Is this a new BKMP thread. Theres alerady 2 of em. But I think I like this one the best. It will mark the beginning of an upward BKMP trend

Legends begins here

Somehint: sandy starts to buy back at least one thing is postive

THEY ARE MAKING MONEY NOW = Future is good

Another postive thing is

Dilution wil be gone

Forcasting: US cable carrier.

and the reason that the price didn't move today is because flippers. but once it starts moving we will take off very soon.

some old analysis
estimated price above .02

we seems getting there once it finished the buyback

Currently they have 1M subs, at $5/mo thats $60M/yr. If they only make 25% profit from that after paying the carriers, fees, taxes, employees, etc..., thats $15M/yr Profit, of which BKMP gets 20%, or $3M/yr. Divide that over the 2.5B shares, and you have earnings of .0012 currently. To be extremely cautious, I will only use a P/E of say, 10, and that should make their current PPS .012.

The key is the carriers in the US. I think they can easily ad 4-6M subs by May in the U.S, remember Fox Soccer Channel alone has 20M subscribers in the U.S, and they launched January 7 2004, and are competing against GolTV, as well as ESPNDeportes who compose another 17M subscribers. Furthermore, you cant discount those numbers as being the "Latino Factor", because the big matches from South America, as well as Italy, are televised on UGN, RAI, and Telemundo. These are mostly die-hard fans, who are willing to shell out money to see the international games, just like NFL network, but with a slight handycap since its harder to find the smaller matches televised. (links for the FSC #s are in a link below)

On New Years eve, when the majority of the target Demographi, including myself 18-35 year old males were out getting hammered, both UFC and TNA wrestling had a .8 Nielsen rating for their time slots. Thats a total of 1,763,200 viewers on NEW YEARS, while the Times Square Ball drop had 20M viewers.
(A single ratings point represents 1%, or 1102000 households for the 2005-06 season, talk about HOT CONTENT...)
Heres one of the sources for the numbers, there are more out there but this was easy to find. http://www.wrestleview.com/news2005/1136523210.shtml

When the Fight Network comes to the U.S, if it can gain only 4M subscribers, then these numbers will be 5x higher!! (1+4=5, 1x5=5, and .012 x 5= .06) And now for the even better news. . . . the 20% ownership of The Fight Network is the maximum allowable under Canadian law. Now that they are incorporated in Wyoming, and have opened a NY office that will serve as the U.S counterpart to their Toronto HQ (remember, 50% of the Fortune 500 are incorporated in Delaware, but less than .1% have any physical offices there, incorporation is on paper) BKMP will undoubtedly have a greater stake in TFN, with Garrow being brought in with Winnick as the big owners. If BKMP was just some scam company that bought a chunk of this network, Garrows would never tarnish his name by bringing him on board, and stating that they will be working to make their partnership even closer. (If Gordon Gekko bought out your company, and you knew he was gonna be run to the ground, wouldnt you want to distance yourself as much as possible from his name)
On top of ALL this, is the HUGE ammount of advertising revenue that this channel will bring in. They already have Xyience on their website, but just imagine the potential revenue for a Network that will be catering right to the 18-35 yo demographic??? Do your own DD, and come to your own conclusions, but I have tried to provide as much info as possible if you have questions.

Alot depends on if they retire any shares. I think I read on here they have in the neighborhood of 5 billion shares outstanding, if this is indeed the case, a pps of .05 would put the market cap at $250,000,000.

I seen this before too, this analysis came from a while ago.

yeah, it was a while ago. I will do some research on it.

5,000,000,000 (5 Billion)
X .05

= 25,000,000 (25 Million)
Market Cap

This is what I get

Right?

Posted by BongLoad on :

We're only missing one SLIGHTLY important bit of information here...

How many shares are they retiring? You think this kind of information would be sorta significant, right? Yeah, so, why the secrecy???

I have a suspicion they are going to retire a couple million shares, release a PR about how many million they've retired, then just print more and add them to the float. This is something many pinks love to do...

Posted by Max Shrap on :

They have said, in the past, that it is supposed to be 2 billion shares over 2 years. This is just the beginning.

Posted by Max Shrap on :

It would only cost them $600 thousand for 2 billion shares at .0003.

Posted by BongLoad on :

That would be a great reduction. Lets hope they don't run the printing press on this thing... the potential for this company is enormous.

[Cool] This thing, if operated and managed right, is on the cutting edge of "NEW TELEVISION".
My son just returned from University for the summer and believe it or not mentioned TFN in conversation at supper, how his buddies and him watched TFN on Star in Winnipeg on a few Fridays or Saturdays when it was free viewing. It was brought up because we were talking about Ultimate Fighting and how fast it has grown from just two years ago when the only way to watch it was to rent a video tape from Blockbuster.
I could not believe he mentioned this, and he couldn't believe I was a shareholder.
Had to get back on the computer here to pass this along.
This channel is really going to be big with the 18-30 year-old gender....me to as well....LOL [Razz]

Things are going to get good here... the great thing is that you can still get in on the bottom floor. How can you not be excited at this point! How many still wish they has the chance to get into USXP or RSHN at .0005 or lower?

I hope this does get good. I was trying to sell 4mil shares to today at .0003 bu I think I will keep my 10 million shares now and see what happens.

