Yesterday I called Joe Doxey, PHBT President and we spoke for approximately 20 mins.
My first question was regarding the current O/S. He told me it stands at 450 million and does not see a need to dillute any further. I told him that would give the company a market cap of only around $275,000. He chuckled and asked me how many shares I had. I told him it was in the 8 digits and he said wow..."very nice".
He also brought me up to speed on the lawsuit out of Kentucky. They have won a $900,000 judgement and are expecting it to be upheld next month in Kentucky.
He also told me the first patent could be approved anyday now and that's why the company has sold shares. They want to be ready to execute their business plan once approval is given.

lol, I feel your pain. Was wondering for some time if it was still breathing. Dang. But patience in this stock, IMO, will well be worth the wait.

Ya, we will have an interesting few weeks ahead of us. Though, I am really shocked that this news release didn't immediately start a huge run. I mean.....this company is actually alive....doesn't that mean anything to anyone? This stock is way undervalued (Not IMO either, that is just a fact)

i dont mean the news of the first patent coming out, We were supose to hear some good news in either august or september, I think yesterdays press release might have been what we were all waiting for?

No, it wasn't even close to what we are still waiting for. Did you even read it?
However, it may be a cover-up to soften the blow when Doxey tells us one of their patents was unapproved. I doubt that theory though because no changes have been made on the USPTO website.

i should have sold at .0003 and bought back at .0002, Ohhh what a fool i was. What was I thinking, I was just sittin back with my feet up amd a Corona in one hand thinkin the good time were never gonna end. I went out and bought a whole carton of New Ports thinkin i could aford it now, damn you phbt

Yeah, that's what I'm thinkin. Gonna be a while longer I'm afraid. Was able to sell a couple mil at .0003 and the rest at .0002. I will buy back when things heat up again. This one is easy to read...volume...volume...volume

I'm surprised we didn't get even a little bounce from that last PR. If nothing else, it let's everyone know PHBT is still alive. The people here who think it was just a softener for a later let down on patent approval need to read it again and maybe google "provisional patent".
Regardless, phbt should heat up in the next couple weeks and top out with a good gain in about a month. We'll get more buzz as we go along.

A penny is possible. The penny will be broken if both patent related news and hurrican season hit together. I'm glad we have a lot of people holdin on for the ride to keep this topic active each day. I know I've learned a lot from watching this stock since February.

i said it before, but i'll say it again.. i'm really surprised that there are only a good handful of us here.. this really is the "calm before the storm"
with the added excitement and attention in the coming weeks i'm sure we'll get some more attention from the allstocks posters.
this is an excellent play. and a penny would be nice

I'm not as surprised...maybe a little. Everyone usually jumps on the bandwagon right before or right when something good happens. We're the very early ones here who get the excellent price of .0002!! I'd like to see someone in a few months brag about getting filled at .003!

I've been sitten on this along time... I really don't think it's gunna jump out of the gatew and run to the moon all at once...There will be a few swings before that, IMO.
kinda hoping the FHAL thing comes to fruition soon...I would like to take some money out of that and dump it in here before it runs...Get a little closer to retirement that way...
