Something very wierd was going on. I have a friend who had a sell in at .045. .05 and .055 none of them took. Even while sales were going through at .06. It almost looked like MM's were selling their inventory but not buying anything. Very very wierd action.

Since it is from "Fakes-R-Us", do we believe it to be authentic? Does seem that his appearance and the recent rise in PPS could be related...

I'm holding either way - September is drawing near.

I just got off the phone with Peter. He said an update will be out soon could be a couple of days to 2 weeks. He is waiting on some info and then it will be released. We will be staying a public company. He has a team of lawyers advising that RXPC is more than a capable vehicle to get us where we desire. He said the update will clarify everything including the DPO.

He was as pumped as I've ever heard him. Although we hit a few bumps along the way, I feel we will get back to some nice steady growth here. Best of luck to all here and especially Peter.

Ceo Basis for remark.

The fact I'am moving forward against all odds. Remebering my initial motivation "if making Health Care Affordable Costs me my life I am willing to give it peacefully".

This is my mission an ultimately it is an advocacy. Not a corporate positioning agenda. I will leave that to big pharma and government

I just talked to Peter. He's wanting to set up a shareholder meeting and asked me if mid Sept would work for everyone. I told him it would work for me so if we have interested parties, post your opinion here. I'll be talking to him next week to see if we can get a date set that works best for the majority of us.

As for the doubters and complainers of our CEO, I just want to say that I have no doubts of his honesty and integrity. His spelling may leave a little to be desired, lol, but I told him I have a good friend that is an Executive VP of a Fortune 500 company that had terrible spelling and grammar but it didn't stop him either. We are in a holding pattern here and I doubt we see any major spikes soon, but I believe this is a good investment with very good long term potential. I like the fact that this isn't a flippers stock as I think this has the potential for much more than just little "pops". Best of luck to all.

Here's your answer

For those who care the SS is unchanged as of yesterday.

O/S still 69,883,577

And from previous calls I believe the Restriced is 48,139,075
and thus the float is 21,744,502 (and that float number would include any certificated shares).

To the board..... As a lot of you may know I hold a rather large position in this company and have been very disappointed in the recent events with the company. SOOO.... I took Peter up on his offer to come down to St Pete and visit.

I met with Peter at his home in St Pete on Friday September 15. He lives in a very nice unpretentious older section of St Pete. I found an open, gregarious, and very articulate, 30 year old guy. I immediately felt very welcome and we had a very enjoyable 2-hour conversation over lunch. (Half a tuna sandwich, soup and iced tea for those that are interested.... [Smile]

Let me say I have always believed in Peter's mission of providing affordable prescriptions to un-insured and under insured people. That is why I have invested in this company. My main reason to drive 10 hours down I-75 to meet with him was to mainly see for myself the man behind the company, to see he is not a "scam artist" or some flake with a mission and no clue what to do. I found a man that is passionate and sincerely believes in his mission, one that is working as hard as he can to make this company work. I asked how RXPC came about? The answer was simple he had worked for years in the technology field and found himself without a job, no healthcare and a family with small children. He felt that there had to be a way to help himself and others that were in the same position. The illness of his child only strengthened his resolve . This statement stood out to me and I think it sums up Peter to a T “ I don’t know if one man can change the world but I am going to try “

I also found that he was a person that believed that others shared his vision. Unfortunately, as he told me, he has found that others may say they believe, but in reality they were only out for their own benefit. Hence the problems he had with Spring Hill. Many know the events of Spring Hill, if not, it has been PR'ed in the past. Due to these events Peter felt in he could not sign financials knowing they may be incorrect due to the double bookkeeping by Spring Hill. Also, by signing could put the company in a position of liability, which Peter did not want to do. The five Million shares have not been returned by Donnelly at this time. I did find that in order to be sold they must be sign off by Peter, which he won't do. If Donnelly tries to force Peter to sign them off there is Donnelly’s agreement to give them back to RXPC. So it is a moot point at this time and Peter has put trying to get the shares back as something to do at a later time. However, for all intents, those five million shares are not available to anyone at this time.

Peter also acknowledged he got bad advice on the privatization and DPO idea and that it set the company back. In short Peter acknowledged he has learned some very hard lessons that come with growing a business.

I can say we will be seeing, what I feel, some great news in the near future. I will not say any more on the subject as it should be for Peter to determine when the time is right.

We will however, be seeing NOBO lists again in the near future. I suggested Peter start a secure **** on the company website to discuss what he is doing. He said he would think it over.

We talked about the damage to shareholder confidence after the conference call. He acknowledged that it wasn't one of his more shining moments. He also stated that he has learned some hard lessons.

