Invester, How much are you still in this? Just didn't see you commenting on this one... I supposed you're so confident about this that you're just letting it sit tight?

You are correct. I've been working on getting a bank deal to go through, not as much time in front of the computer. Still love the stock. PGPM is as good to me with the most recent PR though. They have now shown dedication to the share holder. I also talked to Monet at PGPM today, and he said with 100% assurance they would not dilute. I see PGPM/WWEN/AURC over $1 in a very short time frame.

NDOL came out with another PR this morning to clarify the merger. Hopefully the market understands the merger better and reacts accordingly. This should help AURC's pps, we may even get a nice little EOW run!

I'm not worried Newbie, I got my shares cheaper than this. I'm just confused as to why we are down so much today when every other precious metal stock is up?? I should just go play some golf:)

I just want to congradulate those that still can get in at these levels. A small portion of sellers just want to move their funds to elsewhere probably for daytrade.. which I don't think it's a good idea with the end of week coming.

And you can probably ready to put an "X" on that confirmation! I got burnt several times by their calls in the old days... Lesson learned..

Fuzzy, A reverse split is when a corporation reduces the number of outstanding shares. The total market value of the shares remains the same after the reverse split, however, a share is worth more. A company, for example, executes a 1 for 2 split. An investor owning 1000 shares will deliver them to the issuer and they will receive half as many new shares--but the shares will have double the value of the original shares. I cannot answer the second question without more details.

Yuck, restricted shares, so typical. It really amazes me how many of these pinky oil companies pull this stuff. For some DD on typical bs pink oil mergers, check out TWOG/ILGY threads

"that all shares issued for the merger to the shareholders of the North-West Oil Group will be restricted from selling" AFAIK that means that current north-west oil groups shareholder's shares will be restricted, not our ndol shares.

Sorry, I don't want to turn this into another NDOL thread...
but
------------- i think NDOL should issue a PR that says "READ MY LIPS! YOUR SHARES WILL NOT BE RESTRICTED!!!"
Its crazy how the restricted issue was put to rest a while ago but people keep overreacting and searching for a way for them to be restricted.
Its very simple. North West shareholders will have restricted shares. NDOL shareholders (you) will NOT. Why is this good? Well, cause you can sell, North West shareholders can't. If they can't sell, then there will be less profit taking that drives it down after the merger.

Hello Sigma, Are these numbers good?? They look like high concentrations of gold to me!!
Klyon Deposit
The length of vein #1 measures 1,700 m, this is a steeply dipping vein (84-90º to 70º). Flank vein stretches as a single body, diverging in the central part. In the deeper parts the structure becomes simpler, with the cumulative thickness of the body and the volume of quartz going up.
The vein’s width varies beginning with 1.0-0.9 m , with the cumulative width of all apophyses reaching 16.1 m. The maximum thickness of the ore body (with account of host rock interlayers) is as big as 26.6 m. The gold content varies from 0.0 to 163.1 gram / ton, silver – from 0.0 to 1,067.9 gram/ ton.
Vein #1 has been accessed by means of 29 trenches, every 30-120 m. Examined by means of mine openings at a length of 1,700 m. Down-dip, the vein has been crossed by 21 core holes, with 10 drilling profiles every 100 to 200 m, and examined up to the + 160 m horizon.
Vein #2 (examined by mine openings and prospecting traverses along strike up to 1,250 m and down-dip up to the +275 m horizon by 10 holes with 6 drilling profiles (every 100 to 200 in the central part of the vein). Slope angle – 53-60º. Represented by one or two contiguous bodies. The vein width varies from 0.4 to 5.9 m. Content varies from 0.0 to 380.5 gram/ton of gold and from 0.0 to 211.9 gram/ton of silver.
Primary quality requirements in calculating reserves of the С2 category:
Minimal minable content of gold equivalent in the estimated block – 18 gram/ton; Minimal minable content of gold equivalent in the margin working – 11.4 gram/ton.

I agree birkoff, they need to put out a PR for all those who are not clear with SEC regs...Hopefully this will surge NDOL forward and bring us with them!

Yeah, Newbie those numbers look pretty good. I'd like to see the actual drilling report with the core samples, but, at least superficially, those numbers look pretty nice. Where'd you get that from? I haven't seen those numbers before.
