Im still scratching my head over this one. Sulja Bros is not a very big outfit. And LFWK redoes lofts yet these guys have all this talk of major jobs around the world. Ive been building around the country for 26 years, but this one has me wondering. I guess we will see sooner or later.

This is a great day indeed - Ask hit .04. Sorry I wasn't on today, it was a rough one. Trying to finish up my masters degree this year and was up until midnight writing a paper. Got up at 5 and out the door. I am just glad to see LFWK continuing the climb!!! GO LFWK!!!

There are really two mergers taking place here at the same time. Sulja is merging with Loftworks to become a public traded company instead of the more expensive route of an IPO. Consultech in turn is doing the same by merging with Sulja. In the end Loftworks as we know it is small fries in this picture. When all is said and done it's really all about Consultech, the LARGE & Worldwide expanding Construction Co., which in turn will be supplied materials through it's expanding subsidiary Sulja Bros. lol yes we have waited awhile now,this merger was alittle more complicated than it first appeared, but it looks like the wait is going to pay off HUGE PROFITS !!!! (shomethamoney....lol)
LFWK's is the REAL DEAL....still plenty of profit to be made on this if your not in yet !!!

People on other boards are bashing because nothing has come out yet. But I think that with such an important merger for all parties involved they want to get it right. This is the future of the big Cunsultech company and they want to cross all t's and dot the i's, lol, but hey I'm willing to wait for the big bang. Go LFWK!!!

Odds If you owned a stock would you bash it constantly. You may get angry with the company and say a few negative comments but constantly bashing, I think not. These bashers have a different agenda. good luck and to the moon!!!!!!!!!!

dang it, this is the 2nd night in a row ive had a dream/nightmare abt this stock..i had a dream it went up to $2.50 but i could not remember my scottrade pw to sell.....lol.....anyways, this stock has sooo much potential..its just a few more days until we should get the news...then its to the moon..!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I spoke with Preston at Kore Mgt. last week, he said his company recommended the financials be released after the ticker change for maximum PPS increase, but in the end it's LFWK's call.
