(.0002) I've had an open order * (.0001) for months and haven't filled. That doesn't mean others haven't been able to, but that's my experience.

Does anyone here know how long the patent application process typically takes? I visited the USPTO web site and they have the application available, but I couldn't find any other information.

News on patent process
I called the patent office and learned-
The PHBT patent is docketed for examination and will be examined VERY SOON...Filed in Oct. and they are working on some Dec. ones so its moreless past due and will happen any day now.
This process will take ONE DAY to be examined.
If they find any problems with the patent(I forget their exact terminology) this will have to be disputed, and the exact specs of the patent will have to be changed or whatever if they are too broad
I asked how often this occurs, he said VERY OFTEN
If it is examined and everything is OK you have to pay some fee and do paperwork which is the next part of the process before its ready to get its patent
After this it will take several months before we have our patent
He said it will be at least 5-6 MONTHS AT THE EARLIEST before we have our patent.
So it looks like the best news we can hope for is a painless examination which will mean the patent will be on its way after a few months....where we will get this news from I dont know maybe the patent site or maybe Doxey would issue something updating us on the status of the patent...If Doxey waits to issue a PR on patent approval this wont happen for 5 months at the earliest...OUCH.....I'm still thinking this will move with the hurricanes a bit in the meantime.GLTA

My name is Javier(pen name) and I am a very poor teacher. I have lived off of Ramen noodles for 6 months now and have lost 40lbs. doing so. My Braun filter is broken, and I would really like to have a new PURE H20 BIO-TECHNOLOGIES INC filtet, however I can't afford one until this stock reaches a penny. I operate a homeless shelter for abused animals, children, woman and a variety of other mammals that will remain nameless. They really need clean water and our hopes are resting on you.
Thanks, Javier p.s. (I'm not drinking right now)

This will run in the coming week(s) due to hurricanes like it did last year. How high it will run, I have no idea (maybe .002). I know the official patent award is a minimum of 5 months away, BUT if (big IF) the patent is examined and deemed worthy of approval during the next few weeks, that with the hurricanes will make this run hard. I'm talking, over the 52-week numbers. We'll bust a penny with this.
Again, all my opinions, and I'm just speculating because I have nothing else to do at the moment. Been waiting for this to run for months now.