SHHHHHH....Dont tell anyone but I am thinking of jumping out of my JPHC and going into this. I mean this thing has not hit .0001 so if I can get in at .0003 all I have to worry about is losing to .0002. Why not!!! Plus it looks like a great company and I could see .002 easy!!! Maybe make back my money I lost in JPHC.
What do yall think?

Posted by tongusc on :

You should man. I odn't know that much about JPHC but BKMP for sure has way much of potential
once it annoces the US cable carriers. Look at Fox channel. Also I called sandy a week ago and somebody else called sandy two days ago, he said there is absolutly no R/S on this stock AND they started buy back. so basically at .0003 this point i really dont' see any risks. Consider youself lucky if you can buy in at average of .0003. You know how many people are trying to lowering their average at this point? Mine is at .0004 and i am buying more tommrow. BIG MONEY

[Wink] The Meaning of Buybacks [Wink]
A stock buyback, also known as a "share repurchase", is a company's buying back its shares from the marketplace. You can think of a buyback as a company investing in itself, or using its cash to buy its own shares. The idea is simple: because a company can’t act as its own shareholder, repurchased shares are absorbed by the company, and the number of outstanding shares on the market is reduced. When this happens, the relative ownership stake of each investor increases because there are fewer shares, or claims, on the earnings of the company.
Typically, buybacks are carried out in one of two ways:

1. Tender Offer
Shareholders may be presented with a tender offer by the company to submit, or tender, a portion or all of their shares within a certain time frame. The tender offer will stipulate both the number of shares the company is looking to repurchase and the price range they are willing to pay (almost always at a premium to the market price). When investors take up the offer, they will state the number of shares they want to tender along with the price they are willing to accept. Once the company has received all of the offers, it will find the right mix to buy the shares at the lowest cost.

2. Open Market
The second alternative a company has is to buy shares on the open market, just like an individual investor would, at the market price. It is important to note, however, that when a company announces a buyback it is usually perceived by the market as a positive thing, which often causes the share price to shoot up.

Now let’s look at why a company would initiate such a plan.

The Motives
If you ask its management, they’ll likely tell you that a buyback is the best use of capital at a particular time. After all, the goal of a firm's management is to maximize return for shareholders, and a buyback generally increases shareholder value. The prototypical line in a buyback press release is "we don't see any better investment than in ourselves". Although this can sometimes be the case, this statement is not always true.

Nevertheless, there are still sound motives that drive companies to repurchase shares. For example, management many feel the market has discounted its share price too steeply. A stock price can be pummeled by the market for many reasons like weaker-then-expected earnings results, an accounting scandal or just a poor overall economic climate. Thus, when a company spends millions of dollars buying up its own shares, it says management believes that the market has gone too far in discounting the shares - a positive sign.

Improving Financial Ratios
Another reason a company might pursue a buyback is solely to improve its financial ratios – metrics upon which the market seems to be heavily focused. This motivation is questionable. If reducing the number of shares is not done in an attempt to create more value for shareholders but rather make financial ratios look better, there is likely to be a problem with the management. However, if a company’s motive for initiating a buyback program is sound, the improvement of its financial ratios in the process may just be a byproduct of a good corporate decision. Let’s look at how this happens.

First of all, share buybacks reduce the number of shares outstanding. Once a company purchases its shares, it often cancels them or keeps them as treasury shares, and reduces the number of shares outstanding in the process.

Moreover, buybacks reduce the assets on the balance sheet (remember cash is an asset). As a result, return on assets (ROA) actually increases because assets are reduced; return on equity (ROE) increases because there is less outstanding equity. In general, the market views higher ROA and ROE as positives. (See Reading The Balance Sheet.)

These are fluff PRs. These pennies will never be able to get past any real point because as soon as they hit key points, ie, .001, .002 .01 and so forth too many people sell to get their money back. The only thing gets them into real money points above .01 is an amazing PR such as a take over by a DOW company, substantial contract signings or something like that. The MMs would take the price into the .10 and above because they know people will buy it at that price and they can sell at even higher prices. BKMP , like RSHN, will never be .50> stocks without real action by the companies. I hold millions of both, but most pennies I look to flip.

Although these are all fluff PRs, atleast BKMP is doing everything they said they'll do. After all the DD i've done, i have no doubt in my mind this will come to US cable and grow even further.

The only reason the company is doing a buy back, is because they feel like the PPS is undervalued. My forecast, expect this to reach penny land in about month. Of course JMO.

I don't think that is the reason for no uptick. It seems to me the news has made a huge impact, just look at the volume over these two days. MM's want to keep it at .0003 and probably Sandy as well b/c he "is" in the process of buying back shares and wants to get them as cheap as possible.

100 > I need shares
200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get them.
300 > Take the price down to get shares....
400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand
500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is.
900 > I am not sure of, probably a clever cover up of one of the other signals, like the way a catcher and pitcher change signals 1/2 way through a game some times.

Morning guys. wow when did we hit 4? i must missed

This thing isn't gonna run til Sandy buys all the shares from the flippers and short sellers. Add a good revenue PR and US contracts and this will go into the High .00s at the very least.

Flippers are killing this stock. Not that flipping is horrible, but it hurts the longs for the time being, until it really runs and flippers get burned.

Who in their right mind sold at .0002 today?

