OTC and OTCBB stock are not investments... The only way to make money with them is either Daytrading or swing trading, a 2 or 3 days hold max.... Take a look at most of the stocks that run big, most will will run a second day... but few will run for more than 2 day, if you get in it on day 3 you more than likely ,,,, will be the bagholder...

In other words cut your losses early and sell on the run up... if it turn around on you sell and wait for the next one....

Words to live by. Kind of like the Genesis chapter of the micro bible.

I've said the same thing many times and yet I seem to think that one is going to be the big one if I hold long enought and it never works out that way. For some reason, it's like chasing an open ended straight. There's that chance and you usually get burned. IPRE is the perfect example. I was all for it until Hergott sent me the response he did. It was like being hit with a skillet in those restaraunt commercials. Ding. You just did it again idiot. The gambler in me isn't disciplined enough yet. Another lesson learned.

so is the general feeling this is a scam will always be a scam? Is it possible earnings and filings with SEC and a move to the OTCBB may just help? If not, I guess we are all screwed!!

bellwetherreport.com: The Bellwether Report notices the Market Correction taken by Imperia Entertainment, Inc
via COMTEX

June 15, 2006

Jun 15, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Imperia Entertainment, Inc (OTCPK:IPRE), is a company that our research team will be tracking over the ensuing weeks. They recently came out with a significant corporate development, causing a market stir. The BWR Research Team will continue to bring its subscribers cutting edge research tools, and second to none customer service.

Imperia Entertainment, Inc, company which has emerged as a player in the area of independent film production and distribution, once monopolized by the major film studios, yesterday morning announced that its editor, David Rawlins has just finished the rough cut on the feature film, "Say it in Russian" (http://www.sayitinrussianmovie.com).

The company estimates that the director will have finished his cut and the picture be locked within three weeks, with sound, music and effects taking an additional seven weeks, at which point the film will be marketable.

Preliminary foreign sales estimates have been made at $2.5-6.5 million. Domestic estimates are double that figure, for a total of $5-13 million. The company plans to make a digital copy of the film available for film festival entry.

"Say it in Russian" is a full length feature film, shot on Super 35mm. It is a romantic adventure, shot in Paris, Moscow and Los Angeles, starring Faye Dunaway, Rade Sherbedgia ("Snatch"), Steven Brand ("The Scorpion King"), Alex Nesic ("Sleeper Cell") and introducing Agata Gotova, with supporting roles played by Steven Berkoff ("Beverly Hills Cop"), Musetta Vander ("O'Brother Where Art Thou"), Elya Baskin ("Moscow on the Hudson") and Oleg Vidov ("Red Heat"), among others. It is directed by Jeff Celentano ("Gunshy," "Primary Suspect").

Earlier this week the company announced that a majority of its shareholders approved a 1-1000 reverse split of the company's common share capital and a rollback of the authorized shares to 500 million.

As a result of numerous shareholder requests, the board of directors approved an amendment to the articles of incorporation authorizing a 1-500 reverse split of the common share capital and a reduction of the authorized common shares to 500 million from the current 2 billion authorized shares.

Shares of Imperia Entertainment, are currently trading down over 17% on just over 47 million shares as investors sentiment seems to have changed. The company looks stronger then ever as the recent trip to Cannes created a great foundation of future sales and partnerships. Now that "Say it Russian" is progressing positively, this company has the potential for a bright future, as it will be interesting to see where this company comes from. Currently trading at $0.002, this company is a huge opportunity as it will be very exciting to see how it reacts to a split. The BWR Research Team will continue to follow the market sentiment on this company and numerous others.

If I re-eneter this stock, it will be sometime after the split. I've seen it happen too many times in the past where the stock will drop after after a RS. I always hear people on this board use the word "patience", well I plan on excersising that when it comes to entering this stock. I'm no longer going to sit in a stock and wait several months or a year, while it goes down, only to have it come back up where I originaly entered it to begin with and that's if I'm lucky. GLTA

the bellwetherreport.com is a paid pumper site don't be mislead by what they say.i get emails from them about most of the stocks they cover and does not make the price go up.A R/S most times does not help a stock. You don't see a company doing good have a R/S split.Just trying to help the Newbies because there are too many on these boards pumping there own stocks.

Funny you would think I was pumping this stock dalton. You obviously haven't read my posts on here.
This was something someone sent me and I posted it. Doesn't change what I know about the company or the people behind it.

Matt,

The markets hate uncertainty, and I am sure people feel uncertain
during this transition stage, till after the RS has gone through.
Then we will see what happens. We put out a PR on Monday and it
seemed to have little effect. Once the RS is over with, I feel we can
better focus on the future.

I am pretty sure that no matter when we filled a RS, it would be taken
negatively by the market. If we announced an RS after some great news
came out, like you are suggesting, what would pull the price up after
the RS if the price dropped like it did in this situation? Better to
get it over with now, then focus on the future without having it on
the horizon IMO..

All the best,

James

Just a little insight !!

most likely hit .0002, with the general sense of impending doom that everyone seems to be feeling now.

The company estimates that the director will have finished his cut and the picture be locked within three weeks, with sound, music and effects taking an additional seven weeks, at which point the film will be marketable.

Say the R/S goes thru in the next couple of weeks.
Ten weeks from now is the HOPED for date the movie can sell.
What kind of PR can they actually put out that is going to support or raise the PPS when they have 5 to 8 weeks before their "cash cow" is ready after the R/S?

