MATAWAN, N.J., Mar 30, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- iVoice, Inc (OTCBB: IVOC) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire microMEDIA Imaging Systems, a document imaging and scanning service company whose capabilities include indexing and online document hosting.

We look forward to becoming part of the iVoice team as we embark on a mission to create a dynamic success story that rewards both shareholders and employees."
About iVoice, Inc.
iVoice has determined that the best way to create shareholder value, separate and apart from the operating performance of iVoice, is to implement new business opportunities by distributing shares of spin-offs to the Company's shareholders. The common stock distributions are part of a broader strategy relating to the transition of iVoice into a company focused on the development and licensing of proprietary technologies. We also continue to search for potential merger candidates with or without compatible technology and products, which management feels may offer long term growth prospects to increase shareholder value. Tomorrow is the meeting where the R/S , dividend and buyback will be discussed and voted on. Today may be the last 'cheap' price before the action starts.

Matto do you think this could run today or in a few days? here's the deal, I have $10k sitting in a long term stock that isn't moving, I would take $5k out of there and invest it in a stock that moves today, and then buy more shares of the long term stock with today's gains, and I'm looking at what the hot stocks are. I've made nice cash with IVOC in the past (remember the run up to 0.0048 a couple months ago??) and Im not experienced enough to know if THIS pr will set things moving TODAY. Sure people will say "you want to get rich too fast" but I've seen your stock picks and they're excellent, so i KNOW it's possible to make nice gains in a short time Thanks

I'm in, been in and riding in anticipation. This one could be another GWGO. R/S, dividends, multiple press releases. I tend to agree w/blindmelon as this may be the last time to get this at a cheap price.

I sold my million and made a few bucks. Today I'm buying it back at a lower pps. My gut feeling is that IVOC's past performance is indicative of a good future. The R/S might even be part of a plan to make a move to a more important venue. (just speculation)
I've been in IVOC since before the spin off stocks and so far don't have any reason to believe they won't continue treating their shareholders in a very positive manner.
At least their PR's are real and meaningful.
