Im new to this and have bought some shares of twog. I just can't figure out how a stock that has so much to offer in few days is trading the way it is. If you are said to make so much of a gain wouldn't people be fighting over this stock and if they were then the price would be high. It doesnt add up for a hot item to drop in value. Please help me understand if you can.

We're all working to get our minds around it suzy... all we are thinking is that people are flipping and we still have 9 days until the date you have to be settled by... so people are still taking some profits and trying to get in a little lower. The best advice now is to pick a value, buy it, and look for a steady march forward to the 25th and then into the 2nd week in april.

there is 10 days until closing date and there are thousands of people asking the same question and speculating whether to get in or not, but since the price isnt moving no one is buying. When it gets closer to the 25th people are gonna say f-it im buying this it is to good to miss and then the price flys!!!!

FOR GOD SAKE YOU HAVE TO BE STUPID to not jump on this deal. at this point i think people are waiting for the price to drop more so they can get more shares for their money. When they realize that its not gonna go any lower they will buy and then the price will move and then everyone else will buy, its a domino effect.

i don't mean to crash the party -- but use your head guys.. there seems to be a lot of irrational exuberance.
i think someone said earlier - if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Hopefully you guys get your run but I would be cautious.. looks prime for a R/S. Hopefully I'm wrong.

The only difference is that the R/S was 1000 to 1 and not 100 to 1. That is the reason of the 10 TWOG shares for each ILGY, and not 1 for 1. The mathe is the same.

Also, looking at the last 6 months of ILGY, the most it's traded in a day is a little over 30,000 shares (unless I'm reading the cnn chart wrong). To me, this means that there isn't much demand for ILGY, and with all these people buying up TWOG just so they can sell it come the second week in April...
All I'm saying is you'll either have a hard time moving your shares at the prices you want or the prices will drop and you won't get the return you're thinking of.
This could just be my inexperience at the market, but that's just my reasoning...

I understand that Trasq. It's still a penny stock though and you never know. I would love to put all my eggs in one basket and hope this is all true, but I keep my pennies to free shares and my initial investment is always taken out.

yah this negetivity is crazy... THE DEAL IS COMPLETED. the only reason this stock isnt trading with ilgy right now at the .08 level is because of this very skepticism.. i guarentee if it doesnt move up anyway by 2 days of expiration, on those last two days it will explode.

I'm not being negative, I am holding this till the end. I'm letting some of the newbies on here know that they should put all there eggs in one basket when it comes to the pennies. On the runs take your profits and trade with your free shares. Look at QBID and how many people got burned. I took my profits on that stock ran like hell. lol

Ok, so everybody is loading up on TWOG to get the 1 for 10 of ILGY. Right now ILGY is trading at around .80. When the trade takes place, guessing the shares of twog are at .02, it will cost you .20 for a .80 share of IGLY. If you were able to sell immediately at that price, you just made 4 times your money. I'm new, but if this is what was going to happen, why wouldn't so many more people be doing this? Just curious as to how people can believe this would really happen with everything you see happen with pennies. With that said, I do own a few shares and will see for myself.

amswap, I think the doubt you're expressing in your post is exactly what other investors are feeling, and that's probably what's keeping investors from buying this one. I admit it does sound "too good to be true", but then I think of IVOC that had similar spinoffs, and that was a great dividend play

Just because ILGY bought TWOG for .08 a share doesn't mean that it will go to that. In fact, if you do your research and go back to other previous buyouts, the company being bought almost never reaches the buyout price. I am a holder and I do believe it will go up some more in coming days, but not to the price of ILGY by any means. If that was the case, wouldn't everybody and there brother get into TWOG right now while it's cheap. Usually the buyee gets to about 75-85 percent of the price they got bought out for. That still ain't bad. I expect this to get to about 5.5 to 6 cents.
