Welk chart is certainly ok but would like to see higher rsi and better uptrend on the macd.chaikin money flow index is still ok.I not worried at all at this point.

Hey guys, I'm off for the day... Don't worry about charts on this play. This current pps is a steal. Sure we might dip back down a little, but pay no attention, I'm loading up more if we do. This is an exceptional play. It may take some time, but we are sitting on potenial riches:) Have a great weekend

FGFC mgmt should shock these MMs with a good AH PR confirming that they've bought a bunch of shares. That would send this gapping hard Monday. Would be a GARRRRRRRER!

when a company does a buyback they are allowed to buy an amount equal to 10 percent of the days volume at the best average bid price per day, these trades generaly happen at or near the end of the day or just after market close.

something just doesnt jive with this. maybe their putting on the shake so there is less shares to have to buy back is all i can think of. Gotta ride it out though im in at .20.............

Here is the email I recieved back from FGFCs ir department. The answers to my questions are vague at best but I thought I would post it anyway. I will try to dig up more this week and I will post whatever I recieve.

1. Can you confirm the move to the OTC.BB will take place in a timely manner?
Yes, as fast as we can get things done.
2. I have not been able to find any current quarterly or annual earnings reports, do annual earnings support the current pps of FGFC.PK ?
We are working on them as we speak.
3. Was the reason for the 11 to 1 forward split a) to aid in investor confidence b) to allow FGFC to purchase cheaper shares under the share buyback plan c) to better support current pps once you become a fully reporting company under the OTC.BB.
In the beginning we only had a very small float so the company’s advisors recommended a forward split to get the company recognized.
4. What is FGFCs 1y target pps estimate?
I cant speculate on that sir

Well my wife and I visited Niagara Falls today and I decided to drive by Woodstock to check it out, since it's only about an hour and a half from Niagara on the Lake and the falls themselves. It is a very beautiful and extremely lush town with "two interchanges" -- the Canadian equivalent of exits, along the 403 and 401 highways. The 403 highway became the 401 right at Woodstock. I kept thinking it would be a great place for a golf course type resot, given its green nature. Don't know if there are any plans for this. It also would be a great spot for a big business, like a wal-mart, for example, imo. Seems like a good spot for a hotel/casino as its location is between Detroit and Toronto. Think I'll buy more Monday maybe.

Sorry to say gents but you might have to wait a bit before your pop.
Going only by the chart (I know you have news that could create a reversal) but going only by the chart I don't see any signs that you have bottomed out yet. I'd say .008 isn't out of the question.
I'll be watching it. Once it does show signs of a bottom it could be a very good bounce play...especially if any of the news you are expecting begins to look like reality.

I got in this at .031 because I like to use my 20 minute delayed quotes at e trade to run around and buy things at their pinnacle, and then sit at my computer and wonder what happened.
