Ok, we know this stock is a doormat right now, but what are it's odds of doing really well if a large hurricane were to hit the coast? Katrina was the reason for last year's spike, so another big one could do the trick for us. I'm not wishing for a hurricane and the death and destruction that goes along with it, but...I kinda am...dang...I'm a bad guy...Fine, I hope a big hurricane hits a very low-populated area where everyone is prepared and nobody dies. I'm an idealist! C'mon Atlantic, give us your best shot!

You hope the company goes bankrupt because of that post? Yours is a pretty sick post.
No, the real reason to hope the company goes bankrupt is that they just diluted a third of a billion shares and aren't done yet. They're trying to bankrupt us and it's only fair to hope they go down with us.

I was thinking that selling my shares at .0003 this past run might have been a mistake and should have held out for higher. I am thankful now...I think this poor dog is dead. IMO

Dear Madmoney, I was wrong for getting into penny stocks. I can understand why someone like yourself has the unspoken privelege to play these stocks, but I was way out of line when I bought mine. May all of my stocks crash and may yours make you a million-billion dollars. I will punish myself by self-administering a severe whipping. Hopefully, though I do not deserve it, I may some day earn your respect.
With deepest sincerity, Dark Horse 7092

maybe i was a little harsh, I just think there is something fundamentaly wrong with hoping for a disaster so we can make a few hundred bucks on a stock play, did not mean to offend (mutch). I am sure you posted in jest, to mutch time has passed or i would delete my post. GLTA. hope something other than a hurricane moves this.

Here's a question: when a particularly stuck holder of a POS .0001 stock winds up making a market sale that nets less (maybe a lot less) than .0001 per share, how does that show up on the ticker?
I'm wondering because of the volume on this (will probably hit 800 million today). We ran out of bidders hundreds of millions of shares ago and most .0001 stocks don't have this kind of volume (even SMMW rarely gets this high).
So are these .0001 shares maybe selling for a lot less than that?

That's a great question, kermit. I've bought a couple of stocks that said they were .0001 on the ASK, but when I bought my specified # of shares, less money was taken out of my cash on hand. So, people may be selling this under .0001, but I've got no clue on how to place a sell order less than .0001.

I think you place a sell order for under .0001 by making a market sell where the ask is .0001 and it just works out to be less. But my real concern is not so much the people selling for less than .0001 (IMO dilution is undeniable), but the people buying for less than .0001. Because those people can take profits at .0001, making it that much tougher to get out of the cellar.
Unfortunately, the people I've heard from who have bought below .0001 say it showed up on the ticker as .0001. Some big buyers snapped up a lot of shares yesterday, which makes me feel better about this stock's prospects, but since there's no telling what really happened, I can't be sure we're still ok.

Hurricane Ernesto is headed towards Florida. PHBT is in florida, too if that makes any difference. Anyone see this having an impact on our stock price this week?

Micro: every year, the stock rockets off hurricane news. That's why we're here (I would not recommend being long in this one, there will be plenty of time to buy in later for the anticipated patent if you want).
We're all a little spooked by last week's trading, but still hope for some kind of run in the next three weeks--off hurricane news.

I hope Ernesto doesn't rip PHBT off the map! I guess the company could still kinda operate without a building, with the help of a computer or two. Anyway, I wish I had more to put into PHBT now that the ask is .0001! Oh, well...

Thanks Vagabond. But several people here and on IHUB have said that they once bought or sold a stock for less than .0001 and it showed up as .0001. Maybe there is no standard way of notating it.
This probably means nothing, but the hated UBSS is sitting on an ask of .0003
