Dallas, Texas (July 25, 2006): In an unprecedented late afternoon interview on *** (www.***.com) Rufus Paul Harrison, CEO of Fronthaul Group Inc. (FHAL), gave details of a recent merger with Conversion Solutions. Callers were stunned at the company’s guarantee that the stock would go to fifteen dollars as soon as the conversion goes through, sometime between July 28 and Aug 1. As the interview went on, however, shares traded down sharply.
Phone lines lit up as stockholders heard promises of a stock going from one dollar to fifteen dollars a share. The company tried to explain the guarantee to the shareholders that called in.…Developing.
It wasn't the callers that were shocked, it was the idiots at the program that were, most of the callers already understood was the impression I had of it.

as i said, i went back in only for what i was comfortable with (10k shares).
unfortunately im shooting the rest of the week so i dont think ill find any time to follow the drama. *gulp*
my input is that the dump seemed too orchestrated today. hrm.

I agree with you. I think the MM's or whoever want cheap shares or shorts or whoever anyone wants to point a finger at were looking for any chink in the armor they could find. This was not a massive sell off. Approx 8.5M shares were traded today. 1.5M in the last twenty minutes. I doubt that all 1.5M were sells. I know a few people that were gobbling up shares at prices they never felt they would see again.
When it comes to dollars that I use to trade, it's miniscule in comparison to many. I am personally holding 12.5K shares and will hold them through the merger. My uncle is a bigger dog, I don't agree with how he trades but he has the money that I don't. He sold all his other holdings to buy FHAL. He started yesterday and bought in the 1.40's. He finally finished selling at the close today and is putting another $30K in tommorrow. I advised against it because I prefer a balanced portfolio. Yet if everything turns out as advertised, he stands to make millions. His dream was that this would happen and he could pick up more shares at a cheaper PPS. His dream came true.
I still think this is a good play. I really don't see it falling to below $2 post merger. Based on the addition of CVSU's assets and potential. JMHO.
Do your own DD and never ever risk more money than you can afford to lose.

Yes they seemed totally unprepared. Were attempting to call numbers from FHAL and not CVSU in order to get in touch with Rufus and Ben. Acted as if they didn't know anything about the merger and then after Rufus and Ben left acted like they knew the whole story. Hats of for the great DD that the team at MN 1 did. NOT.

I agree with BB, that the dump just seemed to orchestrated. Especially the fact that they moved it to just before the market close. I could not get the M N 1 radio link to work. It wasn't my computer because I did get this message "the radio program you are trying to reach is unavailable at this time, please try again later" and then the call letters of the M N 1 360 or something like that. Heard that many others could not either.
I had my L2's up while the interview was going on and the sell off started immediately. There was no hesitation at all. After I moment, I realized what was going to happen and so I tried to sell my shares for .10 less than the current bid, but it just flew by.
Guess I'm holding now I actually feel better about holding than I did in those last 15 minutes of the trading day. So I do believe that for some reason, someone wanted panic selling to ensue.

Jo I know how it must have felt. I signed on to the show 10 minutes early, on my wireless connection and had no troubles with the audio. I heard and saw here on Allstocks that several others were having problems. I do not think the technical issues were planned.

I have not been around nearly as long as some of you guys...
I have never gone through any of this...
I have a "level headed type personality with a realistic and skeptic nature"
I have searched and I have listened and aside from the stupid panic sell, the MM games and shorting...(and the fact that this Rufas speaks like a "truck driving hick")...this "plan is so simple" that people are not able to understand.
I have already made GREAT profits with this...and I am taking half of those profits and stayin for the long haul...(LOL a week or 2)
To most of you, your opinions are wonderful...and alot can be learned ...but what I am not convinced of is the fact that you come in "as it falls" or after the fact..and point to the "fall and why"...most can see it after the fact...
Research CVSU and listen to the interviews and read the filings...if it is a scam...I will have lost half my profits...and these guys will do some jail time...and you all will be able to say "I told you so"!
If it flies...I will be takin' the kids and my Mom on a wonderful vacation to Australia!

Yeah, they definately need to call Orkin over there and spray the place. I take this as a good sign though. Why are they posting so much, for so long? They worried? You know, I never cared for guys like that much in High School, and now that they are older I care for them even less!

wally, i think you are very correct in the 'acted as if' part of your statement.
"im sorry sir, what is your last name?" (he said to rufus harris) give me a break. that was downright insulting, and i doubt they dont know who is coming on their own show.
dont you think they would be very aware of who cancelled their earlier appearance and screwed with the day's schedule???
that dumping was so orchestrated my finger never even came close to the trigger.

They are the scum of the financial world. They are either shorts who are basically leetches who feed off those that lose money, or else they are simply a-holes who enjoy kicking people when they are down. either way, they are bottom feeders.
BTW what is Rufus' e-mail? I lost it.

This remains no different a play than it was a week ago. You have what appears to be a bankrupt equity merging with an apparently substantial one. If the filings bear out what is suspected and the new company has funds and contracts it will rise or maintain around the $15/pps
If the new financials do not support the price setting that stock will fall.
It is that simple. Rufus believes the equity value (that is an important distinction) of the new company should cause it to trade around $15.
If it should it will...if it should not it will not.
I do believe a CEO should be well spoken or he/she should not speak. I have said that about other companies and I firmly beleive it affects shareholder value.

CVSU says they have a half a BILLION dollars in Venezuelan US dollar demoninated bonds. Answer me this: Where did CVSU get that half a BILLION dollars?
A lot of people here said that the merger allows them to reopen trading "sort of like an IPO." Sorry, but that sort of statement shows pure ignorance. An IPO is nothing like a merger. Rufus can no more set the stock price after trading reopens than Santa Claus can bring snow to Miami in July. That isn't the way the market works. (And no, Rufus and CVSU are not going to pay anyone 15 dollars for each share of FHAL they own at week's end either.)
CVSU does not even have a real office. (How is it that a company claiming close to a billion dollars in assets works out of a "virtual office" that they share with literally dozens of other companies?)
This is a two-bit operation, not the operation of a company with close to a billion dollars in cash assets.
I'm glad a lot of people here made a lot of profits. I don't have a dog in this hunt either way (I don't own the stock, I'm not buying the stock and I'm not involved with any person, business, institution or agency with any interest in this stock at all) but I have seen not a dang thing that leads to me to believe any of these claimed assets are at all "real". If I were in this stock, I'd be taking my profits and gladly getting out. The close today was not because of some interview that most people did not hear. The close was the sound of the pumpers becoming dumpers. It's downhill from here, baby.
That's my opinion on this stock and has been for days. Sorry if it's not popular.
