That is how a reverse split is done, with a reduction in authorized shares. Then the SEC reduces the shares by a ration that makes what you hold even to what is being reduced. Then they increase the PPS to match the ration. The rest is simple math.

Maybe, but James is usually much better at explaining their intentions. I think he is frustrated by all the emails he must be getting. He threw that PR out there to get people off his back for a little while. I'm in no way bashing him or the stock. I just wish this had been a more decisive and explanatory pr.

Yeah madmoney, but this isn't USXP and there really is a product here. They want to move to another market and getting the PPS up is the only way to accomplish that goal. Yes, you can lose 95% of your money, but that can happen with or without a RS. When it is all said and done, the value will be the same. You'll have less shares worth more money. What happens after that is largely dependent on what the company does. I am nervous about what we found out about his side kick. That alone is enough to really worry people and back away from this stock in the future.

that PR was very vague. this is starting to get really fishy. don't you find it strange that they let the price slip into the .xxxx range, then decided to put out a vague pr that seems like better news (to make the price go up 50%)? sorry guys, I'm not buying it. I NEVER say anything bad about a stock (check my posts if you like) but this burnt me, and I feel like they are just continuing the burn for others. I would wait until all of this gets sorted out before I would buy. JMO.

thats the A/S reduction and it is a good sign, however the common stock split ratio has not been revealed, yet! if the split is low ( less than 50 or 100 for 1 ) this might have a chance, but at a thousand for one, no way, it will drop BIG! then investors can buy in at the new low and THEY will make bank! holders through the split stand a very good chance of getting shafted! IMO!

So is the A/S being reduced to 500 Million set in stone, or is it also up for vote on Monday? Sounded to me that it still isn't official and has to be agreed upon at the shareholders meeting. If that's the case, then isn't it true that Ken would also have the final say on this as well, beings he will have the majority of the votes?
Could this have been a ploy to get the PPS back up from the cellar before the split takes place so that it could start off in the dollar range, rather then the cents where it was heading?
Just an interesting thought IMO

LOL.. this information gets brought up every time the stock goes down. And the new investors think they just discovered the wheel. This information has been discussed on the message boards SEVERAL times.. OLD OLD NEWS..LOL.. Here is cliff notes version...
This Lang Elliot put out this information in order to slander Ken with a bunch of lies. Lang Elliot is a scam artist who was exposed in a Forbes article that can also be found on the Internet. Ken sued Lang Elliot over this and WON!!!!!!!!!!!! End of story... This is why American Dreams is now Imperia Entertainment.. because as part of the law suite Ken got control of the company....

Good luck guys. God what a mess. I hope it works out for all of you. There has got to be a way to make these pinks more transparent. Cause right now it just seems like legal theft with most of them. R/S, shares to the wife, name changes, non reporting, law suits etc. Well I have no horse in this race, and am not trying to rub salt in your wounds, guess I'm just scratching my head along with all of you. Ken Ead's wife, Agata Gotova started and sold off 2 companies in which both were publically traded companies that leased office space from him. They sold to others before 1 dime was made. Hergott claims I am trying to reinvent the wheel. The email was rude and condascending. I won't email him again. His defense of Ead is laughable. Their past dealings in publically traded companies is a joke and they laughed all the way to the bank. Ken, his wife, mother in law and another member of their family have been in numerous companies that have been shells and while I haven't fully investigated their dealings, all were done without ever coming to produce a thing. He says he sued and won, yet the only lawsuit I could find was with the Holding company owned by the family who sued Lang Elliott and his company and that lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice and they mutually released all claims. So Mr. Hergott, my claim still stands. I believe you have a con man in your midst and hope you will do something about it before he takes IPRE into the ground like he has done with the other companies I've seen him involved in. Do your own DD on this and any company involving Kenneth Ead, Agata Gotova or Nina Gatova. This is a B film and will not make a lot of money in my opinion. The MMA movie might make some. It will be closer to 2008 before we find out by the time they film and complete post production. By then, I believe Ken may take this company into the ground. All is my opinion and I have no proof that this stock is in danger of going under. Only a suspicion after receiving such a blatant slap in the face from the president through his email response. This is a stock I will sell on Monday and take whatever loss I have to. I can't support someone who is that insulting. There are plenty of others to make or break on.

I've talked to him through email about a dozen times and he was always extremely professional and polite. I have always defended him and believed him to be of the highest character. Sorry to any of those I insulted trying to defend him.