That MMA website has so many friggin posibilities. That is gonna be a HUGE gateway to world wide TV contracts and PPV revenues.

Ahh, just finished a programming survey offered by the local cable company.....notice my subtle threat of swiching to satellite if they don't begin offer it.

What other types of programs, not currently offered, would you like to see?

I would like to see The Fight Network added to the lineup as I believe many in my demographic would. The popularity of the programs offered on this channel are growning rapidly and this channel is offered widely in Canada and may soon be added to the dish network in the US from what I understand. Thanks.

I'm new to penny stocks...Started off with a membership with peter leeds...total waste of $. I feel like I've learned more from a week of watching this message board than a week of scouring peter leeds website. I hope this BKMP ends up to be as good as it looks. What is the longterm $ possibility? Is this just a hobby for everyone, or do some of you actually make a living trading in pennies? Feedback welcome.

This past week was the most positive PR's released this year! Share buy backs and purchase of MMA weekly.com was a great 1-2 punch. I think we will see some movement upward for the next several trading days to come.

.0003 is a steal now!

well i have just a few questions and please dont attack me as i am a big fan of the fight network . also ive heard do your own dd but i was wondering if anyone knew off hand the a/s o/s and if they have ever done a reverse split before it is not showing up on my charts. thanx. i like this ive been burned bad by qbid but this is a show i personally have seen and enjoyed and i know it has a fairly big following that is growing. my cousin and his freinds have a weightlifting supplement business and they are huge into fight networks ultimate fighting champiionship i think that is what they call them.

the volume looks primed for a run and the charts have pretty much bottomed out it seems too easy. i am dissapointed i dont currently have shares but i think im putting a bid in for .0003 to see if i get some on monday. good luck to all. and thanx for anyone who has any info and the info already shared.

lurking and looking to cash in on bkmp . please dont gap in the am is all i got to say. most will probably think i am trying to pump this and thats ok with me but i really do hope to hop in on this train i just hope it is going to go up good. if people dont mind how high realisticly do you think this will go in lets say two to three weeks or months. my guess is we will encounter resistance at .0015 but if that mark is taken out then this is going to rally. so basically im predicting this to be at least a 5 bagger from .0003.

The (my opinion) three biggest scam companies are Qbid, Paim, and SMMW. Combined they have 500 billion shares O/S. Go back to the Paim thread SuperSniper, I know you were one of it's biggest fans. Wow, you are two for two this weekend. You left a bash on the RSHN and BKMP threads in the past 24 hours. Funny you don't own either, so why would you even care!

quiet so far.

If you think about it, they bought 161,000,000 shares so far. They plan on continuing buying for a few weeks. At this rate, the PPS will go up really nicely.

Yea but knowing they are buying back, I can't belive anyone would sell in the .0003's. I don't see why this isn't mostly in the .0004 and .0005's today.

Posted by njs300zx on :

This should have seen .0005 easily already

Why are we seeings .0002's

Yea, should be up there. I think we'll see .0005 end of day.

Posted by njs300zx on :

I wish a buy would go through at .0002. I'd like to pick up a few more million shares at that price.

MM's want shares more shares at .0003.

Posted by Time2drum on :

What was the O/S float before the company announced they were going to start the buyback?

Posted by Squire38 on :

Hmmmmm, 50 million shares just bought on the ask.

Posted by tongusc on :

It just MMs game guys~~ MM wants those prices but once they relized how strong we are they have to move on.

Posted by Squire38 on :

MMs are gonna to keep it low to collect shares, BKMP gonna buy want they can. Once they are done doing the buy-back, the MMs let is run and sell all the cheap shares they buy. Everyone is happy except the ones that sold back at these levels.

Why are other people on other boards implying that BKMP is adding billions of shares to the float, all the while releaseing PR's about their stock buy back program. Granted even the PR today about them buying back 161M shares and change was lovely, that is still not allot of money for as much hype as this company produces. I would hope that in the coming weeks they back allot more, and this rumor of dillution is just that, a rumor. I can very easily imagine this going to at least .001 in the short term if the company makes the correct moves. Not bashing in any way here folks, I am in for 2MIL +/- a few. Bought at 4 and 3. GLTA and GO BKMP.

Posted by BongLoad on :

People are implying this because that's what pennies do... they buyback shares, release PR
s, then try to secretly run the presses and add them all back to the float. I wouldn't be surprised if BKMP did this...

Posted by betting babe on :

but i would hope that they didnt do that, since they have a lotta potential and no reason to scam their investors...

Today's volume didn't look like dilution. Looks like a lot of flippers and Short sellers playing "circle j*rk."

Posted by BongLoad on :

I'm not saying BKMP is running the presses, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did. That being said, BKMP does appear to be one of the more upstanding pinks. And I hope they stay that way because their product is primed for success.

Posted by Monkeyman on :

BongLoad, I agree! This is more of a value play for me than one where I bought because of the buy back program.

well todays volume was a little light but i like the fact that we touched .0004 today. the twos and flip flopping around from .0002-.0004 is interesting. i joined the bkmp shareholders today with a modest 5 million shares. i like the fight network i like the news but honestly i will never beleive pr's from non reporting pink sheets again. i feel the best way to play these is use your t/a skills but most of all sell the runs buy the dips. if it goes up take your profits let the freebees ride.

ill be interested in selling my shares for around .0005-.0006. i know this has huge potential but i dont beleive a word about the buyback too many pinkies give us this line "their will be no reverse split, and we are buying back shares" then a year later this and that ut oh the a/s is at a gazillian and we need to reverse split to help our shareholders value or some bs like that hehe. ok enough ranting im just very cautious with pinkies right now .

