.This is merely a knee jerk reaction, because this is a Midland Baring company. Midland Baring is the company that also brought NDOL to market. I would be accumulating at these levels

Supporting well! Remember the AUDITED STATEMENTS! "It is the firm RSM Top Audit that has prepared the audited financial statements under US and Russian Gaap and have been retained as the company's official SEC auditors. The highlight of the statements are its USD $4,099,579,465 in total assets, which represents its precious and non-precious metals inventory and reserves throughout their properties. The company's revenue remain low due to the current ramp-up of its operation and joint-venture discussions on its Klyon "Maple" property."

That's because it's sitting on 1) audited statements of 4 billion of capital 2) have a great geologist Barrack Gold working with them 3) have too much potential for buyouts or co-ops with current gold prices 4) and a geological report coming right up!
Literally, "Sitting on a Gold Mine!"

By the way, the management's decision of a merger of NDOL might not be a bad decision long term since its production is moving so quickly. A stock worth $3-4 in couple years versus an instant $2 gain?

Wow, look at NDOL's come back! I guess people's faith on the company is coming back. AURC is back on track in terms of the company's confidence. I noticed that this stock can gap really fast, wow...

wish I had more funds to buy at these prices... hope this doesn't screw up our upward trend, we were in for a great day before NDOL screwed us up. NDOL's pr stated update by Friday, I think it will be news favorable to shareholders, even though I sold all my shares at 1.5. NDOL should rebound nicely and bring us with it. Geo report will push us strait threw what little resistance we are encountering at these ridiculous prices!

Today was a good shake due to NDOL's uncertainty in the beginning session, but later we saw a strong come back as people's confidence on the company regains as they realize a merger may work even better for the company.
Some people probably took some profits because of last week's lower prices at 20's early in the day.
Overall, this has become a healthier stock than before, since the quick rise early last month.
Many people should feel comfortable sitting on all 4-5 billion audited gold and metal. Also, having a great partner such as Barrick Gold will increase the gold retrieval process dramatically.
If you recall the CEO's sudden PR last Thursday for NDOL for it's buyout price (although it was supposed to be scheduled for this week), and how people suddenly were scambling to buy NDOL. You can be pretty sure that people have become smarter and should be holding, knowing the Geological report should be out at any time.
In another words, with short and long term incentives, it should climb back up!! (It was going to break into the .40's very early today if not for the NDOL hiccup)
If the MM is kind enough to ride along with us for a little while, we can see some serious gains! And as I recall, this stock is great at gapping!!

Birkoff, You can re-read page 6 of Invester's comments... It may be able to help you make your decision.
This one is kind of like NDOL. If you have patience in holding, you should reap good returns. This should be one of the safer pinks out there. But if you're afraid of dips (due to daytraders moving their cashflow to make a faster buck), just look at NDOL's dips when it's in the 40's to 70's and compare it several days later after the dip.
