So let me ask...

Have they or have they not completed the acquisition of the outstanding float shares?

Puppy, they have reduced the a/s from 500mm to 200mm. They have not as far as I know bought back any shares at present. The BOD has agreed to spend 3m to buy back up to 50mm shares. Hope that helps. TMAN...

not sure how to read what's going on right now, but something is fishy... trying to gauge an entry point, but nothing is settling in right now. fearing this might see .005 territory again over the next couple weeks. today's PR is typical pink stuff... "sorry for the confusion..." i do believe (as much as one can) in this company and hoping for a solid bottom and re-entry. GLTA

This could be just what we needed. If this doesn't make this fly I don't know what will. The MM's can't hold this down that much longer.

Best of luck to all those that have been here so long. This could be our day .

What could keep it from flying IMO is the statement they keep making about looking for new ways to reduce the float even after the buy back. A R/S would do this. And I haven't seen a statement lately of no plans for a R/S. Just a thought.

i spoke with / emailed one of the top dudes at FGFC awhile ago (still have the email and have posted it in the past on this forum), but was assured by him there were no plans for a R/S.
i'm guessing that the huge gap on the B/A is keeping volume down. this should be gapping up, but no action at all. kinda strange.

The float is only 81 M shares. If they
carry out the buyback of 50 M shares,
the float will be only 31 M shares, a
reduction of 60$. It will drive up the
pps thru the law of supply/demand.

Just my 2 cents... I think that folks are wondering 2 things. 1. Why do a forward split then buyback shares? I am sure there is a logical explanation and I for one would appreciate anyones thoughts. 2. There have been no financials for this company in a real long time. If they would show at least a p/l statement that has positive earnings it may show shareholders, investors that this company has potential. I guess the market will determine what its worth until at least financials are provided. TMAN...

I don't know what's going on. I checked the bid\ask from the link on this site and it only shows 1 MM bidding and asking. (down from like 12-14 mm's). What's up with that?
