Does anyone know, or have a good idea about how much revenue 1 pay per view event can generate for TFN? Also, as near as I can tell there are currently somewhere around 3.3 to 3.4 billion shares on the market. Has anyone seen or heard anything different?

May 24, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Blackout Media Corporation (OTCPK:BKMP), is a company that our research team will be tracking over the ensuing weeks. They recently came out with a significant corporate development, causing a market stir. The BWR Research Team will continue to bring its subscribers cutting edge research tools, and second to none customer service.
Blackout Media Corporation holding company with an interest in Blackout Communications, who is a diversified media and entertainment company conducting operations in digital television, VOD, PPV, radio, the Internet and print under the brand name "The Fight Network.", a couple of weeks ago announced that they inform its shareholders that it has purchased another 140,000,000 shares as part of the stock buy-back program, this in addition to the 297,000,000 shares it announced on May 3rd, 2006 that were purchased by the company, bringing the total shares purchased pursuant to the share buy-back plan to 437,000,000.
Yesterday morning the company announced that it has secured the rights to present Coralles vs. Castillo 3 on Pay-Per-View in Canada for Saturday June 3rd on Viewers Choice as part of Fight Network, "Fight Night PPV Series." Fight Network will also air on its own channel Coralles vs. Castillo one and two, leading up to the third encounter between these formidable rivals set for June 3rd.
"Boxing fans around the world know this fight is going to be something special," said Brian Sobie Sr. VP of Programming for The Fight Network. "Which is why we are very excited to be the ones to deliver this epic trilogy exclusively in Canada in what promises to be a can't miss event," he added.
Fight Network will begin to air Coralles vs. Castillos 1 and 2 beginning May 28th which will be followed by Fight Network in-depth news coverage of the third fight from Las Vegas beginning June 2nd with Fight Network's own host Ryan Bennett and boxing experts Doug Fisher and Steve Kim from maxboxing.com.
On Saturday June 3rd the world's most talented and courageous lightweights will collide in their eagerly awaited rubber match for Corrales' World Boxing Council (WBC) title at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Coralles vs. Castillos available in Canada on Viewers Choice Pay View Presented by The Fight Network. The event will be priced in Canada at $24.99 The BWR Research Team will continue to follow Blackout Media Corporation over the next couple of weeks, noting on any new exciting corporate developments. Currently trading at $0.0003, this company continues to trade at a high level as investors sees the long term potential surrounding this company. Blackout has already traded over 18 million shares and I feel that if the company continues to look for growth opportunities and other ways to increase shareholder value, this up and down trading could be stopped. If Black is able to secure the rights to more highly viewed sporting events, publicity will get out and the company's sales should definitely increase. 2006 looks to be an exciting year.

Hey guys, I have not been over here in a while but let me ease some of your conscience if your worried.
Some questions I saw were:
1. Why and How are people selling and buying at .0002 on billion days or who is doing it?
- Well, some people were getting filled; however, a lot of those shares were going to Sandy on the Buyback and to the Convertible Debenture.
2. When will we be in the US?
- Well, We are about to be on Canada 2nd biggest cable provider starting in July so thats a good thing. Also, there has been good commercials on TFN from Sony and UFC. So, thats important, "Advertising".
3. What is the O/S
- O/S is what you read in the finacials. 12 Bil. Some think there is a chance that 8 of if is retricted until Fall of '07. It maybe it may not; theres no way to know the truth because there is no fact that says it is; therefore I will assume that there is no restriction.
- 12 Billion sounds like a lot? Dont let it scare you, we are a pink sheet stock. Sandy will be buying back a lot of it. We own 21% or more for all we know of TFN. We will be getting a lot more revenues after May. Why? Because as of the past 3 months TFN has been "FREE" for customers in Canada, as are most channels when first introduced. They will then start to do the "Teir" package which will be probably 3.99-5.99 a month. So thats when big numbers come in.
- Also, we will be All over Canada and USA, so thats huge money coming from both places.
3. How much money will the PPV bring us in?
- Well starting next month they are going from $14.99 PPV to $29.99 PPV so that is going to be huge. As far as how many people are buying, we will not know until some sort of finacials are released.
If you have any other questions please ask, I know a pretty good bit about the company and so forth. Also, check out TFN they have a UFC banner up. Why is that important? Becuase that means cross advertisement or possible exclusive deal who knows. But that means they have been in contact with UFC and have talked about something to be advertising there stuff. Later!

Bomber. They have released finacials already just to let you know. And of yes WHEN they get USA carrier MM's will be covering there butts. Thats what MM's are doing now plus Sandy Buyback is why we havent gone anywhere. But if you have noticed we have had very small volume days. The shares are almost dried up. It will be turning up soon, dont you worry about it.
