My apologies to the board for the inaccurate info. As osoaz stated, the TA gave me the CUSIP number. If the CUSIP number hadn't been 9 digits, I might have figured out something was wrong. I did have an email from the TA this morning correcting the figure.

Auithorized Shares = 390 mil.
Bought back by previous owner = 100 mil
Company buy back = 50 mil
President buy on open market = 15 mil
Restricted shares issued = 30 mil
balance 255 million shares ????
estimated gross income = $7 mil add one time winfall $1.1
$8.1 mil / 255 mil shrs. = .04 cents share
what is missing here?? Thanks
osoaz: We do have to wait for clarification on the number of restricted shares issued. Since the PR announcing the 30 million issued of restricted shares, the O/S has gone up another 15 million. Curious to see if another 5 million will be added this week.

Today would be an excelant day for FGFC to issue one of those "fluff" PR's stating the current share structure, progress of the buy back, earnings and revenue etc.. (IMO).

--IMHO-- I beleive that once they determine the correct share structure from the NOBO, and announce the completion of the buy back, we shareholders will be right in line with what we all have been calculating out for the past few months (+ 30 mil. shares). Gross Rev will be around .04 - .05 cents per share. In regards to net rev....Hmmmmm Who knows.??? It's still an undervalued stock.

I wonder how many shares they issued to pay for this? I can't imagine that they would want to spend any money from the bottom line to pay for aquisitions. I'm not being negative here but..........ok, I'm being a little negative, I'm just in a bad mood today.

TMAN: I don't have the exact number here at home, but it was 290 million as of Friday. Over on Ihub, someone stated they talked to IR who said "soon" on the retiring of shares. IF IR can be believed, sounds like the O/S will be back under 100 million. Hopefully soon is less than two weeks! GLTA

And I see it took one buy of 50,000 shares to bring it back up to 11% up???? I wish the MM would stop screwing us and let the price go up where it should be about .05 or more.

If they want us to sell that bad looks like to me this stock has been shorted and when the MM's get caught on that one we will make some money then.
