I bought another 100K shares just before the close. I hope you guys are kidding about this being a rumor. Once they sell the land to oil drillers, we will see huge profits.

All kidding aside, what's everyones take on this one. I can understand how VWKM can't get off the floor, no matter how much good news comes out, because of dilution. But, LFWK has got me stumped. Is it just a lack of interest? Maybe too many other hot plays going on at the same time. Well, for you savy, smart, chart busters and stock guru types, maybe you can enlighten the rest of us here and give an update !

IMO..I just don't think that it has gotten recognized...plus...I am not to sure that the O/S is as low as we all think...if you watch the volume for a given day...and with what this "board" alone holds as for as shares...It's not adding up...
Biggest reason is that the PRs aren't being ditributed to "enough" outlets... For intance..my etrade (as bad as they may be)...shows no news what so ever...

10of13 - I am not saying that you are not correct, but it doesn't take many shares to make this one move. This thing went to .03 the other day off of a couple of mil shares.
I personally think that people are nervous right now with merger news because of everything that has happened to the likes of TWOG holder and JPHC holders. Mergers have not been going in the shareholders favor on these past stocks. LFWK's is different in that Sulja Brothers is not another company doing a share for share trade. They are basically buying into the company and adding to it. The PR's are another thing. There has to be some solid news with this merger not PR's that use the word "nagging details" that is not what you want to use.
I just see how it moves with little vol and I am holding my shares. I really believe that when the merger news does go through the dividend information will be following sending this stock way up! That is MO only - please do your DD

Agreed shomethamoney...it moves easily on little volume...just not convinced of the share structure...PRs do need better wording and better distributed...and I am holding this as well...looks promising!

If I remember correctly, they did say 200 million shares were marked for sulja bros for the merger. There could be some of those hitting the market, but we aren't seeing the kind of volume to indicate any big dumping going on.

the way i read it..if LFWK has a CEO steve sulja, and previous CEO has butted his ass out..and then there is an interim board of directors..etc.. then there is no point in discussing merger.. the next thing i am waiting for is dividend announcement.. or listing on OTC.. GLTA..

Hmmm...Very low volume today. Not much action...but at least we're staying strong in the .02 range for now. We just need some of that big news that is coming to let this baby run! Hope it's soon!

I'm sleepy like this stock, I always get a good cup of coffee on Fridays (Pete's black). If this stock drank a cup it would be * 3 by noon otherwise it will be another afternoon nap!

Hey good news the spread is only seperated by .001 now which is a good sign. Now the news comes and we take off. I want to see big pennies today. I want us to be the talk of the town for Friday on OTCBB.com and raging bulls.
