No change to the O/S as of COB yesterday.
O/S still 55,883,577 same as last PR.
and per last PR (which I'm confirmed in the past) the float is 21,744,502 and thus restricted still 34,139,075 as least through 9/20th and with our anemic volume, I doubt anything has changed. Nice and tight SS if we can get some progress over the coming months.

I hate trying to remember a stock from 2 months ago. I heard a canadian commercial offering discount prescription meds in the US on the radio but I can not be sure if this was it. looks like a different 800 # (you know how they repeat the # like 10 times during the commercial you’d think I would be able to remember it. Still no filing eh? I'm putting this back on my radar (what can I say - another PK).

Just got in and later than expected due to weather delays:( Peter already posted about the financial plan which will be listed on the site. Basically the meeting consisted of going ver the financial plan and a vote to reduce the AS from 500 million to 100 million and it passed unanimously, lol.
I had talked to Peter many times via phone and had posted that I felt he was an honest man with alot of integrity. I have now met him in person and feel that my assumptions were correct. He was a most gracious host and very giving of his time. Everyone will need to look over the financials and make their own decisions. I feel good about where I am at in this. I told Peter before I left that the business model and timing are right and it is just up to RXPC to fit the pieces together and get us running.
There are some things(website back up and functional, paperwork filed, etc.) that should be coming together very soon and we as shareholders will be able to help do things to promote this company in our own neighborhoods. We are close here to seeing fruit and I wish everyone the best of luck.

To clarify the re-issuance of the stock., when completing the Spring Hill acquisition in 2004, I personally returned a great deal of common stock to balance the control and ownership of Rx Processing Corp "I felt the other party had the best interests of the company at heart, I was wrong" his intent, like many others was ‘what can the company do for me, what can I get from this'. He missed the point of the company and mission, may it be from his lack of intelligence or focus only upon ones self interest, I do not know? What is true this day is Rx Processing Corp will survive because the entropy of the mission and my hard work complimented by the timing and strong market conditions with your unwavering shareholder support .
To be clear, I personally have contributed great deals of resources to this company and mission as a founder of Rx Processing Corp. This is a public corporation there was no just "giving back shares" often in this pink sheet environment companies take dilutive action against shareholders we have changed that trend by supporting our shareholders at our personal expense often baring the burden personally of incorrect decisions made on behalf of Rx Processing Corp.

RXPC share structure has been reduced from 500 million AS to 100 million AS by vote at this years stockholder meeting. OS has been reduced from 189 million to the current level of 61 million and the float is around 21 million. Our CEO is committed to keeping the share structure(SS) very tight now and into the future. I respect his transparency with the SS and the way he includes it on all news releases. The new NOBO list should be posted by tomorrow on the website.

I'm back in. I like the ambition, resourcefulness and the determination of our fearless leader. I think he makes a niche and a profit going forward. I also like the miniscule float and the transparancy......... down the road $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

RXPC Summary of recent deals.
Biz Affiliates Prescription deal- $1million guaranteed licensing agreement that calls for a minimum of 50 affiliates generating a minimum of $200K per year. That comes out to $10 mil in revenues which RXPC will make 10-15% profit from. Using 10% that is $1 million in income. Conservative p/e ratio of 10 gets us to $10 million divided by the OS gives us .15-.20 PPS.
Now add in Biz Affiliates contract for the lab services. $700k guaranteed licensing agreement. 140 Affiliates that must generate a minimum of $100k business. That comes out to $14 million in which RXPC will generate 10-15% income. Just on 10% that is $1.4 million at a p/e of 10 and we have $14 million divided by the OS gives us .22 to .25 PPS.
RXPC is guaranteed $1.7 million in the next year. Then combine these 2 contracts together and we have potential of .37-.45 just from these 2 contracts. I don't know about anyone else but this is just the start of what is to come and I like what I am seeing. Explosive growth potential here. Right place, right time. GLTA

RXPC is now listing the NOBO/OBO lists on their website again. I can't think of one other company that does this, has a friendly TA, and quotes the OS and Float on every PR.
Also, according to Peter, we will be off the pinksheets by the end of first Q of 07. Tell your friends about this one because this is one destined for dollars, imo.
