NITE is a known as a clearing house. Notorious dilluter. I am not saying that is the case, I don't want to see it any more than any of you, I'm just saying it's a possibility.

No dilution cotton IMO, if you look at the L2s closely you will see NITE always in control of the bid and ask... Just let this play out, I have been in contact with the company on a regular basis and I feel confident enough to have aquired quite a large position. They are doing great things for a pink sheet co. I know some of us have been in this awhile, but this company does not believe in blowing smoke to raise its pps. Instead, they release truthful statements on events that are taking place and IMO that speaks volumes to their credibility.

First Guardian Financial Corporation Orders NOBO List to Review & Verify Actual Shares Outstanding
Oct 16, 2006 9:13:00 AM
Copyright Business Wire 2006
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

First Guardian Financial Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FGFC) today announced that the Company has ordered a current NOBO (Non Objecting Beneficial Ownership) list from ADP Investor Communications. The NOBO list will show the company an exact number of shares outstanding and the ownership of those shares; it is the most complete & accurate share profile that is available to the company.

The company is taking this action as we prepare to retire a large block of the company's common shares; this action is also being taken as part of preparing the company to complete its audited financial statements and filing to trade on the OTCBB.

"Once we receive the NOBO list we will review it with our auditors for any possible inaccuracies and correct such if there are any at that time," explained President Abraham Rosenman. "It seems to be that there may be some possible discrepancies and we want to be completely sure that our records are 100% accurate. Our primary interest is to have the least amount of shares outstanding as we move towards the OTCBB, and to make sure that there is no significant shorting of our shares, and if so to stop it immediately. We are committed to creating value for all of the company shareholders. As the company moves forward with increasing sales revenues and earnings from operations," said Abraham Rosenman, President.------------------------------------------------------
just to recap, should get news of this EOM or sooner.

Rich, you know I have been in this for a while also but I got burned earlier this week by a company that was "doing great things". I was very optimistic about that one and i got burned. Now I am going to be a little pesimistic and protect my capital a little bit faster, thats all.

NITE is known for Naked Shorting and they have been the subject of many SEC investigations and litigations which they have lost. Their latest battle with the SEC is costing them 85 million. I'm not saying you are wrong, because in fact you make a good point, but lets call NITE for what it really is, a crook...

I know cotton, we have both been here a long time, and I sympathize with you on your losses. I too have taken some blows lately and I agree with you on protecting you capital. We all need to look out for one another. JMHO

Brad C is right about Schwabster. He shows up when something is down. When it goes up he disappears. It's a fact. Whether he is paid or not, I dunno. But I have no doubt his pockets are padding.

FGFC will have a nice end of the week run with the anticipation of buyback news on Monday or Tuesday.

Thanks for the response Topsail. The last statement from the company was that they had amended their a/s to 142mm with the state of Delaware. I dont see how they can be above that number unless they have amended their a/s again. They did say in a recent PR that they were not going to amend it until the buy back was complete. Has anyone checked with the company to see if they have upped their a/s. Thanks. TMAN...

i'm not in this play currently, but is it EVER gonna POP!?!?!?
i've been watching it for months and nothing to grab onto for a real run with any sustained action. what gives with this POS company? seems like this would be a good time to get in at .009, but the way it's going, it could seemingly just as easily hit .005 in a heartbeat. not bashing, i want to get in. just need a solid reason to do so or some serious momo. seems like it might be played out for some time to come. you tell me.

LOL coby... i'm not truly saying that FGFC is a boiler room play, but really... this IS the PINKIES afterall. numbers barely mean sh!t, news trumps all, momo is everything. i've been following this play for so long, but (other than the string of 'buyback' PR days) there's just never been a REAL reason to get into it. i want to and it seems the price is right, but, god, even at sub-penny levels it can't even get a 20% to 50% quickie in much less sustain a true run. it'll pop, i'm sure and i'll join the ride when it does, but any long-termers in here... geez... you could spent that bagholding money on beer and smokes :-) GOOD LUCK !!!
