When price decreases with massive volume this is usually a huge signal that there is dilution going on. I really hope not but this could be a warning signal.

They just announced a 161 million buy back last week. No way their diluting. MM's are trying to scare people out of the stock.

On Scottrade streamer, so far all are green equal signs. Doesn't that mean buys? So if over 1.5 billion buys in a row just happened, shouldn't the PPS increase?

Just tried to call Investor Relations to get up to date figures, but the answering machine is either full or system is on the blink, so I e-mailed them. Will tell all, IF I get a response. Bought in at .0002, hope to get more if it drops.

They said that but remember Sandy Winnick is in charge. Same guy who was listed as the secretary for PAIM. This is also a pinksheet stock so we dont exactly have the luxury of form 4's being filed to tell us if they are actually doing what they say they are.
Like I said I do own shares so I hope I am wrong, but it is definately something to keep in mind. MMs can hold down a stock if 50% of the O/S is being bought back.
Just be careful.

Usually yes, but all the green means is that the trade was on the ask.

im quite positive that there were buys at 0002 last week and the week before, cuz i was sittin in a hotel room with nothing to do other than stare at my screen. we saw 3 and a touch of 4 friday, but thats about it.
as long as this 1130a-130p odd trading pattern has gone on, for the past few weeks (i posted about it on the previous thread) weve seen 2s.
now whats that about being able to hold down if the buyback is 50%? and LB where did the 4bil figure come from? i cant find it. ps.com still lists the old figure.

What I don't understand is why the MM's would short a stock that's trading at .0002? They can't drag it down far enough to make it profitible to short. When it was at .0015 a few months ago, I could understand shorting it, but now it doesn't have much further to go before it finds the dead-butt bottom.

If I was sleezy, I would also start to dillute once I released a PR stating the buy-back is completed. MMs win, BKMP wins, those that bought now and sold later win. So the only losers would be the bagholder that bought after the buy-back was completed. JMO.

Still can't get filed at .0002. That is a good sign. Perfect time for the company to finish their buy backs at the bargin price this morning from the MMs at .0002.

To many positive things going on for BKMP/fight network now to screw the share holders over. Maybe a US deal on the horizon. No way dilution, just my opinion.
