good job guys, I had my money tied up but I love when matto comes on here to help us out, too bad hes not have that much anymore but I look foward to the next one matto. More props to matto!
41%? wow, would have loved that, toss in a grand get a nice $410, dont get caught holding bags fellas, pigs get slaughterd.. matto comes here, gets us a nice run and u have to be sure to get rid of it on the way up. Dont love these stocks..

That RS is also in conjunction with a dividend and a stock buyback. I'm in for a million and will wait for the goodies.

Yes BMC I agree that the RS looks to be a good thing in the case of this company, see my link above. Also the charts look good for this to do well in the near future.

Yep...been in this one for about 4 years. IVOC has been good to me. Sold over a million when it popped and just bought a million back. Just waiting for the goodies.

Hi All, So I sent IVOC an email the other day, here it is:
Dear Ivoice, I'm a shareholder writing you to get an update of the results from the shareholder meeting March 31,2006. I would specifically like to know the voting results of the three proposals regarding dividend and buyback. If the results can not yet be released can you provide a tentative date for the release of this information. I appreciate any information you can give me. Thank you for your atttention to these matters.
Here's the reponse I got from them today:
We will be releasing information within the next 10 days.
Looks like another week or so until they announce the details.

(IVOT, Trade) announced today that its management team has returned from a recent trip to China where they reviewed several different potential business transactions and acquisitions for the company. iVoice Technology, previously was a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice, Inc. yes...they owe us information on the originally reported: 1) 1.5 million dollar dividend disbursement and 2) the 1 for 200 reverse stock split and 3) the stock buy back program. I have this information from 3/1/06 when I originally read about this stock and got in it.

Does anyone have any new information on IVOC. I am still holding, pending R/S buy back. I can't find anything. Before I e-mail the Co. I want to see if anyone has heard anything.
