Just in case you guys have not noticed this one has been trading between .0011 and .0014 consistently. Although I lost plenty of money on this one at least I have been able to recover some of it by flipping this stock....

I think this one ran from .0003 to .005 if I remember right. With the vote of the R/S on 6/12 this most likely will test the .0003 area again, especially if the R/S goes through, which is a formaility...IMO.

any chance of recovering?.... lately it looks like, anyting I touch is going red made some on fgfc today, but as soon as I bought IPRE at .0011, it went down to .0010....errrr

If it drops to .0005 before the RS, you can bet I'll loading the truck. They want the share price up to move to the OTCBB. They aren't doing it to screw anyone. Just my opinion, but I still believe this company has some huge potential. The company is strong and the CEO is a solid person. He's been very up front with everything. How many pennies do you know give this much warning before a RS? Character all the way.

Everything I have has been red lately too. And I agree that this is one penny that IN THE LONG RUN is going to pay well. IF they can produce and market good films.

Here are the highlights of the conversation:
1) Matto feels very confident about this company he says he will continue buying shares tomorrow. (In MATTO we trust, should be printed on the dollar bill)
2) The stock they both predicted will hit rock bottom at .0007
3) The obvious: The reverse split is coming but this might be a good thing for the company. This will force this stock out of the day traders hands and might give it value in other investors eyes.
4) The reverse split will be 100000 - 1
That was in a nutshell what they said..

Hmmm, I've certainly made money off some of Matto's picks before but on this one I got out yesterday at .0013. How'd they come up with .0007 as the bottom? This is way to risky right now with a RS imo it could hit .0002 but I hope the're right. I don't wish big losses on anyone.

I'm selling off small holdings in a few companies to buy more IPRE. I too think this will work out in a few months. We may just luck out and get a general increase after the R/S. One in a million chance but we can hope.

Wow, I just stumbled upon some very interesting information. I was bored and decided to see what was on the Internet about the guys heading this company. But let me preface what I'm about to say by saying that I am a current shareholder and planned (until I found this) to hold this since I'm down 80% on this bad boy and really had nothing more to lose. I'm truly not "bashing" this stock, I'm just sharing this information that I found.
But, seriously, this is worth your time....

Kenneth Eade, Chairman of Imperia and the guy giving Hergott all this "advice", has been named in lawsuits accused of aiding in driving companies into bankruptcy not once, not twice, not even just three times, but at least a half-dozen times. Including with Imperia Entertainment under a previous name, Ameri-Dream Entertainment.
The President of Ameri-Dream accused Eade of fraudulently manipulating the stock, unusual use of holding companies, and the massive dilution of shares, sending stock prices from over $5 to under a penny in just a few months. This includes lying to the SEC in regards to proxy voting on reverse splits. In an SEC filing he lied about the number of voters/proxies present to meet the required minimum, in a meeting where he made his mother-in-law director of the company, did a 10:1 reverse split, and changed the name to Soleil Entertainment (the name before Imperia Entertainment) ("Signature Films" also fitting into the name-change thing somewhere along the way). The lawsuit was eventually dismissed with prejudice after an undisclosed settlement.
And just a little icing on the cake, since being admitted to the California Bar he's been suspended no less than a dozen times.
Not in the above link is the fact that just a year after the 10:1 split as "Ameri-Dream", "Soleil" had it's own 30:1 split in June of 2004.
Why? To paraphrase the shareholder notice -- Because, despite purchasing great properties, and having great news and prospects, the stock was undervalued which made securing financing difficult. Sound familar?
Change the name, wait a year, do a reverse split. Change the name, wait a year, do a reverse split. Change the name, wait a year (Soleil to Imperia last July), do a reverse split. Anyone see a pattern forming here?
Also, when looking up any SEC filings with either his or his wife's (his wife tends to be listed as owner of the stock generally) he's been involved as the "Counsel" in dozens, if not hundreds of PinkSheet companies doing Reverse Splits. Some on a very regular basis. Reverse split scams are what this guy does.
If you wanna get really deep in something weird, take a look at Specialized Leasing (SZLG). I can't even make sense of the web of holding companies and reverse splits. And with every subsequent move, Eades (or his wife's) position gets larger and larger, then the companies are brought under the umbrella under the guise of some "strategic acquisition" which looks great on the PR and the stock prices go up.
And Ameri-Dream? The company before Soleil which was before Imperia. Man, that's a great story. It shared "offices" in the middle of the desert with fourteen other penny stocks, including the Specialized Leasing I mentioned above. It had promises of these great movies to be made, and some HUGE $200M studio out in the middle of nowhere. And guess who the common guy who amongst them all? Kenneth Eade.
Scammer doesn't even BEGIN to describe this guy. It makes me sick to my stomach that I put so much of my money into this company, and lost it, only to NOW find out these things.

Any investor that thinks this R/S is a good thing must get there HEAD checked.It does not matter if they did it right away or next month.If it is done later it just lets people out of this scam.I am looking at .0001 when it finally splits.

I just have a real small position in this so after a split i will have a really really small position.I have a small position in all these pinkies for this reason.Most will reverse split at some time and if you ask i am an expert on R/S - by golly i have enough of them in my portfolio.

ok so scratch buying in more of IPRE. fortunatley my holdings are small so that they will be extra small after next week. Typical greedy people ruin everything.

Has anyone emailed James with this story and asked him what is up? Obviously he is a puppet or he really does not know the checkered past. If you bring it to his attention and tell him to fire this a$$ hole Eade perhaps we can move on...
