How have I made anybody lose money? I am simply letting people know about the company and those associated with it. I'm not asking you to take what I say and go with it and never have you illiterate jerk. Why don't you read before making ignorant assumptions?

Now if anyone wants the information, all they have to do is spend a little time doing research. Kenneth Ead (AKA Kenneth Eade, Kenneth Eadejerry) has had numerous corporations who he helped start selling stock in spaces rented in his office. His wife Agata Gotova has started numerous corporations and never made a dime on anything she planned to do before selling out. They have all had significant business plans including what they wanted to do, but they use the shell for a few years and sell off. These shells are what cost so many penny traders to lose so much. I think I will continue to bring up the fact that perhaps we should be on guard with some of what appear to be nothing more than con artists.
Ken Eads has made a fortune helping with shells. After all the companies he and his wife have had, I don't want to invest in anything they are associated with.
Does that mean you should do what I do? Absolutely not. You're a fool if you take my word for anything. I am not a seasoned investor like some here. I am in a huge learning curve and will be wrong more often than I'm right.
What I'm not wrong about is that the President and CEO refuses to entertain the fact that he might have a con artist in his midst.
Ken got this company through the settlement of a lawsuit and brought James to head up the company. I don't think James has enough controlling interest to do anything. Ken is the CFO and the primary stock holder so his say goes no matter what. This is why James is so defensive. Should he let us know the truth about Ken's prior dealings, he would be out of a job. I know how business and politics work. As disgusting as it is, I make the personal choice not to have any dealings with them.
Some people could care less what goes on and who gets cheated as long as they can make some money. I am just the opposite. I choose to maintain my integrity and will not knowingly support andthing I believe to be completely crooked and derived and run by someone I believe to be of less than questionable character. That's just me. You do whatever you want.
So next time you accuse me of costing you or anyone else money, look in the mirror punk. If you lose money, there is noone there to blame but you.

Doesn't some of this explain why she is the star of the movie? It is supposedly loosely based on her life. At least that is what I heard somewhere. Her Russian mob father and all that. No wonder she is now in the US doing much of the same. I tend to believe that it really is based on her life. We're now living part II!

Interesting post amswap. I own and follow IPRE on IHub but did not realize that Agata was Ken's wife.
Not really happy about their past doings. Whether this thing an another scam or not only time will tell.
Your thoughts/revelations all free of charge are appreciated and added to my DD. The only cost is MY bad picks.

I didn't realize it either when I was cheering this stock on earlier this month and last. Searching all the companies they have been involved with was really an eye opener.
In the future, I will not only do dd on the stock I am looking at, but I will be searching the people involved as well.
I am still in this one and haven't lost anything as long as it stays at this price. With their meeting today, only time will tell what they do to it.
They diluted their other companies and never had a cent of revenues before new ownership took over. Since this one has a couple of movies in the pipeline, I am still hoping it is the one that does something and we don't all get burned.

Notch Novelty Corporation (Pink Sheets: NHNV - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=NHNV.PK ) Notch Novelty Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of high-value unique sign products and novelty items, announced today that six-month revenues are up 225% over same period last year.

"Notch's fiscal year end is November 30, 2006. This tremendous performance coming into the end of our second quarter shows we are on the right track," remarks Brett Weiss, CEO of Notch Novelty. "Most exciting is a huge volume of business already booked for the coming third quarter. If Notch products continue to be so well-received, we will certainly more than double revenue for the year."

Notch revenue continues to grow with product line extensions from Disney licensee National Design LLC of San Diego. Notch Novelty resells an exclusive line of Disney Fuzzy artboards and Write-On Magnetic Dry Erase boards in the top-selling brands: Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Princess, Tinkerbell, and now the much-anticipated Disney/Pixar movie, "Cars." Xechem International, Inc. (OTCBB: XKEM - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=XKEM.OB ) Xechem International, Inc. announced that it has received Orphan Drug designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Orphan Drug Products Development, for the five-membered heterocyclic anti-sickling compound known as 5-HMF for the treatment of patients suffering from sickle cell disease (SCD).

Research led by Dr. Donald Abraham of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) has shown 5-HMF to be "the best potential anti-sickling agent in 30 years of sickle cell research", performed by his group. 5-HMF not only is a natural product with very little, if any, toxicity, but it has a high affinity for sickle cell hemoglobin. It is also very active in genetically modified mice as shown by Dr. Toshio Asakura, Director, and his colleagues at the NIH-NHLBI Sickle Cell Disease Reference Laboratory at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania.

According to Xechem's Chairman and CEO, Dr. Ramesh Pandey, "We are pleased with the FDA's decision granting Orphan Drug Designation to 5-HMF. This puts Xechem into a unique position where the company will have two drugs in the pipeline for treating patients with sickle cell disease. 5-HMF is a new type of drug that interacts specifically with intracellular hemoglobin without interacting with other proteins in the body. Today there are no non-toxic drugs available on the market to treat SCD. We are actively proceeding with our first drug (NICOSAN(TM)) in the hope of bringing it to the Nigerian market immediately following Nigerian regulatory approval. We are also preparing the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for 5-HMF for submission to the FDA in the coming months."

Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPRE - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=IPRE.PK ) Imperia Entertainment, Inc. announced that, as a result of numerous shareholder requests, its board of directors has approved an amendment to the articles of incorporation, to be approved by a majority of the outstanding shares in the shareholder meeting on June 12th, to reduce the authorized common shares to 500 million from the current 2 billion authorized shares.

Cetek Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: CTKH - http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CTKH.PK ) Cetek Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of ceramic material for the electronics and power generating industries, reported today that effective April 11, 2006, the company completed the change of its corporate domicile from Delaware to Nevada. The common stock of the company after the completion of the change of domicile to Nevada will have the same rights and preferences as currently exists. The Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation of the company, after the completion of the change of domicile, will be identical in substance to the company's current Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, as amended. This action is not intended to effect any change in the business, property, management or capitalization of the company.

Along with the change in domicile, a 15c2-11 Information Statement filing is in the final stages of completion for posting to Pink Sheets. That was posted on the XKEM thread. Thought I would throw it on here since it included IPRE. Not sure that this will do anything since we already knew this was coming.
I'm still in waiting for it to go up enough to take a little profit and then get out. Hoping it gaps early. If not, I will take my losses and run. Not saying you should follow my lead. I have numerous reasons for getting out as you can see if you read the posts.
I wish anyone still holding and those who get in the best of luck with this one.

Muller Media Launches Corporate Web Site
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2006--Muller Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MLMD) announced today that its official corporate website has been launched at www.muller-media.com. Muller Media is engaged in producing full-length feature family films. Our first feature film is "Whiskers," now in pre-production, produced by Academy Award winner Jordan Klein ("Flipper," "Splash," "Cocoon"), and Executive Producer Kenneth Eade ("Say it in Russian") www.sayitinrussianmovie.com. "Whiskers" follows the adventures of an intelligent sea lion and the family he befriends.

According to a study made by the Dove Foundation of films made in the years 1989 through 2003, family films are 11 times more profitable than their R-rated counterparts. "The 'G' rating, which used to be considered a death knell for a film, now stands for Gold," said Kenneth Eade, company President. "We are excited that Muller Media can take advantage of this enormous market, which targets the entire family as movie-goers, as opposed to the current 50% of the market, which is composed of 12-29 year olds who frequent 'PG' rated films," he added.

I think so. It says the shareholders approved the 1/1000 and the board approved a 1/500. This is strange since the board has the majority voting right anyway. Another questionable pr. Something we need to learn to expect from a company Kenneth Ead is involved in.

Yes, until they dilute or shareholders and MMs drive the price back down to where it is today.

Either way, if they make money, it should go up and if they don't (which not one of Ead's companies that I can find has ever turned a profit) we'll have many less shares worth no more than they are today.

Would'nt it make sense for the MM's to drive the pps up prior to the split and then sell short after the split? (This is my first RS!!!)

It's tough to say what will happen here. It could be a great thing for some and the price could go up enough that they choose to move to another board where they can get a whole new load of freshmoney and cause it to be very profitable for some. I can't imaging that since Ead has a very difficult time filing anything on time. Numerous companies he files for have had the e on them due to his inability to timely file. I hope it climbs just a bit more and I can dump it. Best of luck to the rest who choose to keep going.

You are welcome to read the past posts in this thread. It will be easier than reposting. If not, go to edgar and do a people search on him, his wife Agata Gotova and the others associated with this stock. Nothing I said is made up. You can also check out the following companies and check the SEC filings to see how long they had the shells and that htere was not a dime of income on any of them:
Mercury Software
FBI Fresh Burgers International
Innovative Software
McSmoothies
Russian Imports
First Television
These are just the ones that both are involved in. There are a lot more that Ead is involved with which have the same outcome. Look and see.
I'm sure there are more. Be sure and note that most of these rented office space from Ead. I'm not trying to bash this stock, just the ones behind it making the decisions and the track record they have.
Letting other know about such things should be what this board is all about. I can't understand how pointing out facts relative to the stock would cause people to get upset. Maybe they think I am making this up. Do some DD and you will see for yourself.
Does this mean I hope this stock fails? Absolutley not. I would like to see everyone make money. I just want to bring this to the attention of any new people who might be thinking about throwing money into this. They need to be aware of who is behind this and know their track record and proceed from there. Best of luck.

What gets me the most is that I spent a lot of time defending James Hergott, the CEO. When I asked him a question about Ken's previous 'shady' dealings, he was rude and insulting. That is when I decided to investigate and post what I found out here so others with the same questions might have something to go on.
Just trying to do my part to help.