Yes, MMs got this. If all current investors just hold and have patience, this will rocket. I see the MMs releasing this with a huge PR. North America cable companies will not lose by adding The Fight Network to the channell line up. This stock should easily be .50 cents a share.

COuld you give us a good solid reason you believe that this could be .50 per share or was that just an arbitrary number? It would be great if you were right, I would officialy be eccentris then and not just crazy.

Sub Penny radio just spoke about BKMP again. The host likes the stock.

Posted by megahead34 on :

I gave .50 as an arbitrary number considering US cable companies add Fight Network to the channell lineup, which is on the horizon. I just like the fact that the services are real and really successful in canada. And once Fight Network comes to US, it could easily be picked up by satelite companies and soon the channel could be available world wide.

I don't understand, all these are buys. We have seen over 1 billion in buys in a row and PPS didn't move a bit? Can someone explain?

Posted by Time2drum on :

What was the O/S when the buyback was announced and has anyone called the transfer agent to get the latest O/S? This would tell all !

Posted by megahead34 on :

Yes, we need some info. The only way this can't be going up is if the O/S increased tremendously, which i doubt. Something wierd is going on. We have over 1 billion buy orders, and PPS isn't moving up.

hey the bid is at 0.0001, i was right, it will reach 0.0001 before the website goes up, lol

Wasn't the O/S something around 2.3 bil in the recent past?

I do own some BKMP.

When price decreases with massive volume this is usually a huge signal that there is dilution going on. I really hope not but this could be a warning signal.

On Scottrade streamer, so far all are green equal signs. Doesn't that mean buys? So if over 1.5 billion buys in a row just happened, shouldn't the PPS increase?

4.2 bil O/S sounds like a serious cotradiction to a buyback. This winick dude for real or what?

Just tried to call Investor Relations to get up to date figures, but the answering machine is either full or system is on the blink, so I e-mailed them. Will tell all, IF I get a response. Bought in at .0002, hope to get more if it drops.

They said that but remember Sandy Winnick is in charge. Same guy who was listed as the secretary for PAIM. This is also a pinksheet stock so we dont exactly have the luxury of form 4's being filed to tell us if they are actually doing what they say they are.

Like I said I do own shares so I hope I am wrong, but it is definately something to keep in mind. MMs can hold down a stock if 50% of the O/S is being bought back.

Just be careful.

im quite positive that there were buys at 0002 last week and the week before, cuz i was sittin in a hotel room with nothing to do other than stare at my screen.
we saw 3 and a touch of 4 friday, but thats about it.

as long as this 1130a-130p odd trading pattern has gone on, for the past few weeks (i posted about it on the previous thread) weve seen 2s.

now whats that about being able to hold down if the buyback is 50%? and LB where did the 4bil figure come from? i cant find it.
ps.com still lists the old figure.

What I don't understand is why the MM's would short a stock that's trading at .0002? They can't drag it down far enough to make it profitible to short. When it was at .0015 a few months ago, I could understand shorting it, but now it doesn't have much further to go before it finds the dead-butt bottom.

BKMP want to buy back their shares as cheap as possible, who wouldn't. MMs always want cheap shares. MMs know this will run once a PR states that BKMP has bought back all the shares they intend to. So we buy when MMs are buying, and sell when they are. Everyone right now, IMO, are buying cheap shares for the eventual run.

Theory on the street about BKMP is, the reason there was so much volume at such a low PPS yesterday was that the MMs are holding it low in cooperation with Sandy's buyback. He's trying to soak up some of the shares at a bargain price to help the PPS go crazy when US news is realeased.

Think about it: He'd want to get that all taken care at the lowest price possible, before any potential increases from positive news... At which point, the PPS will hopefully go so rediculously high that he couldn't afford to buy any more back ;-)

Think about it: He'd want to get that all taken care at the lowest price possible, before any potential increases from positive news... At which point, the PPS will hopefully go so rediculously high that he couldn't afford to buy any more back ;-)

That says to me, don't expect US news for at least a few weeks. ;-)

Buy back Billions of shares at these levels
then when the USA Carrier News comes out
we will go much higher

Great Plan

Sub Penny radio right now is talking about BKMP. The host said that the MMs pulled the share price down to .0002 yesterday to allow the company to buy back shares. No dilution went on at all. If you were lucky enough to buy at .0002, it was a steel.

Yep. I agree with yipching. It makes sense to buy back at such low PPS. But this will definatly rocket with some big news. I seriously expect at least .05 in the next few weeks. Like i said earlier, BKMP is not supposed to be this low, this should ba .50 PPS stock. JMO

Does anyone have the outstandig shares? Total issued? Or does anyone Know who the TA is so I can call and find out, I think it's time to crunch some numbers and get the current "actual PPS" not the perceived PPS.

Yah dude, there are companies that are absolute scams, that have no product and every agrees, "Yup, scam," that have the same PPS as BKMP. It's unnaturally low.

