I think we need the SEC to allow 10 digits to the right of the decimal for this PPS. LOL

If this is true which i think something is not right here.The Price will raise to .03 so a post split price would be .0002.either they know something we don't or somebody is playing with us.

Forward Split...wow...even if we sell at .0001 after the split, we still get 75x our investment...heum

And I guess an update on the Paris project is coming up.

no, in case of R/S should be 1 - 150, F/S is 150 - 1

I'm starting to doubt if this will be approved.

The Company is filing the necessary information with NASDAQ Market Integrity. Further details with respect to the effective date and shareholder date of record of the forward split will be released following the regulatory approval of the application.

I've never seen or heard of anything like this either.

this is a FORWARD split...means, you get 150X the number of shares you bought.

eXample...buy 1000 shares, you get 150000 when the date comes..

MM are now completly fu*** cause all the shorts will have to come up with those shares...if they don't have them, they'll have to buy..

Brilliant move!!!!

This is bizarre--my 1,000,000 shares worth $100 is going to be 150 million shares worth 15,000? Can't be. The shares must be restricted. We need to find this out.
