AGENT please read the posts before answering ignorantly. I was showing the trade value. ILGY was at .80 yesterday - TWOG was bought out for .08. 10 of our shares at .08 = 1 for.80 which is where they were yesterday.

Not sure... I think it's just flippers now... we got 9 days to still rise... we did go up over 100% yesterday... so regrouping before the next push wouldn't be a big shock to me.

Hold them shares people because flipping this thing will cost you. Ask everybody that gave in this morning. You know that sick feeling you get in the pit of your stomach. It's not because you're hungry either, it's because you have to go tell your wife you gave somebody else your lunch money hahahaha. JK. Hang in there it may come back down in the next couple of days and then you can jump back in. And please don't anyone ask me about the issue with tax write offs because i already know that. But it is better to pay on 5,000 than to lose 1,000 and wish you had of stuck in there! GO TWOG!!!

OK, i'm in at .0185 but I do have to question something. When I look up ILGY I got the company name of International energy Limited so I Googled it, and nothing, not one piece of news, no web site. So I looked a little deeper, It seems that ILGY used to be BDWH which did a R-split and left some folks hanging, then changed their symbol. Do I have a reaon to be concerned here. I like my money to much to just give it away.

No cotton, they JUST changed their symbol... literally like 5 or 10 days ago. That's why you're not finding anything. The reverse split just occured on 3/8/06, so it's also very recent. You're money is safe here, and at the very least, good for the rising value TWOG will see as it approaches the 2nd week of april.

i woulnt worry cotton.. that is a whole other deal, this one is done, you cant manipulate the value of your stock like that during an aquisiton.. that would surely be an sec issue! dont sweat it.. buy at these levels and dont sell till at least .06

Ok, so if I'm to understand this right (after reading the thread) if I buy 10,000 shares of TWOG at .019 for $190, the second week of april I'll be getting 1000 shares of ILGY, which at the moment is trading between .65 and 1.15?
Yeah, this SEEMS like a no brainer to me. So much so that I'm worried there's some catch somewhere that I'm missing.
Can anybody shed some light on this?
EDIT:
Looking at charts it shows that in the last six months ILGY's stock has been all the way up to 300 and has just slowly fell all the way to a dollar. Isn't that a bad sign? I'm sorry for all these questions, I don't have any background on this deal (looking though), but the thread intrigued me...