There are a few people on other boards who insist that US news will come before June. I think your .05 guess isn't unreasonable, but who knows with these things...

I'm glad he mentioned what the immediate goal was for the buy back amount, the one billion he said.
Nord oil just announced the buy out is go, so I might make an offer on the entire fight network, after the deal is done, we'll see.

Huh?

I have told posters on several boards to stop their whining and be patient.

Why would they put out any great PR's until they are finished with the buyout, as it would reduce the number they will buy back if they have to pay a higher pps.

I hope the pps stays at this lever for another month or more if it means they can buy back 1.5 to 2 billion instead of just 1 billion.

DIGDOUGH, be very wary of buyout anticipation. I have been burned by a few buyouts that turned out to be dud's, JPHC the latest. Consider selling on the way up, not holding for the best price possible, that rarely happens, as i'm sure your aware of. I wish you the best of luck though, I hope for your sake you get rich and make that offer for TFN.

is anyone selling on this board or are we all long term holders looking for 5 fold on our money. just curious. im not too happy with the stocks performance the last two days. i know it doesnt always happen on our time but it smells of dilution to me. a buyback a great network that has a growing fan base and is actually really fun to watch i dont understand with all this volume how it hasnt been moving. maybe when the buyback is complete. im just glad i got wind of this now instead of like qbid which i was buying in the .0029 range haha.

Alright folks, I took all the rest of my remaining marbles and threw them into this pot. If this stock tanks than I am staying out of the pinkie market for a while. I am averaged out at .0002 so I can't go down that much more, the only way I loose is if they pull a R/S out of their butt, and I doubt it with this stock buy back. Really the only thing I should worry about is if the PPS starts increasing and the company floods the market with the shares they just bought back. Has anyone heard if they plan on retiring the shares they by back, or just sit on them. Retiring the shares would add to investor confidence IMO. I still have not found out the OS, and total share number to try and do a valuation after the buy back. Sorry for the long post but this has been one of the most boring days. GLTA. Oh, just to make me feel better, lets hear everyones opinion on where this is headed in 1-3 months.

Probably be worth more than if they do sell. Don't ask me what the motives are. Instant riches is what I would presume.

Food for thought for long-term BKMPers...

A guy on CNBC just said that Apple has sold over 8 MILLION downloads in just TEN WEEKS to video Ipods at $1.99 apiece just for episodes of "Desperate Housewives" and "Lost." $1.6 Million in sales per week! (Both are ABC shows.) In addition to carrier deals, TRAJECTORY, with its connections to ABC Sports Sales, could market TFN to Ipod owners to watch fights ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

To add to the sizzle, Steve Jobs became a member of DISNEY's Board of Directors today, since DISNEY just bought Pixar after the market closed. The AAPL/ABC/ESPN/DIS/Pixar/TFN connection might happen within the next year. JMHO, but what a possibility!

Hello Mr. Winick

I am a investor in Black Out Media (BKMP). I was just wondering if you could please clear something up for me and my investment group. I am not looking for any insider information at all so please don't interperate that way. I was wondering if the company plans to clear up the Outstanding Share Structure question that is floating around the investment community?

There are a lot of people out there that like to bash a company who are trying to build a business, that is all we are trying to do, is build this company into a long term success story.

I have tried to call the Transfer Agent and they are not replying to your investors calls.

He will not answer calls, because he gets so many, it would take up most of his day. It is overwhelming for him, sorry to say and I don't blame him.

Also, many investors have been calling local U.S cable companies asking to have The Fight Network added to the programing. I was wondering if you could shed some light on this issue of coming to the U.S. with TFN.

I would like to thank those who are doing this for us. If they could let our US consultant know as well, which is TRAJECTORY SPORTS, it would make there job easier, as they would know who people are calling. To answer your questions, we are working on this and we hope to have something done this year. But the more you call the easier it will be for us, that is for sure.

Black Out Media has a tremendous amount of suportive investors. There are of course a few bad eggs in the box but most of them are golden. I understand your situation as a leader of this fine company but please don't lump all of the investors with the bad ones. Many of us investors are behind you 100% and as I have stated before we are calling cable companies and doing our part to try to get TFN in the U.S. Also, many big investment groups are looking for revenue numbers. I know BKMP doesn't file do to trading on the pink sheets but if you can shed some light on the average PPV revenue numbers that would help solidify the company in the investment community and build stability in the stock price.

As a relatively new venture, reveunes as you can imagine are small right now, but this train is picking up steam and so will the reveune numbers. This will be a cash cow. Just like Sirus and XM, there revenues numbers keep going up as they increased subscribers, but they are bleeding huge amounts of red ink right now, until the subscribers reach a critical mass. We are no different, we need to get to a critical mass to build up our cash flow and our reveunes and our profitability. I don't think everybody out there understands, it costs money to make the train move, you need to buy fuel, and pay employees, etc. Look at the airlines, look at the car companies, look at the digital radio companies, just a few examples. BET - sold to Viacom in 2000 for $3 billion or $48 per subscriber, now that is money. DISNEY bought ABC for $25 billion why - ESPN that is why. It is worth probably $15 billion alone if not more.

Again please keep those calls coming, that is tremdous support for us in the US. Thank you.

