I am also in this now too. When the news hits in the next week, we can see an easy 50% in the next 10 days. GL.

4 major factors will come into play this months
1.merger 2.dividend 3.move to OTCBB 4. 1st quarter report
A Sulja spokesperson stated that the transition to a public market should not occur later than 5-7 days from now. "Our merger into the LFWK public vehicle allows us the opportunity to advance our presence into broader exchanges," said Steven Sulja, CEO of Sulja Bros. "Our ultimate goal is just that...to put The Company in front of a larger audience and prove our ability as a producer of long-term shareholder value."

LoftWerks/Sulja Bros.: Render Filings to Complete Merger
WINDSOR, ON, May 11, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) today announced that Sulja Brothers Building Materials, Ltd. has posted the necessary filings to finalize the merger agreement it has in place with the Loftwerks, Inc. (LFWK) public, and that the entire process should be completed in only a few days.
Counsel, the Gottbetter Firm in NYC, has submitted the required SEC documentation, namely the form 15C(211).
All financial reports and filings will be available for public viewing on The Company's web site at http://www.sulja.com.
I talked to a guy named Tim who said that they were not at liberty to comment about their clients unless they were given permission. All that he would tell me is that a form 15c2-11 will not show up on the Edgar database...so now we will have to wait and see if it is accepted by the SEC.

why would you guys think the mms are afraid, these guys have been around since forever, they are professionals no mumbo-jumbo, they have access to same info we do if not more. don't get me wrong i got lfwk shares myself, but this stock just acts weird. with all the prs and fins, we should see some buying pressure building up so mms can't hold it anymore. if mms are short they know they're gonna be even shorter after the move to otc. is there anything we are missing here?

BTW... If you check pinksheets under the financial tab they have a 15c2-11 information sheet listed from 6/05. If you want to take a gander at it. TMAN...

If they were or knew they were going to get rejected by the SEC why would they spend the megamoney just to try and get approval. C'mon guys use the brain here. It wouldn't make sense to 1) Do a merger and wind up failing. This would cause them more problems. You have to think, do these guys really want to fail? Tman look at the shares - do you think that the shares that have been traded is a lot. It doesn't look like insider selling, not only that but look at the volume traded, there isn't enough for them to make out on good yet.
I think the main thing is that people are waiting to make sure that it is for real and that it does happen. I think it is going to be a great ride, but make your own decision.

We are in a very good position right now. Everyone is waiting for a stock that has low float and has the ability to run on low volume, which we can. This one will move quick and as people jump in to make a quick profit this one will fly.
Everyone is looking for the next run up like USXP, RSHN, PGPM - they are setting on the sidelines watching charts. This week is going to be good for the company. Latest date would be Monday but I expect it to hit this week.
When the news hits you can look for a nice run up that would mirror February's run, except it will be a whole lot larger run in price. I am looking for a solid five day run on the next one or higher. When they go to OB status they look to push toward the dollar mark to get to the AMEX and NASD level. Look at XSNX and CWPC two in particular.
Best to all of those LONG and STRONG in this one. Everything is looking great from here on out!!!
