will switch from FHAL to CVSU with a share price around $15.