I know these are small insignificant questions or ideas but this would greatly help the company and the loyal Black Out Media investors. You have been a solid CEO and I understand the pressure you are up against. If you can please reply with any information you feel comfortable sharing with me. I look forward to your reply. Thank you for your time and interest.

Thank you for you kind words and your continued support, I only hope we can provide you and the rest of our loyal supproters with the result that you are expecting and you deserve. My job is to try and provide those results and I am doing what ever I can to meet those expectations. I know in the long run this will be a huge success and we will get into the US. This company is running a marathon not the 100 yard dash. I wish everybody would remember that. It will take time to build this company into a cash cow, but it will happen and those investors who have the patients to be with us for the long haul should benefit from this marathon.

Why do you think that? It would be nice to get a PR that wasn't about programming or share buybacks... they don't seem to make the PPS budge a bit.

As each week passes, I get more and more concerned another all-combative sports network is going to beat TFN to a U.S. contract. It's just a matter of time before somebody with more brains and connections than Winnick comes along...

You know the PR that we need is how many subscribers they have pulled in from all these Canadian cable and satellite contracts, beside a US contract of course.

They can pr until the sun goes down about a new Canadian cable systems and so on, but until the investors can see what that is worth in $$$ then the PR's are somewhat fluff IMO.

It's probably Sandy buying back huge chunks at a time.

Posted by BongLoad on :

Is Sandy working with the MM's to keep the PPS at .0002 so he can buyback for cheap? That's the only conclusion I can come to... that's the only logical explanation I can think of.

If that's not why the PPS is so slow, this stock is doomed. A U.S. deal would do very little...

A gentleman over at Ihub brought up a very good point:

"I remember reading somewhere that the buyback can only occur at prices that are BELOW any current outstanding CD conversion prices. If true, then this all makes sense!"

This stock will have legs soon. The buy back continues. This is great.

Again, how many shares went today?

Posted by logical buyer on :

Can't tell how much Sandy was buying back, but look at the average volume for the last 20 days, then look at the last couple of trading days. Over 1.2 billion shares traded today.

I believe Wednesday or Thursday of last week had over 2.5 billion in volume.

I would say they have bought back close to 1 billion so far total.

Posted by BongLoad on :

Well, I'm sure when the buyback is over we'll get a PR giving us the numbers. Maybe then the PPS will go up... I hope Sandy is working with the MM's to keep the PPS down during this buyback period.

Good Grief!!!!! I posted a whole freakin page, and nothing but "c???"

Thats it, I quit.

I was going to say, I am in for 30M. This is a 2 year old replica of QBID. I got it at .0002 and sold on the way up to .02 (yeah, I know it went higher). I like this stock. It will run to .00?'s or .0?'s That is penny's or slightly under. An easy triple or better is a given from these levels. PEOPLE, evey year, there is a few of these!!! THis is one!!! get it. I made over $25000 on QBID. I expect alot more from this. BUY this and wait. Don't sell at .0004. You will be buying back at .0008 or .0009 to ride the ride. Hold it for the 3 digits or 2 digits. It will be there. Too much action and publicity for this too die.

Unless, they R/S.

I am betting on a run. I have $8000 in this and trying to add $4000 more.

Good luck.

Love them Jayhawks.

My 5 million QBID shares, purchased at .0002, for $1000 would have been worth $150,000 at .03......

Think about it people. I ain't saying hold this
til .03, but if you can get in at .0002, why not? A grand isn't much nowadays. How else would one make a hundred G's+++ from one G?

Oh Babe, I don't know how many they can buy back per day. Good question. There must be some trick thats used to keep the price down, other than people want to sell for the lowest price.

Posted by DIGDOUGH on :

The share buy back is adding up good. Almost halfway to the billion, they told us is the target. To me this seems to be a positive action, i'm glad they're doing something to get the value up. It's the opposite of some stocks we've known recently.

here's a thought:

this is the buyback that BKMP is publicly doing, but it doesnt mean that the other partners at TFN arent buying at these levels too.
if it was my company i would def be making a personal investment at this level. and being a pink they can do that, right?

without filing the paperwork to let us know, i mean.

just trying to figure out the crazy volume that isnt reflected in the amount of shares purchased, imo. someone else is accumulating.

I know someone said this already. But if they wanted to buy back cheap shares. Why all the PR's. It seems their trying to increase the pps with the PR's which doesnt make sense if their trying to buy back. Any opinions on this

I think the buy back rule is 50% of the volume for that day, if i remember correctly from the discussion on the qbid board. Going on memory here so dont beat me up if im wrong.

They can PR all the Canadian carriers they want and it aint going to raise the PPS at all.
The USA Carrier signing along with financials released is what is going to make this fly.
That won't happen until the buyback is complete.
Once completed we will get the real MEATY PRs.

Its basically for the longs. These PRs are simply to maintain a level of investor confidence and at the same time to get flippers to sell. This is the perfect storm to rid us of flippers, while allowing CD conversion and buy back to take place. Last quarter for CD conversion will begin Sept.2006. I believe tomorrow is the last day for the buy back....though Sandy did say he maybe buying more than the 1 Billion, therefore, the date maybe extended.. [Eek!]

GLTA!

Simple sideway trades creates false volume! This gives the illusion that the stock doesn't move no matter how high the volume goes.

