I think this was a ploy to make everyone cover their shorts. That's why the news only came out an hour before the open so the MM's didn't have a chance of planning a strategy.

The forward split "to raise capital" doesn't make sense. If they bought a OTC stock to merge into they will probably do it by issuing one share of the new company for many shares of CSJJ. So, IMO, this forward split crap is just another ploy to get more people to buy stock (dumping by CSJJ? Hmmm, that would raise capital).
My prediction is that the 150:1 split will be followed by a 1: 10000 or more reverse merger into the new shell.

if all the O/S are traded the MM's will be looking for more and then this thing will take off. They could be selling this at 100000 and 900000 at a time that's why the trades look like that.

Don't worry Sam - We are at 2 billion trade already. If the Outstanding shares are gone the mm's will try to sell it for much higher so keep the faith and hopefully this will go up.

IMO the forward split would have to be immediately followed by a R/S which would shake out illegal shorts. I don't see how else they could do it, unless the share price rises a heck of a lot. By the way, you don't lose or make money on a split, either forward or reverse! This sure is interesting!!!!

I agree Vagabond.IMO i think they are trying to raise the price to a couple of cents to move to the OTC and then do a split to move it back to .0001.These things could take a long while and just trying to get people to buy so they have more Capitol to do this. The thing that scares me is that Scottrade won't allow any buys just sells. So that raises a red flag telling me that this is a scam and they know something or something completely different

no. r/s is a ceo scam which benefits only the naked shorts.
