yea this is a weird company. seems to me they are only doing the R/S so that they can reissue the shares. they hit their annual limit of share issuance, but does that change if you do a reverse split?

i'm hoping my research makes this one pay off, but the evidence says its a bag.

guess we'll see.

I think it's too early to say for sure what they will do or if it really is a scam. The evidence out there is not very favorable. Time will tell. I just don't think I want to be holding the bag long enough to find out.

amswap, it's posters like you that contribute the most to these forums. This is really pertinent information, and you are responsible for illuminating it. So thank you.

How did you find the info on Ead? SEC?

You are welcome to read the past posts in this thread. It will be easier than reposting. If not, go to edgar and do a people search on him, his wife Agata Gotova and the others associated with this stock. Nothing I said is made up. You can also check out the following companies and check the SEC filings to see how long they had the shells and that htere was not a dime of income on any of them:
Mercury Software
FBI Fresh Burgers International
Innovative Software
McSmoothies
Russian Imports
First Television
These are just the ones that both are involved in. There are a lot more that Ead is involved with which have the same outcome. Look and see.
I'm sure there are more. Be sure and note that most of these rented office space from Ead. I'm not trying to bash this stock, just the ones behind it making the decisions and the track record they have.
Letting other know about such things should be what this board is all about. I can't understand how pointing out facts relative to the stock would cause people to get upset. Maybe they think I am making this up. Do some DD and you will see for yourself.
Does this mean I hope this stock fails? Absolutley not. I would like to see everyone make money. I just want to bring this to the attention of any new people who might be thinking about throwing money into this. They need to be aware of who is behind this and know their track record and proceed from there. Best of luck.

The easiest way is to put his name in the search engine at edgar people search - pro.edgar-online.com/people/peopleSearch.asp
Then do a company search at the SEC site at
www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml
This will give you all the filings they have done. You'll see what I mean when you look at the filings about how many times he files late.
The people search will give you 6 variations of his name. You can put in Ken Ead and they will all come up.
You might even find more than I did. Please let us know if you find anything I failed to mention.
Others need to know what's going on.

Simon says there is no plan to have Hergott on subpennyradio. He has put out an informal invitiation and has not heard from IPRE at this time. So there is no interview tonight. Who ever said this put the cart before the horse.

From what Simon explained, they will have the reduction in outstanding shares, but will keep 500,000,000 in their authorized share structure.

This could mean they are planning dilution at the first opportunity which would be in line with what Ead and spouse are used to doing with other shells they owned. If they really want to show us they are serious about reducing the shares, why do they need to have a half million in reserves? Something to think about.

For them to get to nasdaq, the shares will need to be worth .002 by the time the exchange takes place.
Any thoughts on what you guys think is happening? They have a plan up their sleeve or they wouldn't be messing with it in the first place. Are we going to get the short end of it?
Let's see how much James will elaborate on all this.

It's a classic pink sheet move. They're going to reduce your holdings 1000 fold while reducing the a/s 4 fold. What do you think is going to happen? Those 500 million shares will hit the market in no time flat and when they're exhausted, they'll either increase the a/s again or reverse split again. This is one to get out of right now. Call me a basher if you will but that IS what's going to happen. Cut your losses while you still have a chance.

Hell, let 'em call you what they will. You know what you know and if people don't agree with it, that's their problem, not yours.

Imperia Entertainment Finishes Rough Cut for Feature Film ''Say it in Russian''; Estimates Final Cut Will Be Finished in Ten Weeks
Business Wire - June 13, 2006 09:43

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Jun 13, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPRE) announced today that its editor, David Rawlins ("Saturday Night Fever," "Urban Cowboy") has just finished the rough cut on the feature film, "Say it in Russian" (http://www.sayitinrussianmovie.com). The company estimates that the director will have finished his cut and the picture be locked within three weeks, with sound, music and effects taking an additional seven weeks, at which point the film will be marketable. The company plans to make a digital copy of the film available for film festival entry.

About "Say it in Russian"

It is a romantic adventure, shot in Paris, Moscow and Los Angeles, starring Faye Dunaway, Rade Sherbedgia ("Snatch"), Steven Brand ("The Scorpion King"), Alex Nesic ("Sleeper Cell") and introducing Agata Gotova, with supporting roles played by Steven Berkoff ("Beverly Hills Cop"), Musetta Vander ("O'Brother Where Art Thou"), Elya Baskin ("Moscow on the Hudson") and Oleg Vidov ("Red Heat"), among others. It is directed by Jeff Celentano ("Gunshy," "Primary Suspect").

They have no trouble providing info from speculative earnings.. we need to get past the Ken Ead thing and then see where it stands..Hopefully the interview will address these concerns and we can hear it in his voice.

Very low volume for this one. They need to issue a pr about the r/s and spell it out and their intentions and reasoning for keeping such a high authorized share structure.

we all know what they are going to do, you and upside are likely, and sadly, right. I got burned on this along with the rest of you. sad that it turned out this way. But, it taught me not to hold pinkies too long or love them. Though, I thought I learned that with QBID [Smile]

What's funny is that PR from today would have sent this up 20% a month ago, today no one cared. Great, finish your B movie, show it to the world, this is awesome, yank yank [Roll Eyes]

sorry guys, I am not one to post negatives, my mother taught me to not say anything at all if you don't have anything nice to say, but I just don't want any more folks to get burnt for a 70% loss like I did...

I hope I am proven wrong...best of luck

OTC and OTCBB stock are not investments... The only way to make money with them is either Daytrading or swing trading, a 2 or 3 days hold max.... Take a look at most of the stocks that run big, most will will run a second day... but few will run for more than 2 day, if you get in it on day 3 you more than likely ,,,, will be the bagholder...

In other words cut your losses early and sell on the run up... if it turn around on you sell and wait for the next one....