Two fold effect....helps to maintain current pps for CD conversion and buy back. Also, drives the flippers absolutely mad and they dump! Flippers are simply short term people...they cannot stand this languishing while work is being done.

One more benefit for the MMs...they can try to cover before hitting the .0005s...where they were alot of shorts. However, with Sandy buying back...this makes it extra hardto cover these zones....further, When Sandy pops the news of USA Carrier..or trading on the OTCBB....or whatever is 'major'....the MMs will be holding the bag as we will fly past the .0005 and the MMs will just have to make due!

Does anyone know what the company is going to do with the shares they buy back? I have a feeling there is some massive good news when this share buy back is completed. Otherwise the share buy back makes no sense.

Posted by DIGDOUGH on :

crappybob, I know that one PR about the buy back said they were going to retire those shares afterward, like make them disappear. Then we should have a little bit better O/S than a lot of pinks can boast. I'd like to think that they are gearing up for US coverage or some big deal. We will see.

Andrew, I was thinking about keeping the shares I already own and buying a million more and trying to sell them at .0003 for some easy money until this thing takes off and at that point I won't care because I still have my initial shares. I highly doubt my idea is unique so it's looks like I will have trouble trying to sell at .0003, but it's worth a shot the worst thing that can happen is I have a million more shares when this baby finally does take off.

i beleive again this is going to be a test of patience and hopefully this time for those that got burned by qbid our management wont screw this up. i believe in this much more cuz i have personally watched it and its good solid fighten. hehe. my cousins and all his body building freinds are big fans of this. most people that i know that like this thing will pay per veiw it no problem as if it were a big boxing event. this will need share buybacks share retirements and good solid managing to take off. but i just hope that if this does start to move i have the courage and conviction to hang on for the real run. this could be the next penny stock if this pans out allright. most will say im pumping to make a buck and that is alright too. but the reality of this is we dont have a clue if this will be yet another penny stock scam or if this can make us lots of coins. i am hoping for the second option obviously. good luck to you all. im in long and strong with 10 million. might buy a few more if i can get em.

Hey guys. I dont really post over here put here is some DD for you who dont know tons about the company.

1. End of December. O/S was 3.6 Billion.
2. They have a CD conversion that is MOST LIKELY over now. IMHO. That is what those Billion+ trade days were just to let you know.
3. There is no dilution going on here as they are buying back shares and already have nearly 500 Million.
4. There is gong to be NO R/S, get that out of your head because Sandy has stated that.
- On a side not about the R/S, I know some of you will think. Well, you cant trust anyone in Pink land. Well....Sandy Winick is Co-Founder and Chairmen of the Fight Network with Mike Garrow. So, if Sandy screwed everyone over he would screw TFN over and that wont happen.
5. TFN is getting closer to the US carrier. Once we hit that we will go boom

Any questions feel free to ask, I have tons more

Matt

this is insanity i just cant seem to go long on any of these. i am totally dissapointed and will not invest one more dime into this. they have a great biz plan and a great production of interesting and intrigueing programming and yet they are just another f$#%ing pinky that buys back one share and dilutes one hundred. oh well im glad i didnt put more than a couple thousand into this one. newbies beware not of this stock in particular but all these pinkies or most put out stellar pr's of buybacks share retirements ect......... all the while diluting the hell out of your shares. i think i will go back to otcbb stocks at least you can sometimes get an uptrend and hold it steady for a while. these pennies micro can give huge percentage gains but so many are so decietful it is just outright wrong. i feel as though i am enabling the crooks who run these buy buying into their scams. i wish all of you great wealth and happiness most of all , i think i am taking a break from micros just too damn corrupt for me.

See Kilerb what I mean about you! You were at IHub and you asked me what this all meant. I kindly explained to you what it was and then you come over to this board and bash!

For those of you trying to understand what 12 Billion O/S consists of is this. At the end of March 31st 2006 the float was 3.8 Billion and with the concurrent buy back our working O/S is approx 3.1 Billion at present. The remaining 8,277,480,606 shares are from the convertible debenture which are restricted for another 17 months.

One thing kilerb does to this board is to present facts in a deceptive manner alluding to a negative conclusion.

Fact is, our working O/S is well below 3.8 Billion shares due to the Buy Back Program. The Convertible shares do not enter the working O/S until the fall of 2007 at a maximum rate of 25%/quarter 17 months from now.

It should be noted that when dealing with someone like kilerb....one needs to consider how kilerb pulled all of his shares out of USXP...just one week before it took off to .038 PPS. Yes, I believe he is quit impetuous and still licking his wounds from the USXP loss.

Who is selling at .0002? On those billion volume days who is selling at.0002? Not me, I am trying to unload 850000 shares at .0003 just to see if it's possible and so far no luck.

The numbers don't add up if you ask me. The longer I stay in this stock me more it starts filling my nostrils with stink.

bellwetherreport.com: The Bellwether Report offers an update for Blackout Media Corporation

By M2
Last Update: 5/17/2006 4:02:48 AM

May 17, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Blackout Media Corporation (OTCPK:BKMP), is a company that our research team will be tracking over the ensuing weeks. They recently came out with a significant corporate development, causing a market stir. The BWR Research Team will continue to bring its subscribers cutting edge research tools, and second to none customer service.