I saw the pictures of the new storefront in Kansas City. It will also serve as the facility for, as I put it "the Geeks". (complete with a coffee shop across the street). I was given
the option of going out there to see the store front, but declined, so I am pretty sure it exists.

Global is still a large shareholder and is working on the new media blitz.
Bell is still a shareholder and the lab acquisition shall be revisited at a later time.

More to come

DoubleDown.....

I just got off the phone, and received confirmation that they are staying public, and going to up list. He said they got bad information, and was tired of the MM manipulation. They are also in the middle of building the store front as we speak. I think this is a buy again.

I loved this stock until the talk of delisting. This is truly a great opportunity. They also just canceled another 8 million shares. The float is around 50m. I think there is real value here, in an industry that’s exploding.

Very true. This is a definite buy. Not only are they not diluting, they are canceling shares to make better value for the shareholders. Around 50m outstanding. I can’t wait to see how the store front explodes.

The rest of the story.

I don't profess to know much about healthcare industry, I am more at home in the O&G sector, So some of what Peter told me was somewhat with out reference and I am unsure of the importance. But we did take hypothetical tour of how the business plan will work.... BEAR IN MIND THIS IS MY PERCEPTION OF HOW IT WILL WORK.....

I told Peter of a small privately owned drugstore in our town. I have talked with the owner and he told me that Medicare part D is killing him, as he has to float the price of the inventory for months before receiving payment. To point out how this can be bad is, I had a scrip filled for a non-maintaince type drug and could only get half because he did not have that many in inventory. Plus this can serve to destroy the small business. I go there because of the service and personal attention I can get from the pharmacist. My Pharmacist has in the past caught a potential problem with drug interaction for my mother. I don't feel you get this in-depth service from the larger chain drug stores, mainly due to the fact they are so overworked and understaffed. Anyway, the question was how can RXPC help this guy to stay in business and allow me to save money. Peter told me that the store could apply to be an affiliate and enjoy the benefit of lower pricing for the non-maintaince drugs and for customers with maintaince drugs they could have their drugs ordered through the internet and delivered to the store or to their home. Acute care drugs would be available at the drug store. If a person were looking on the Internet for maintaince type drugs then they would be referred to the nearest store front (to keep them under the RXPC umbrella) or their meds would be mailed to them. The store that signed up with RXPC would have a better profit margin and be better able to meet the costs of staying in business. One of the things Peter found out under the Old business model was venders once they had customer info could cut RXPC out of the picture and market to the customer. The new arrangement that is forthcoming will prevent that from happening. From what I understand good things are now being put into place with all that happened before as a test run that exposed a lot of the potential problems now rather then later.

Peter said to expect in the next month or so a PR explaining what will be happening, and that we should be pleased with what is going on. My question was when will we share price go up as it is a joke right now, He stated that his priority is to compress the share structure to a point that the MM’s cannot manipulate the price and make it very hazardous for shorts. This WILL be done by retiring shares and not by reverse splits!!! He still believes that certing shares is the only way to entirely know that your shares are not being borrowed. I told him that if your shares are in an IRA they could not be used. He said he still felt that they could be borrowed but maybe that was true. I got the feeling he has a major distrust for brokerage companies ….I tend to agree with him on that point.

He said as soon as he can they will be filing a form 211, he is still adamant about getting off the pinks as soon as possible. We talked about the OTCQX as a step stone to legitimacy. It may be an option.

This is all my opinion and recollection of the meeting. I was given no proprietary information. I will not be buying on Monday as I am fully out of cash and I have a sh*t load of shares anyway. I will not be selling. I have moved my GTC sell orders to 10$ to prevent the shorting of shares. If this works, I don’t know, but if it helps then great. I will not cert a penny stock, as too much potential exists for change… as we have seen in the past couple of months. I told Peter my reasons for not certing shares, and he now understands the reason people will not do it. I hope this will give you all, (that have not met or talked with Peter), some insight. I am happy to share information with you all but remember I spent several hundred dollars in travel expense to come down here and see for myself what is going on. I will answer any questions I can but will not put up with any attacks. If I think of any more stuff I will post it but I this is pretty much it. I did not take notes as I wanted to see be able to see if this was a bunch of crap or not. I feel we may do well, but there is a long way to go for RXPC to achieve stability and lot of things can happen. Prescription drugs are, I had not realized how much, a very cut-throat business and Peter is stepping on a lot of powerful toes. But in my opinion, be it feast or famine, Peter will be for with us. I can live with that . FWIW

It's hard enough to find a company that won’t dilute, but this company is actually retiring shares. I bought 200k of RXPC. This is one of those runners that take off to $1 or more unexpectedly off of news. The O/S is to light. This one looks really good. Thanks for the extra DD JUICE.
