freakin MM's. I just added 200K to my position but they wouldn't give it up with out raising the ask...Looks like my buys put us back into the green again though!! Hope we stay at these levels a little longer so I can finish loading the boat next week.

I had my order of 200K in for 45min before I took the "all or none" option off my order. Then it still took 15 min to fill my order in chunks. If FGFC is buying shares off the market right now we are all in very good shape. I'm off, see everyone tomorrow

Shares are getting hard to come by here boys. Add the new SEC naked shorting rule in on Monday, the Buyback, and we've got a perfect storm a brewin'.
Hold em tight !
Is this new rule going to stop all this shorting? I am in this and eqbm which is really being tampered with so it'd be nice to have a few runs because of this.

I agree Uncle S. I'm holding my 700K shares with great anticipation. GLTY

come to think of it U. smelly, you and I own quite a bit of the float once they complete the buyback. I'm sure there are investors out there with a lot larger positions than us. This thing will run hard once all is said and done. I plan on holding these shares for 1 year for the tax break. Normally I'm a trader/flipper, but this is IMO a golden goose!!!

and don't forget FGFC is going to the OTC. I emailed the company a while back and they said that the process is moving along and they expect to move to the bigger exchange as fast as possible. Good to know there are other smart investors in this, it makes this investment that much sweeter!

If everything they say is true and actually happens over the next 6 mos - year, we will see some amazing gains. I'm still skeptical of these guys, but so far they have been keeping us updated.
When they state that they have bought back a large sum of shares - then I'll get really excited.

I'll agree with that. I think they have done a good job thus far keeping us informed. The move to the bigger board shows they want to be accountable and taken more seriously. If they are buying back shares at the current levels, that means 50 mil shares can be scooped up for around 700K. That's a steal, and what kind of company buys back that many shares unless they believe firmly in their company. I know it's a pink and a gamble, but if they keep their word this could be a fantastic play.

Not to much selling going on today is there. If a company can only buy back 10% of the daily volume, at this rate it could a long time for the buy back to be completed. Turn the damn speakers Up.

Well cottonjim, lets break it down. From reading the posts on allstocks, I'd say between just the small group contributing to this forum that we have a couple million shares between us. The average daily volume has been between 5 and 8 mil. The company said it anticipates purchasing 15-20 mil per month until completed. At 10% a day that could allow them to purchase between 5 and 8 hundred thousand per day. Now, if you do the math, 10% of avg daily vol multiplied by 30 days a month gives you between 15 and 20 mil!!!
If you read U. smelly and my posts, you would read that it is becoming very difficult to purchase large blocks of shares. I believe this is because there are a lot of people holding their shares right now. While pinks are normally a traders dream, FGFC is starting to look more like a great long term hold or dare I say investment. At these prices not many people bat an eye at scooping up a couple 100K and placing it in the back of their portfolio. Sure there are traders and flippers keeping the daily pps up or down, but as time passes and FGFC continues to purchase shares, FGFC could begin a fantastic run.
With less and less shares available to openly trade, and investors holding tight, the squeeze alone could send us skyrocketing with the right news, ie. buyback complete, record earnings, buysellmerge.com launch, the list goes on...
I have said this before and I'll say it again. We are going to see lots of green days and lots of red ones. It's a stock people, if you don't like to see the daily fluctuation, then go buy bonds or keep your money in a savings account. FGFC is going to be tossed around the market just like every stock is, the difference in my humble opinion is this is the start of something great. GLTA

Rich...Nice breakdown and it makes sense to me.
Once eveyone regains their composure and calms down over the fed we should start going up nicely but that may have to wait until next week since the Holiday.

I will admit that more than any other stock I own right now this one has given me the most heartburn and stress.
But I have held true to a few things I have read here at allstocks.com.
1. Walk away from the computer (or in my case log out of my account and forget about stocks and get into something else).
2. Be patient.
Both work very well. It helps not to be dependent on the cash you have in here (which I am not). Still trading gets you going. The other thing that helps is that the stocks that I own that are down; I like. (3 up, 3 down, 1 even (overall gain))
I think FGFC is going to be fantastic in a few weeks. So good it will be hard not to sell.
This is a great place to learn (paper only takes you so far). So, Thanks folks!

I emailed the company today and this was their response. I must say that they are great at responding quickly to my inquiries.
Dear Richard,
I will answer your questions to the best of my abilities without giving out privileged information with all due respect Sir, see below:
From: Sent: Thursday, June 29, 2006 7:58 PM To: ir*guardianfinancialcorp.com Subject: Ir inquiry
Salutations, first I would like to thank you for your quick response to my previous email. Next I would like to inquire about your pr concerning the company share buy back plan.
1. Have you begun purchasing shares from the open market? If so, when did this start? If not, when do you anticipate starting?
The company has been adhering to its stated buyback plan and will announce retirement of shares as it occurs.
2. Once the buy back is complete, will you release when and how many shares were taken off the open market?
Yes, we will gladly
3. Is the move to the OTC.BB almost completed? Do you have future plans on moving to a larger exchange?
We are in the process and will announce when we have filed, we would love to move to a better exchange as it is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders of course we have to crawl before we walk, walk before we run and then get there, the company is extremely aggressive and intents to what ever is in the best interest of the business and the shareholders.
As always your response and attention to these matters are greatly appreciated.
You are quite welcome and I hope I have shed some light on the situation for you
Regards
