Question:Did Not Peter Say/Hint Another PR This Week? Besides Lets Roll.
Answer:There was no hint, he said there would be news this week. That is all I know.

let me also add a little fact with definite revenue impact. i paraphrase here so maybe someone can post the actual language from the PR (i think i am recalling this accurately).
RXPC is not a "PBM" (pharmacy benefits manager) such as Caremark, ExpressScripts, etc., where they carveout (or assume) pharmacy risk and manage same for HMO's, or otherwise administer the discounted fee for service pharmacy portion of the benefit plan as well as contracted rates with third partie payors (e.g., PPOs, non risk HMOs, TPAs, MCOs or multiple employers trusts, etc...since RXPC's primary market is the (growing) "un" and "under-insured" market segments.
however, apparently during the DLS DD acquisition phase it was revealed that the state of Louisiana's self funded employee health plan contracted with DLS as a PBM for pharmacy benefit plan administration and discount pricing management. this typically means the PBM (DLS and soon to be RXPC) earns a fee per covered life (i.e., the employee, their dependents and possibly even retirees/dependents) per month per total "covered lives".
so if we are talking about 50,000 total employees (a SWAG -- wild ass guess), then we multiply that times a factor (say 2.5 or more....) to arrive at the covered lives (RECURRING revenue) basis. so 50k x 2.5 = 150k of covered lives. then multiply that by negotiated "admin fee" the PBM earns from administering the deal.
this fee is the equivalent of "mail box money" or an annunity inasmuch as the income is realized per member ("covered life") each and every month the life is eligible under the terms of the benefit plan.
OK, perhaps i should have waited to offer the explanation AFTER i bought more shares tomorrow -- oh well lets see if anybody even reads this post as it's kinda late here in Oceanside, CA.
lets roll!!

Peter is probably going to start blocking my calls, lol. Just got off the phone and his mood is very upbeat. Said he wouldn't give a time but news will be out this week, maybe this afternoon. Keep your eyes on Businesswire.
Peter seems like the real deal and I feel we are in very good hands. He said he is looking forward to meeting all of the shareholders. Hold'em strong and long.

Gonna jump back in here, a little bigger this time. Bought at .03, sold some at .07 and some at .065. Now hoping to get back in at .085 or below. This company's gonna explode. I got a hunch that news is huge.
Juiceeeeeeeeee!! I am going to compile a list of the all time Yankee team from the mid 70's to today. I will present it to you tonight. Still torn at the manager position between Martin and Torre.

Santana and Liriano are tough. I watch the Twins every night. They can't gain any ground on the Tigers or White Sox. This is a tough division with great pitching.

Gotta go with Torre on that one, Johnwayne. Martin was good, but Torre has delivered more rings (unless I forgot some). Although, if who gives the umps more hell takes precedence over championships, then it's Martin....

That's a tough one. i love Torre but how can you not take Martin any coach who was willing to fight his players to get his point across whether it be in the dugout or a hotel bar.

I gotta go with Martin just for his relationship with RJ and "The Boss" 2 guys that needed a little Billy ball. JT has had the better players and has the better results.

My heart says Martin.... look how many different teams he rebuilt. But as Yankee coach it's hard to ignore Torre's rings. Had Martin been able to keep from drinking who knows, maybe the Yankees would have kept on winning. I love what he did to Reggie.....

Juice, this one is a winner. I've had to rethink my exit strategy. Originally thought I should cash half my shrea at .15 but if we get premarket PR like I believe we will, this could go much higher. May look to sell 1/4 at .25 and ride the rest for the long haul.

I hope it works out well Duke but my gut feeling is that news at the latest will come at the opening bell.

Problem is I went to Minnesota Tue/Wed and didn't want to be holding much of anything while I was gone. Also I expected more of a retrace in between PR's. Well you warned me Juice before I left that I might not be able to get back in.
