Researching the CSJJ website, one things becomes immediately evident.....they have NOTHING !! No value, no holdings, no money, absolutely zero.
Now, CSJJ want to have a 150-1 split to "enable them to acuquire enough capital to close on an acquisition" . The previous PR stated they were close to a multi million $$ investment, and, would have news by May 5th. Granted, they came with news, but, not quite what everyone expected. They are attempting to put the cart before the horse !
Their website shows under "Acquisition/Investments that CSJJ have NO acquisitions and no investments at this time. Zero, Nothing, Nada.
It also states that they are a holding company for a group of "angel" investors from Israel.
I was VERY intersted in CSJJ a while ago, but, I cant help but feeel disallusioned now.
Maybe they are for real, maybe not. But I think I would place my hard earned $$ into a stsock that at least had a product to sell, resource to bring to the surface, etc. Investing in a company that has absolutelyl zero value is very scary to me !
Just my hunble opinion. I may be wrong, and, have been before .

Dalton05 - I have been a regular visitor to these boards, but, have never felt compeled to register. I have been following CSJJ for some time now, and, was debating to invest....however, the lack of PPS movement & lack of news stopped me from buying some shares. I was seriously excited and looking forward to the May 5th news, and, could no help but feel disapointed. My antenna just went up this morning, hence I was compeled to register and post.
The value of Allstocks if for everyone to make money sharing informataion....the flipside also holds...if there is info that may be of cause for concern, then that should be shared also.
Once again, only my humble opinion. We are all after the same thing.

Let me repeat myself, you don't lose money on any type of split. With a straight R/S you would usually lose money with the mass dilution that normally follows if you hung on to your shares! That is far and away the most common reason a R/S would be done. If the ceiling for shares was reached, then a company could choose to R/S to allow more dilution. That is why it happens so often in OTC stocks. The actual split DOESN"T change the value of ones holding.

Wrong. The CEO is the board. Also the only employee. And the largest shareholder. If the CEO owns 51% he can print billions of shares, dump them, and then pay himself a huge salary. Can u beleive that this is legal?

With the 1:150 forward split, even *0.0001 post F/S, it is a 7500% from current 0.0002 levels. That sounds good. It seems like 0.0001 post F/S will be possible with the news about their acquisition (especially if it is oil company) and with the short squeeze

Man guys this thing is soaring to the moon...lol If this guy would stop dilluting this stock everyday,it may start to climb,but the crook CEO will never ever ever let that happen. He is super greedy and dont care about you,me or anyone but a choice few. I have followed this joke for a long time and fits right next to QBID and many many more in penny land...

Vagabond. I like your style... I still beleive! I might be a fool but I think we are still going to rock n roll with this stock. IMO it is just the beginning also. Let's hope for the best. If we do not have anymore PR by Friday afternoon, I will call Andrea on Monday morn.
