MATAWAN, N.J., Mar 30, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
iVoice, Inc (OTCBB: IVOC) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire microMEDIA Imaging Systems, a document imaging and scanning service company whose capabilities include indexing and online document hosting.

The transaction, which is subject to due diligence and the usual and customary conditions, is expected to close in June.

microMEDIA has completed document scanning projects from paper, microfilm and microfiche since 1987. The company integrates existing databases with files kept in paper, microfilm, microfiche and aperture cards. Most of its large conversion projects are conducted onsite at customers' facilities.

Jerry Mahoney, CEO of iVoice, remarked, "We are committed to expanding microMEDIA, expanding its marketing program and geographic reach, and assisting it in offering an expanded range of services. We expect to be in a position to acquire a number of these companies over the next year, and are excited about the prospects of building a very large company."

Joseph Wise, President of microMEDIA, stated, "We entered into this transaction because we want to the company to be part of a large, profitable, high-quality firm. iVoice's acquisition program and financial capabilities will allow us to realize our maximum potential. We look forward to becoming part of the iVoice team as we embark on a mission to create a dynamic success story that rewards both shareholders and employees."

About iVoice, Inc.

iVoice has determined that the best way to create shareholder value, separate and apart from the operating performance of iVoice, is to implement new business opportunities by distributing shares of spin-offs to the Company's shareholders. The common stock distributions are part of a broader strategy relating to the transition of iVoice into a company focused on the development and licensing of proprietary technologies. We also continue to search for potential merger candidates with or without compatible technology and products, which management feels may offer long term growth prospects to increase shareholder value. For more information, contact CEO Jerry Mahoney at (732) 441 7700 or by e-mail at jerrym*ivoice.com.

Tomorrow is the meeting where the R/S , dividend and buyback will be discussed and voted on. Today may be the last 'cheap' price before the action starts.

Where are you all gonna try to buy in at??

Posted by Opethian on :

Matto do you think this could run today or in a few days? here's the deal, I have $10k sitting in a long term stock that isn't moving, I would take $5k out of there and invest it in a stock that moves today, and then buy more shares of the long term stock with today's gains, and I'm looking at what the hot stocks are. I've made nice cash with IVOC in the past (remember the run up to 0.0048 a couple months ago??) and Im not experienced enough to know if THIS pr will set things moving TODAY.
Sure people will say "you want to get rich too fast" but I've seen your stock picks and they're excellent, so i KNOW it's possible to make nice gains in a short time
Thanks

I'm in, been in and riding in anticipation. This one could be another GWGO. R/S, dividends, multiple press releases. I tend to agree w/blindmelon as this may be the last time to get this at a cheap price.

in and out my friend i have extra time today!!!
firured i would through out some bones. lol gl

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

I sold my million and made a few bucks. Today I'm buying it back at a lower pps. My gut feeling is that IVOC's past performance is indicative of a good future. The R/S might even be part of a plan to make a move to a more important venue. (just speculation)

I've been in IVOC since before the spin off stocks and so far don't have any reason to believe they won't continue treating their shareholders in a very positive manner.

At least their PR's are real and meaningful.

This stock will be having a 200 to 1 reverse split any day now. Becareful!!

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

That RS is also in conjunction with a dividend and a stock buyback. I'm in for a million and will wait for the goodies.

Posted by Wino Ph.D. on :

Yes BMC I agree that the RS looks to be a good thing in the case of this company, see my link above. Also the charts look good for this to do well in the near future.

Posted by Bottomliner on :

We should see a PR soon outlining the results of the shareholder meeting held on March 31.

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

Yep...been in this one for about 4 years. IVOC has been good to me. Sold over a million when it popped and just bought a million back. Just waiting for the goodies.

Posted by pgolden on :

this stock should make a run relatively soon....pr should make this one run....still a divy out there yet i believe....

Posted by Stockstar69 on :

Yep, divy and 1 for 200 reverse stock split (and a stock buyback I think).

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

Lets all concentrate and get them to post a PR about the meeting and upcoming events!

Posted by Wino Ph.D. on :

Have you contacted them yet BMC?

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

Nope. I'll just wait for some news..... I'm in until after the RS and divy.

Posted by Wino Ph.D. on :

I just sent them an email, we'll see what they say. I'll post the response as soon as I get it.

Posted by Stockstar69 on :

I bought more yesterday. They have good news coming in the near future.

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

We pretty much know what the news will be...just waiting for a formal announcement.

Posted by Stockstar69 on :

Yep...this is almost like GWGO. Everyone know what's going to happen but are waiting to see the news in black in white before they buy more. Odd, I'd think you want to buy more before the sheep jump in.

Posted by Wino Ph.D. on :

Hi All,
So I sent IVOC an email the other day, here it is:

Dear Ivoice,
I'm a shareholder writing you to get an update of the results from the
shareholder meeting March 31,2006. I would specifically like to know the
voting results of the three proposals regarding dividend and buyback. If
the results can not yet be released can you provide a tentative date for
the release of this information. I appreciate any information you can
give me. Thank you for your atttention to these matters.

Here's the reponse I got from them today:

We will be releasing information within the next 10 days.

Looks like another week or so until they announce the details.

Posted by cottonjim on :

Thanks for the DD Doc. I can wait.

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

Sounds reasonable. I'll take it. IVOC has been good to me in the past and I expect that will continue into the future.

Posted by Stockstar69 on :

Thanks Wino!

Posted by racjis on :

10 days come and gone.

Posted by Stockstar69 on :

Waiting patiently...

Posted by Wino Ph.D. on :

I'm assuming they meant 10 business days, which gives them until tomorrow I believe.

Not exactly the news I was waiting for but................ well, not what I expected.

Posted by Wino Ph.D. on :

That's all good but they still owe us a PR from the shareholders meeting.

Posted by Stockstar69 on :

yes...they owe us information on the originally reported: 1) 1.5 million dollar dividend disbursement and 2) the 1 for 200 reverse stock split and 3) the stock buy back program. I have this information from 3/1/06 when I originally read about this stock and got in it.

Lets go IVOC !

Posted by cottonjim on :

Does anyone have any new information on IVOC. I am still holding, pending R/S buy back. I can't find anything. Before I e-mail the Co. I want to see if anyone has heard anything.

Posted by js49886 on :

Nope. Anyone else email them lately?

Posted by Wino Ph.D. on :

No, I was also thinking about contacting them since they told me they would release news in 10 days and it should have been out by last Thurs.

Ok, while I was typing this message I decided to send them an email. I'll post here when I hear from them.
