I had wondered about this possibly becoming an AQ candidate also.
It was just a passing thought and who knows,there has to be something going onn here then we can see .
They are producing pretty good results and the sector should be heating up.
One thing I thought was a sign that the CDer's might be almost exhausted is when we see some upside this next time. If that happens and if the Buyers are aware of it ,it might just drive the pps up past the .001 point again.
That appears to be the cycle this runs off also.Last July was the last time it ran to the .003 level. It might takke alittle lonnger this year,but I am thinking that it may repeat itself .Maybe with better Earns results and the CDer's exhusted there might be more buying power that comes into play this time.
Anyone think it's a possiblity?
With Positive Earns results I cannot see this as the end of this co.. I would not hold it if I thought it was the last we shall hear of this co. and action up on it.I do think it may take longer to get it to move up this time though.
As the CEO said it is undervalued therefore it might be a buyont candidte to one wishing to consolidate more in this area.

This being a security co. we aren't likely to get PRs about client contracts etc., but thier finacial gains have made leaps and bounds and the field of security is ofcourse at an all time high.Its on sale boys and girls. (Pink Sheets:DDSI), an industry leader in the development of Homeland Security related products, today announced results for the period ending March 31, 2006. Revenues grew 485 percent, to $870,964, from first quarter 2005 revenues of $148,875. Gross profit rose over 450 percent, to $577,622, from $104,173 for the same period in 2005. All numbers are fully audited.

I noticed that too. I was able to buy a little at .0002 before the bell. I was suprised after it filled, but hoping for a quick flip.

Geez,I was one to see that also and with that kind of Vol. there has to be something happening.
That's 1\10th of the whole float if theyhave what people suspect ,10Bil.Shrs..
That is allot of paper and I imagine there are those that are dumping it because they are afraid of losing everything.Usually when that happens pps swings the other way and they get burned.
I think after the CDer's have finished this just might start to fly.What else will there be but those that are buying?
How much has been traded in May on this total? It must have gone thru 15Billion shrs!Anyone?

Has anyone been able to sell this at .0003? I have had a sell order in since last Friday and it has not gone through.

HaHa....Stinks I know...I tryed to sell at .0003 for 2 weeks and no go, so I settled for .0002 yesterday. Just too many dreamers in this one. Hope I'm wrong! GLA

yea, but wtf.. whens the cd's gonna end, ive been thru 3 cycles of a false runs, have free shares but this is a joke. Anyone called the tranfer agent, im riding free shares and dont give an s to call them basically they are converting shares and its a nightmare. people will not put money in this pos when other companies are running. they dont release pr's and the only people throwing around assurances this will run have been here less than a month then they sell at .0002 sucked dry. Bigfoot has been around JIF, with DD and some others but some serious questions have to be asked here before more people are sucked into this.

Listen all you have to do is call Tony Shupin at 732-359-0260, you will get DDSI secretary then ask for Tony. Leave a voicemail for him if he isn't avaliable he is usually good about returning phone calls. Also, I don't see how you can call this a pos stock with a company that is behind it that had a 450% increase in revenue. The stock may not be behaving properly but it will come around, we don't buy stocks we buy companies! I'm holding long, we will see green.

cd conversion is NOT the company diluting in to the market. Do you even know what cd's are and how they work cactus?
Have you ever called the company and spoken with them? Doesn't seem like it. You don't like the company, you don't like the news...then don't buy the stock or invest in the company. Leave the board in peace. We all know the MM's can't keep this down forever. How many pinks do you know that file audited financials, refuse to release PR's every few days to manipulate the stock price, AND have significant year over year growth? Strong revenues, growing revenues, yeah, this isn't a company you would want to invest in. LOL - go invest in other pinks, you know, the ones with no revenues, lots of shares, but tons of empty promises to manipulate the PPS on a daily or weekly basis. How about some CSJJ - after the forward split to give them 150bln. shares out?