Blackout Media Corporation holding company with an interest in Blackout Communications, who is a diversified media and entertainment company conducting operations in digital television, VOD, PPV, radio, the Internet and print under the brand name "The Fight Network.", a couple of weeks ago announced that they inform its shareholders that it has purchased another 140,000,000 shares as part of the stock buy-back program, this in addition to the 297,000,000 shares it announced on May 3rd, 2006 that were purchased by the company, bringing the total shares purchased pursuant to the share buy-back plan to 437,000,000.

"We continue to support our buy-back program and purchase shares at these levels," stated Sandy Winick, President of Blackout.

The BWR Research Team will continue to follow Blackout Media Corporation over the next couple of weeks, noting on any corporate developments. Currently trading at $0.0003, this company continues to trade at a high level as investors sees the long term potential surrounding this company. Blackout has already traded over 300 million shares and I feel that if the company continues to look for growth opportunities and other ways to increase shareholder value, this up and down trading could be stopped.

Does anyone know, or have a good idea about how much revenue 1 pay per view event can generate for TFN? Also, as near as I can tell there are currently somewhere around 3.3 to 3.4 billion shares on the market. Has anyone seen or heard anything different?

May 24, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Blackout Media Corporation (OTCPK:BKMP), is a company that our research team will be tracking over the ensuing weeks.

Yesterday morning the company announced that it has secured the rights to present Coralles vs. Castillo 3 on Pay-Per-View in Canada for Saturday June 3rd on Viewers Choice as part of Fight Network, "Fight Night PPV Series." Fight Network will also air on its own channel Coralles vs. Castillo one and two, leading up to the third encounter between these formidable rivals set for June 3rd.

"Boxing fans around the world know this fight is going to be something special," said Brian Sobie Sr. VP of Programming for The Fight Network. "Which is why we are very excited to be the ones to deliver this epic trilogy exclusively in Canada in what promises to be a can't miss event," he added.

Fight Network will begin to air Coralles vs. Castillos 1 and 2 beginning May 28th which will be followed by Fight Network in-depth news coverage of the third fight from Las Vegas beginning June 2nd with Fight Network's own host Ryan Bennett and boxing experts Doug Fisher and Steve Kim from maxboxing.com.

On Saturday June 3rd the world's most talented and courageous lightweights will collide in their eagerly awaited rubber match for Corrales' World Boxing Council (WBC) title at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Coralles vs. Castillos available in Canada on Viewers Choice Pay View Presented by The Fight Network. The event will be priced in Canada at $24.99 The BWR Research Team will continue to follow Blackout Media Corporation over the next couple of weeks, noting on any new exciting corporate developments. Currently trading at $0.0003, this company continues to trade at a high level as investors sees the long term potential surrounding this company. Blackout has already traded over 18 million shares and I feel that if the company continues to look for growth opportunities and other ways to increase shareholder value, this up and down trading could be stopped. If Black is able to secure the rights to more highly viewed sporting events, publicity will get out and the company's sales should definitely increase. 2006 looks to be an exciting year.

Those guys track good, in 2 weeks they'll be telling you what happened 2 weeks ago.

Hey guys, I have not been over here in a while but let me ease some of your conscience if your worried.

Some questions I saw were:

1. Why and How are people selling and buying at .0002 on billion days or who is doing it?

- Well, some people were getting filled; however, a lot of those shares were going to Sandy on the Buyback and to the Convertible Debenture.

2. When will we be in the US?

- Well, We are about to be on Canada 2nd biggest cable provider starting in July so thats a good thing. Also, there has been good commercials on TFN from Sony and UFC. So, thats important, "Advertising".

3. What is the O/S

- O/S is what you read in the finacials. 12 Bil. Some think there is a chance that 8 of if is retricted until Fall of '07. It maybe it may not; theres no way to know the truth because there is no fact that says it is; therefore I will assume that there is no restriction.

- 12 Billion sounds like a lot? Dont let it scare you, we are a pink sheet stock. Sandy will be buying back a lot of it. We own 21% or more for all we know of TFN. We will be getting a lot more revenues after May. Why? Because as of the past 3 months TFN has been "FREE" for customers in Canada, as are most channels when first introduced. They will then start to do the "Teir" package which will be probably 3.99-5.99 a month. So thats when big numbers come in.

- Also, we will be All over Canada and USA, so thats huge money coming from both places.

3. How much money will the PPV bring us in?

- Well starting next month they are going from $14.99 PPV to $29.99 PPV so that is going to be huge. As far as how many people are buying, we will not know until some sort of finacials are released.

If you have any other questions please ask, I know a pretty good bit about the company and so forth. Also, check out TFN they have a UFC banner up. Why is that important? Becuase that means cross advertisement or possible exclusive deal who knows. But that means they have been in contact with UFC and have talked about something to be advertising there stuff. Later!

is it possible that if this gets in to the usa and gets big that the stock will still not go anywhere because of the mms,or other reasons.i am thinking that if they do not release financials it wont.pinks dont have to.

Posted by nattty04 on :

Bomber. They have released finacials already just to let you know. And of yes WHEN they get USA carrier MM's will be covering there butts. Thats what MM's are doing now plus Sandy Buyback is why we havent gone anywhere. But if you have noticed we have had very small volume days. The shares are almost dried up. It will be turning up soon, dont you worry about it.
