If you are waiting til funds settle, you should get a margin account. (not a pattern day-trading margin account--for that you need $25,000)
Having a margin account means you won't have to wait for the funds to settle. You don't HAVE to borrow, just treat it as a cash account, as far as the money you use.
I just switched over last week, and it is great.

Not to pump, but I seriously agree. When ever your sitting at a point like this it's scary to buy, but when we get some more great news these prices now will be a bargain. It happens at all levels. I was nervous to buy at .18 the other day because it had already went up %18 HAAA. JMO

I've got a margin account, but I'm waiting for funds to clear for this. FHAL is a non-marginable stock for Ameritrade, so I wait.

I wouldnt mind getting in after funds settle midle next week, just wanted to know if it'd be to late by then?
what is the cutoff date to buy this before ur shares are affected by merger.
Chad, my advice to you is to listen to the chat room discussion last night with Rufus. Does anyone know if that's available, yet?

I'm watching FHAL level 2, and watching other stocks too (i.e. paim) and it seems some daytraders are moving to other stocks today. The wild swings we've been getting with fhal are dying down. Ask is getting thinner. This is the consolidation we need! This will do a up swing outter nowhere at anytime. I've stopped flipping this myself, not worth it now, not enough swing. Holding long and strong now. GLTA

That chat last nite was unbelievable, Rufus is a great CEO. He answered every question without flaw. The only thing that sucked was jj's mic was crap and all the spamming on the chat

in approximately seven trading days this symbol will change to CVSU and OUR stock will open at 15 bucks a share! it may go up or it may go down, to me anything under 3 to 5 seems like a bargain! I bought some more today ( all i can afford ) wish it were more!. next week this ROCKS!! IMO!.

I bought some for .67 and I thought that was pretty high at the time. Flipped those, but sure which I had those now!

Exactly, things have been spelled out pretty clearly the last couple of days. The FREAKIN CEO of the company is recorded saying everything that has been talked about. Not just phone calls, recordings. His answers where very good and he knew his stuff. After my initial call to Rufus several days ago, I still didn't believe it was true. I was thinking about it logically, and I even wrote a PM to 10 of 13 explaining how I thought this would work. According to Rufus last night I wasn't very far off.(Just ask her) People keep saying he's not going to just give away $15/share, but that's the point, HE's NOT. He going to raise the PPS by PRing everything in sight. Contracts, finacials, and not to mention 400 mil in the bank. This will work IN MY OPINION and time will tell. This will be the longest week of all of our lives. Enjoy the ride. P.S this is for those who are not real up on the recent events. Buy or sell on your own DD, but best of luck with what you'll decide, as for me I'm relatively LONG. (ONE WEEK or until ticker change)

Friday's are the worst day to sell if you're long, but it's a great day to buy cuz many traders get out of all their position for the weekend. I bet this gets on a lot more radar's over the weekend and we have a super Monday

You hit the nail on the head cassity (good post), that's exactly it, he's not giving everyone $15 really, but he'll get the PPS up there and the market will give us $15 and more. I'm holding for the NASDAQ personally

thx MTP, I like what I read in the posts, except for something about it can open at $15 or some avg price....not sure about what that means.
Anyway, Im going to jump in with ya'll asap, which is like Wednesday morning and see what happens.
If I read correctly, we are able to sell whenever we want after merger, no restrictions? my question on this is: don they have to send our new share certificates to broker 1st, otherwise I dont see how we'd be able to sell, until out brokerage has changed over the stock and symbol.
I know I'm still waiting for my PAIV shares from the JPHC merger, and that was long ago!

I'm going to hold about 7500 shares for the Nas. myself. That could end up being a lot of shares if they do a F/S and give us shares of all the other companies.

Cass, I remember a few days ago some people posting "why would we get a free ride?" . . . obviously a question of doubt about where this is going. My thought on that is that it's not a "free ride" because of what you state above. "This will be the longest week of all our lives . . . " - let me tell ya, that heartburn doesn't come for free!

Chad, that the JPHC/PAIV thing was for restricted shares, this will be done automatically and electronically, all they need to do is a symbol change, they are not issuing actual new shares which they are with the JPHC/PAIV deal. This will close one day as FHAL and overnight it'll be electronically converted to CSVU in your account and next day it opens $15.00 on Level 2's... trade away.

Oh and these will not be restricted in any way, unlike the JPHC/PAIV one's that are for 1 & 2 years

1- "They have bought up over 100k shares on the market and if there are shorts it will have to be covered before the merger is complete" "short squeeze"
They used a trust to by up the float. The float will be held in the treasury and if needed at a future time then they may release them. The company is fully funded and will not need any dilution to fund operations
2- They will set the pps at 15.00 on the first day of trading and if the market supports it then that is the price "we" get...
3- Picure it as an IPO and we have the shares up front. It is his job to make sure that the share price stays at the $15 or more. The have huge contracts sitting on the table. They have bonds from third world countries to add to the list. He feels that $15 is undervalued
4-No r/s but perhaps a forward split after the merger is complete (8K will not allow them to do a r/s or any change in share structure until after the merger.
5-Rufas owns 9m of CVSU and none of FHAL
6- 3.5 billion in assets and 500 million in bank
7- S-4 is filed and 50 million set aside for each "project"
8- "We" would hold shares of AISS that is currently valued at $60/share. The board would like to have a value of 100/share within 3 months
9- the online lottery will be available in Ohio, Georgia and California (maybe another) by end of the year.
10- Fryyguyy just got puked on...time out
11- Moving to NASDAQ 50-60 after merger complete and volume stable

i sold 20,000+ shares and im out with a nice tidy profit, just for the record.
too many things making me uncomfortable about this - maybe theres a gain to be had, but we'll see about that more come monday.
when rufus started throwing in the illnesses he had yesterday, i had a flashback. not a lotta ceos discuss their private ailments in pubic... and then theres the 8-K option A, and those businesses that no one else wants that lead to more shares in more companies...

thx for info atom! thats all good then. im sold. Im not sure im convinced it just change from under 2.00 to 15.00, but even half that is a great gain.
Guess Im just skeptical...but dont see how a person couldnt like what they see.
once Im able to get my funds settled, Im in. Hopefully its not too late.
I dont think Ive ever seen 3 stocks go up so much and have so much MOMO as FHAL, PAIM, and PAIV all in close time frame. lol

i'm just as excited as everyone else but for all the new comers... most of us have been in since .08-.25 and sold or flipped on the way up this far so we don't have much to lose. make sure you DO YOUR OWN DD on this before getting in. don't ruin it for yourselves and blame us when this is all said and done. I am as confident as everyone else this is going to happen cuz rufus pretty much just put it in stone yesterday when he recorded himself saying it will... but as i said... make sure you do some research and don't just buy on our excitement... we got in with cheap shares... well alot of us have...

So let me get this straight, Mr. Harris talked about his illness and because of that you sold your shares? LOL Oh well, if that's your investment strategy, who am I to disagree? LOL
