Good morning all. Hope you had a safe and fun 4th. There are two things that bother me about LFWK, I'm going to call and try to get answers for. They are 1) With all the transactions going on with the merger, officer changes, and cusip and ticker changes going on, why can't I find any SEC filings about them? 2) The PR stated that the forms for the change were filed on June 7th. PKTV filed for ticker change on June19th and the change to PCUV took affect today and they announced what the change was going to be on 6/19. We have never been told what the new symbol will be. I'm starting to feel like their PR is BS

Upon reading their PR of 6/7/06 again, I noticed that they did not say they had submitted their application to NASDAQ on 6/7. The PR said that they had contacted their transfer agent to begin the process of submitting applications to NASDAQ to acquire its new trading symbol and CUSIP number. So, if I'm reading this right, the application to NASDAQ might not have been done yet. Any thoughts?

I tried to reach them by phone with no success. I will try again later and I have sent Preston an E-Mail. I will post response here as soon as he gets back to me. I have to leave for a while but will be back around 3pm

Good morning, Still unable to talk with Kore. I e-mailed them again. I have also e-mailed Peter Vucicevich and Steve Sulja. Maybe I can get a response from them. I found these posts on i**b
Name and cusip change is back on track. The Nasdaq says that they didn't receive the paperwork from the transfer agent, but then they found it (typical). Looks like it will be approved very shortly.

Mail from Kore " email " Dear Mr . **************** The stocks for the new company will be distributed in a manner to reflect the value of the company because eventually the share structure will dictate as to who will call the shots. as for the dilution of the stock there are no plans for that as yet. we will update you if there are any new developments. well, i tried getting filled at .022, in the afternoon, with no success. so i'm still here long and strong with almost 300k shares. Hopefully they will get the paperwork straighten out, and hear news within the next couple of weeks. still long overdue!!!! good luck everyone, stay strong

Lots of people are averaging down. The few differences in price will not make much difference soon. Its difficult to flip this stock anyway. The spread is too wide.

You know i didnt make much money by flipping it, let say up until now around 1k usd and i use to buy and sell around 200k stocks everyday, its like a small bonus for us, inpatient :-) But definitely i wouldnt want to be catch without 200k stocks and chasing LFWK on its way up :-)

how did you flip at these volumes and with the pps going down, just curios. i've had a small buy order at the bid the whole week, it never got filled.

Anyone hear anything new? Been awhile now and certainly something has to break on this soon. I've had e-mails and calls into Preston for over a week. Oh well, it took me three weeks to talk with him the first time. Hopefully green is right around the corner !

Now, just as we will NEVER EVER see those prices again, .02 will soon be history as well. IMO
Based on all available data that has been reported, implied or rumored, I believe that the powers that be have meticulously planned a one, two, three punch attack and maybe then some that will rocket the PPS overnight to places we may never have seen before. I don't believe that anyone here isn't aware that the fuse is lit and is now burning. Without warning we will see this explode shortly. With that said, I bought more today and have raised my triggers MUCH HIGHER!!!

Yes, I hope everyone read this. This was effective yesterday. Monday. As everyone can see the price has dropped and will continue to drop I expect. There was no PR and no explanation as to why. Expect more of a massive sell off the rest of the week.

A/S. I'm still waiting to see how this plays out. I don't want to be overly hopeful, but at the same time I still think there is unbelievable potential here.
Something big is in the works - and it's gonna either blow up huge or blow up in our faces.