Imperia Entertainment Issues Shareholder Letter
Business Wire - June 16, 2006 10:06

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Jun 16, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPRE) announced today that its president has issued a new letter to shareholders, as follows:

Dear Shareholders,

I believe this is my sixth letter to you. I realize that because of the low stock price, morale is low. I understand that it is frustrating for investors to see their stock price dwindle. And I appreciate those who have stuck with us through these hard times.

The price has only been lower once in the company history. At that time, people were very frustrated. I told shareholders that we were selling shares to pay for going over budget on our feature film "Say It in Russian", and I told them how long it would continue for (2-3 weeks). Even though I explained this, many did not believe me. Then, when the selling was complete (2-3 weeks later), we announced the selling had concluded. The stock price skyrocketed up 2000% within a week or two. I remember the day before that release went out. Investors wrote me derogatory letters. They were pessimistic. What a difference a couple of days made. People who had swore to me they would never touch the stock again, were suddenly buying. People who had hurled accusations at me two days earlier were suddenly calling me the best president on the pink sheets. It seems people's opinions about the company and management are directly linked to if they are making or losing money on the stock.

It always amazes me how even though the experts say that the smart thing to do with stock is to buy low when no one wants the stock and sell high when everyone wants it, very few shareholders actually do this. The instinct inside us is to not touch something that no one else wants, and to buy something when there is great demand. These natural instincts are very difficult to overcome. The result is that when a stock price drops very low, investors see it as a situation of impending doom.

Obviously I can never predict the market price of our stock. I do think at this time that the company's value is underestimated and that the stock price is greatly undervalued. The fact is that nothing has changed with the company through all of these wild price swings other than the announcing of the upcoming reverse split. Our projects are still moving forward. You would not believe that by what most say on the message boards or in emails to me. If you read those, you would think the company is three days away from folding.

Even though the stock price is very low, the company could not be stronger. Lets look at what is not going to happen in the next year, and then look at what will happen. I hope this will dispel all of the doom and gloom theories. I will also include some new updates for shareholders. The simple fact is, that Rome is not burning. I stake my reputation on the following:

What will NOT be happening for at least the next year with Imperia:

-- The company will NOT be going out of business

-- The company will NOT be changing its name or ticker symbol

-- The company will NOT be doing any more reverse splits

-- The company will NOT be and CANNOT sell free trading shares for at least the next year

-- The company will NOT be paying any bills with company stock

-- The company will sell only convertible restricted shares that CANNOT be sold for at least a year

-- The company will NOT be increasing its authorized shares

-- The company will NOT be increasing its float OR its outstanding common shares

-- The company will NOT be paying a PR firm or any other vendor with stock

-- The company will NOT be merging with another company

-- The company will NOT be engaging in any kind of hidden methods to dilute the stock

Since the company will not be selling free trading shares, it stands to reason that the only way that the stock price will drop is if current shareholders sell their shares. By contrast, the only way for the stock price to go up is for shareholders to buy the stock. What will attract shareholders to the stock? We believe the best way to do this is by increasing shareholder value and by bringing greater attention to the company through the production and distribution of our upcoming releases. With that in mind, here are the latest updates with some of our projects:

"Say It In Russian"

We had a great reaction by distributors and sales representatives in Cannes to the trailer and have been approached by several top studios that are interested in seeing the finished product. We are only ten weeks away from having a finished movie to take to film festivals and to market to buyers.

"Whiskers" and Imperia subsidiary MLMD

We just hired the director. We will begin casting in a week or so. Funding is being raised through sales of units of restricted stock and equity in the film through our subsidiary, Muller Media, Inc. The new website is now up: http://whiskersmovie.com.

"Never Submit"

I have an upcoming meeting with one of the top, if not the top MMA organizations in the world. Casting will begin shortly. I recently did an interview regarding this movie: http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=160CAEB3742 23A2E

And don't forget our other deals including the upcoming movie "Brothers," our last movie, which was theatrically released, "All That I Need" and our upcoming mobile phone deal for "All That I Need" and our television series.

Never before in Imperia's history have we had so many irons in the fire and yet have we been so undervalued by the market at the same time. Never before have we had such a bright future ahead.

As you can see, our company has been greatly underestimated. While others have been spending their time predicting our doom, we have been spending our time building a bigger and stronger company. I look forward to a very prosperous year and future for this company.

All the best,

James Hergott

Still, there is a big gap between right now and any of those projects being released. Any of those things are still months and months away. What are they going to do to brign the PPS up? What can they do?

In an indeal world that's the point of doing the reverse split. $2 stocks don't necessarily dwindle on a lack of news when it's obvious that news is forthcoming. You buy and hold on anticipation of the news. Doesn't work that way with pennies, which is why a movie producer will never do well as a penny stock because there will always be gaps, often large gaps, between any new developments.

This 'news' has done nothing for the pps. It shows that people need to hear something positive about the direction of this company. If they want the pps up, they need to have another meeting and stop the r/s. That is the only thing that will show people how serious they are to take this company in the right direction and not following the same old tired pattern Ken Ead has followed with all the companies he's been involved with.
They all r/s and did things to continue to drive the price down until someone else took over complete control. As long as Ead is involved with this one, no serious investor will believe it has much value.
Do the right thing and cancel the r/s!

OK, All I can say is tune in tonight because Ken Eade is included in the interview. We may have a different feeling afterwards, some may not. However, I feel it is a positive step, and James is trying his best to keep everything really visible and clear.

My thoughts are that if he really wants this to be a profitable venture, he needs to remove any affiliation from Ken Ead or his wife Agata. This would send a strong signal to all that he is serious about the future of this company. I know it won't happen, but that would be the right signal.
The other problem I have is that is was recorded 2 days ago and there is no chance to ask some serious invester questions.
