As I wrote yesterday, they release their quarterly reports (on average) about 1 month and 22/23 days after the close of the quarter.
Example: Q1 05 was released on May 22, 05.
So, we should see them on or befor May 22 this year. I think 05/15 is optimistic, but possible.
What is even more exciting is the volume. According to my chart, it appears volume was up over 1 billion shares today. This company has 5,454,943,898 outstanding. So, we saw almost 20% of the total shares change hands today. That's amazing.
I really think the pressure is building in this volcano. One good pr or quarterly report and we could easily see the .002's or .003's very quickly.

I take that. Someone is accumulating before the 10Q comes out.
I hope you're right. I'm holding since sept 2005. I want some return on my investment.
I hope you are right too, but with all the volume wtf is ddsi sitting at .0003... just question if southend got in at .0002 a while back and just pulled a dump routine.. really surprised its at .0003 though. strange?

I emailed the CEO today and he said that they were are target to meet the May 15 deadline for filing the 10Q. It could be released this week or the next. The best to all longs and supporters of DDSI.

I emailed the CEO today regarding that issue and he responded that they were not diluting at all. Also said that the Q1 was on schedule for the May 15 deadline.

With all the shares that traded today it was slightly under 20 Percent of the total outstanding shares. In dollars about $300K worth. JMHO

Thanks for the inspiration RB. It's hard keeping my trigger finger from the "SELL" button as my accounts been under the radar lately and not moving forward. After reading a few of your posts I decided to step back and slow down. Patience is the key here.
This is going to be very interesting when that 10Q comes out.
Many people get into subpenny stocks expecting to make a fortune in a few days. Many bought in last week when this moving up at 4/5. Many of those traders are impatient or scared and have probably sold in the last two days. When you buy at 4 and it drops to 3 you tend to panic. That's a 25 percent decrease in price. I personally didn't get in when the news was released as it ran to 4 quickly, I knew, based on history that it would come back down and got in at 2/3. I ended up buying about 8 million more shares than I had intended. Not many pinks that are fully reporting. A company will not spend money on auditors and attorneys unless they have big plans and expectations. The Q should be out very soon and hopefully it will be a good one. GLTU.

I hear you cactus. You're talking about the August 2005 run, right? DDSI is a much stronger company at this moment in time. It has been growing revenues as can be seen in the financials. Revenues were up over 800 percent over the prior FY. Revenues per share were .0006 per share whick is double the current pps. jmho

This stock can't compare to some of the crazy oil stocks right now. However, the sector of homeland security is here to stay, it will just take more patience to profit from it. The benefit is that it is less volatile than oil.

I would like to buy some at .0002. Think we will start moving when the 1Q is made public. They are filling on the 15 will it be public on the same day or will that take a week?

They filed the q1 05 report on May 23 05 they filed the q2 05 report on august 22 05 they filed the q3 05 report on january 6 06
So, it looks like the lag time is about 1 month and 23 days, or 7 weeks.
It also appears it took quite a bit longer lag time to file the q3 report (probably because they were dealing with year end close and getting the annual statements prepared.
That said, I predict that the q1 06 numbers should be out by May 23. That's when we should seem them.
