These are fluff PRs. These pennies will never be able to get past any real point because as soon as they hit key points, ie, .001, .002 .01 and so forth too many people sell to get their money back. The only thing gets them into real money points above .01 is an amazing PR such as a take over by a DOW company, substantial contract signings or something like that. The MMs would take the price into the .10 and above because they know people will buy it at that price and they can sell at even higher prices. BKMP , like RSHN, will never be .50> stocks without real action by the companies. I hold millions of both, but most pennies I look to flip.

Although these are all fluff PRs, atleast BKMP is doing everything they said they'll do. After all the DD i've done, i have no doubt in my mind this will come to US cable and grow even further.
The only reason the company is doing a buy back, is because they feel like the PPS is undervalued. My forecast, expect this to reach penny land in about month. Of course JMO.

A penny would be good. I just got 5 mil more. I want to be holding some of the float on this after the buyback is complete. It would be nice if they would say what they want to take it down to.

I don't think that is the reason for no uptick. It seems to me the news has made a huge impact, just look at the volume over these two days. MM's want to keep it at .0003 and probably Sandy as well b/c he "is" in the process of buying back shares and wants to get them as cheap as possible.

These are MM signals. 100 > I need shares 200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get them. 300 > Take the price down to get shares.... 400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand 500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is. 900 > I am not sure of, probably a clever cover up of one of the other signals, like the way a catcher and pitcher change signals 1/2 way through a game some times.
