It's true that a flat out R/S is a scam so they can dilute more shares, however a F/S followed by a R/S bringing the PPS to about the same level is a tool to weed out naked shorts.

I wouldn't use Scottrade to buy penny stocks anyway because you have to pay 1/2% of the principle for stocks under $1.00 PPS plus your commission. Doesn't make sense to me, when TDAmeritrade charges a flat $9.99 for as many shares as you want at any price!

Another thought, if the CEO hadn't had such a "questionable" past reputation, this stock would have already gone up some. I hope he has half a brain, and lets this thing go!!! It will go a long ways to help restore some confidence in him. Which is very important for any CEO of a public company! Just MO.

Wrong. The CEO is the board. Also the only employee. And the largest shareholder. If the CEO owns 51% he can print billions of shares, dump them, and then pay himself a huge salary. Can u beleive that this is legal?

Spoke with Andrea and told him that I thought the F/S would kill the OS. He reponded that they needed it to purchase the OTCBB company and that ity would not hurt the shareholders. He said that he wanted to see CSJJ trading * .0006 or better today and 0.05 or better in 30 to 40 working days. He says to "TRUST HIM". To be honest, everytime he has told me something in the past, it has happened, maybe alittle late here and there, but it always happened. I think he wants what is right for us and the company. As some one mentioned, HE IS THE #1 SHAREHOLDER. So would it benefit him to do a R/S?

So lets get this straight. He is giving us 150 shares for each share we have. Then he is telling us that he is gonna get the price to .05 in 30-40 days...a cool. I should have over 10 million dollars off a 300 buck investment?
This is total BS. All of us who have put money in this stock have lost it. Kinda like a song me and my dad wrote:

I notice that there are several people that do not trust Andrea the CEO. Have you all been burnt by this stock? Call him * 514-288-9699 He has answered the phone all week. Maybe you can get better info on future plans than I.
The acquisition was supposed to be completed today. NOW they need to raise capital to complete the acquisition, and that requires a forward split which we have to WAIT for. Then we can move to OTC which was supposed to be done by now too.

Well i called and asked. He said the whole process should take 3-4 days. Idk what to say I want to knock him and the company but i am emotional torn to do so. I will just hope for the best. If I go out with the money i have now with the price at .0002 then it was worth a shot, but 0001 will really hurt.

The 150 to 1 F/S date was to be announce later. Who says it would be all who owned stock as of April 1, 06 or Feb. 1, 06 and all the buying from here out is only 1 for 1? Just a thought.

I am amazed that this is trading now (and it appears that it isn't with some brokers)...I am stuck holding 2000 shares of CSJJ that I recieved as a divy from AC's last scam PAVP that I still can't trade...
